| I've updated the rules slightly for this one. Now there'll be a day between last allowed day for nomination and the randomization to allow everyone to say what adaptions they've watched etc properly. For those who don't know what this is, everybody will submit a manga of their choice and it will go to the pool with all the other manga. Then, everyone who submitted a manga will get a manga chosen randomly from the pool to read, and you have 2 months time to read it. You won't get a manga you've started already. Make sure your list is up to date to ensure this or post in this thread which manga you have read. I'll accept submissions until the 10th of March, then there will be a day where everyone can say what manga they've seen the adaption of etc. The randomization will be held on the 11th. Once randomised, you will know what manga you have to read, and you should read it until 15th of April. If you have watched the source of a manga and you don't want to read the adaptation, or if you have strong feelings of animosity against it (you have to say why, and I won't accept the likes of "I don't like the genre" as an excuse. I'll definitely keep in mind if you systematically try to avoid manga for no evident reason), please SAY SO before the randomisation starts. To say that, if you watched the source you don't need any specific format, but if you have other reason (strong feelings of animosity) you have to stress that you do not want the manga by either bolding or underlining the not. Once everyone gets their manga, the only reclamation I'll accept is that you already have your manga in your list or that you already told me that you didn't want it in a proper way. To make it 100% clear, I will NOT check anyone's anime lists, vndb, browsing history or other lists to check if you have read the source material of something, YOU HAVE TO WRITE IT IN THIS THREAD. I'd love if you let me know in the comments that you finished your manga. That way, you can discuss it with other members (especially the one who submitted it) and it makes it easier for me to make the count. @Conde_Mohr hiii, do admin stuff! |

| Ok, I've run out of manga in my list (just for now tho) that qualify and I consider "objectively good", so from now on I will go with the B-listers, manga I gave higher score due to personal enjoyment, so I can't always ensure they are as good in quality as my earlier nominations. (I still won't nominate the ecchi stuff tho, so don't worry everyone xD) The first one is Monster Hunter Orage 14 chapters, but 4 volumes, most chapters are as long as 50 pages. |

| I would like to avoid: - Inuyashiki: still in the middle of watching the first episode of the adaptation - Kaze no Tani no Nausicaä: watched the movie and I don't have a valid excuse but I really want to avoid Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon.... that just looks like it's playing to my strongest dislikes... and I still want to watch the anime. If by an unlucky chance it's the one I'm assigned I will skip this round. Also @Nicktf1 might miss that announcement since the mention missed part of the username (read above~) |

| I have finished Onani Master Kurosawa, it was good but ultimately it didn't really feel special to me. Kinda ironic though that i, who almost got his manga removed for beeing ecchi, got the manga where a guy constantly jacks of in the girls toilet. Not complaining at all tbh, just funny to me. |

| Finished Shion's king. Thought it was incredibly boring. The story only really progressed at the start and end of the series, there was atleast 30 chapters of just shogi matches and shit. I saw the ending coming from like 50 miles away. Characters were fine I guess. I personally didn't really enjoy the art, most panels had something off about them which annoyed me more than it should have. The image of Saitou changing wasn't something I wanted to see, it hurt looking at it. I overall just thought that there isn't that much special about this manga and that it was boring. I also almost burned out from manga again because of this... |
