| So again and again, base Yamato shows and proves how cute, beautiful, expressive, and how different she is from her hybrid form. This is a very refreshing episode unlike the last episode we saw the putrid form of Yamatos furry form. I hope to god we see more of her base form later on rather. The re-cap alone was already bad enough seeing it, makes it forgettable of what she used to look like. It's also the second time they re-used the animation, but I don't mind. And we're seeing more of the festival scenes. I do not mind the CGI, Toei never has time to blend the background and CGI together anyway. So i'll take whichever I can get. Momo is being all cute, biting on to Kaido. Looking at the CGI's are 10 folds better than Yamatos form. Honestly preferably I like Momonosukes CGI better than Kaido. |

| Is Kaido turning into a dragon a flex or insecure? That Elephant Gun brought me back to 914. I would't have minded if they used 1to1 the same animation from start to finish. All obligatory bad things about this episode like flashbacks and that barely anything happened aside, Momo's moment was epic. You gotta love it how Luffy is gassing his lil bro up. Their unusual dynamic had many highlights since Punk Hazard and this is without a doubt one of them. They even hit us with the Whitebeard OST at the end. | I kid you not, the CGI's itself, are so much better to stare at, my eyes do not hurt at all, while comparing to Yamatos furry hybrid form that retains no base character look to herself in comparioson to Kaido and the others, it actually makes me so miserable. But thank the holy cow that we're seeing more of Yamatos base form. I'm afraid people on here will start complaining about the CGI for this episode :I But I enjoyed this. |

| AtFMmatron Wait, you ACTUALLY read my posts?! I'm so flattered Anyway, Yes, BUT there is the same one or more person that posts here weekly, that has been complaining for the past 50+ episodes, compared to me, I only complained about the form, mostly. To say the least, my whining on her form was rather subjective, people had always criticized basically the same thing since the start of Act 3, how things pad the run time, this was boring and that, and etc. So compared to that certain person, I am way more grateful for the product, excluding the Yamato form. So unfortunately as much as I do not like to admit I do have an unpopular opinion here, but that does not stop me though. It's actually the concept and idea itself from Oda that I am very disappointed in. So pretty much the core product, not the animations. |

| Lots of CGI dragons this week, I can't really blame them for how all-out the last two episodes were I still really enjoy Momo biting Kaido and Luffy's last line from the episode |

| The episode had potential to at least be average considering that not much happened anyways, but they ruined even that with CGI Kaido and Momonosuke. It would be acceptable if Toei actually had good CGI, but One Piece CGI makes Chainsaw Man look like a damn masterpiece by comparison. Also if I see another damn flashback to Oden's castle burning I'm going to scream... |
| Well next week starts a new begining with a brand new opening and the start of the final clash in the climatic beast pirates conflict so I think they might be saving there budget for these upcoming episodes instead. Hopefully we don't have to see much any terrible CGI or obnoxiously placed recaps that serve only to stall for time in remaining episodes. |

| Slower paced episode this week with nothing too much happening, besides the obvious epic moment of Momo biting Kaido and Luffy asking him afterwards, if there was anything left in this world that could scare him, which honestly gave me chills. Luffy's Elephant Gun definitely had episode 914 vibes written all over it. Kaido and Momo weren't looking too hot in their CGI dragon form. This isn't really a complaint, but rather something that you simply notice when it's shown over such a long period of this episode. The clouds were pretty bad timing for Nekomasmushi and Inuarashi. In their base form they're absolute no match for Perospero and Jack. At least now everyone knows that Luffy is back, which will comfort the samurai as well as the rest of the straw hats. Did anyone else notice a particular person in the preview? How is this even possible? Anyway, next week looks promising and I can't wait to see/hear the new opening. |

| it was an alright episode, CGI was fine. i can agree with OP for once, momo's CG definitely looks better than kaido's. momo out here biting yonkos, progress is progress. gear third, elephant gun scene reminded me of luffy's first showdown with kaido. preview looked interesting, looking forward to it. |

| Very slow episode. Could do without the Toko flash backs. Also, I get it Momo is a little kid and he's scared, but they've already had so many of these building courage moments, kinda lessens the impact of the previous ones when he's all scared again right after. Hopefully this will be one of the last and just starts acting like a badass dragon, but I doubt it. |

| Ngl those dragons look ugly AF. Especially Kaido. WTF was that purple thing that I saw when Luffy punched him with Armament Haki? Not much happens in this episode, Momonosuke biting Kaido, Luffy uses gear 3, and a ton of flashbacks as well as the stretching of scenes. I think we had at least four or five minutes of Momo biting Kaido LMAO |
