| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Typical episode with a lot of reused footage... Seems like they are building up towards the Chunin Exams. Best part of the episode imo is Sarada that features what she can do. Other than that, I hope the pacing picks up a bit more for this arc. |

| A recap is a recap, which is something that I couldn't care much about, but seeing Konohamaru, Udon and Hanabi drunk was pretty funny. I can only imagine if Boruto finds out that Shino can't control his bugs while drunk, Boruto would try to prank Shino with alcohol in the future. XD |

| It's the 50th episode, and also it's almost the anniversary of the show, so we got a recap. I'd say I am okay with it this time, since it's an anniversary, and they wouldn't be able to make a recap later, because of the Chunnin exams. Next episode is about Boruto's birthday. I'm guessing it's going to be a reason why Boruto gets angry before Himawari's birthday in the movie. Naruto forgets it, and Boruto knows that the same would happen to Himawari as well. That should be the only episode before adapting the exam arc. After suffering from the fillers of Shippuuden, I'm much more patient with this anime. At least we know there won't be more than a few fillers here. |

| And here I was thinking, after seeing this episode's preview last week, that this would be a decent episode. But it was pretty much a recap. Well the last part where they were all drunk was pretty funny I guess. I know the Chunin Exam will officially start next season, so I guess they're just trying to buy time until then. Hopefully things will pick up again after the next couple of episodes. |

| A normal recap episode as many anime's have, nothing special. But the scene of them drinking was funny. I really don't get it why some people come here every week to complain that the anime is boring, but they still watch after 50 episodes. This is dumb. Just stop watching if you don't like it. |

It will be Boruto's birthday in the next episode, but Himawari's is also coming, Boruto even speaks in the preview that he hopes that Naruto will not forget his sister's birthday too. |
| I grow increasingly impatient expecting the chunin exam to come around.and they gave frickin' recap, bloody heck Well, movin' on  I'd usually be one the the two circled on a night out; udon or shine, so relatable -that was what made this episode bearable. So yeah, this slice of life theme can be be pulled off time to time in Boruto... But it needs hurry up P.S. I'm shippin' these two now Konohamaru X Hanabi  |

| The Sarutobi and Hyuga clan couple huh? That's an interesting pairing. Not too upset over the recap episode, but not blown over either. I'm glad though, we've only had one recap episode and three fillers since the start of the anime. I would be content if this is a yearly occurrence. I'm really sad they didn't show Naruto and Shikamaru actually going to the restaurant, would have been cool. One thing I don't think the anime or "Boruto: The Movie" has done yet is actually explain why Naruto is such a shit father lol. Of course the Hokage job is hard which they emphasize a lot, but since he never had a father himself, it's a lot harder for him to understand how to look after his kids, but he's trying his best. ;~: |

| Amazing episode as usual i love flashbacks in anime or what you call "filler" it's an amazing thing for character development i don't know why ppl hate it, i love it! Ep50 was super awesome and especially the way they put together all what the academy students did since the first day! kampikida! |

| Me and my sibling were pissed it was whole episode recap of old footage... We basically skip the whole thing and watched a different anime.... I like Konohamaru X Hanabi tease and Moegi being jealous and flat, compared to Hanabi. Are Hanabi and them in the same generation or class back in the day? |
