| the "bug bite" from the last episode is the cause of the sickness right? Otherwise I see no point to bringing attention to it during last episode. BTW this episode sucked. I kinda want to skip over this next arc and get straight to Croc vs. Luffy, I hear it's epic. |
| Great episode, if you like more than mindless fighting that is. Thankfully, I do and was impressed by Nami being able to tell that a storm was coming even though she was sick to all hell. As usual, the character interactions are great.. |

| Nice episode, I was losing interest in One Piece during the first part of this season, but I think I'm starting to really love it again, also, I find some things funny and might make a little chuckle... but how the hell does anyone say that they are laughing on the floor laughing at this sort of stuff? o_O I don't know, always baffled me. |

| The giants backstory was really cute. I liked how they contrasted Zoro and Sanji and I wonder if that's foreshadowing for how close they'll grow as the anime continues. Also, I thought maybe once their weapons shattered they'd be done, but that's not the Elbaf way. "Eating makes sickness go away right?", "We'll Luffy I don't know her symptoms so I don't know what to make for her.", "She can just eat all of it!". I love that scene, and Luffy so much. And it looks like the Straw Hats will finally get a doctor on board. Nami or Alabasta seems to be quite an ethical dilemma. Do you threaten the lives of a million citizens by throwing the girl who's made it possible to save them under the bus? By pure numbers 1 life is much less valuable than 1 million, but ethics aren't all about statistics and emotions aren't that easy to deal with. However, it does seem like Vivi has come to the conclusion of helping her out while on the way to Alabasta which may threaten the lives of all of her people, but a decision which garnered some serious respect from Zoro and Sanji. Nami was making me really mad when she was acting tough and I had really wanted someone to put her in her place... as in, in bed where she needs to be, but if someone did do that they would have ran right into that cyclone, so go Nami, I guess. |
| It's funny that the giants fought for a hundred years over something as trivial as that just like how Sanji and Zoro competed against each other to see who's the better hunter. Nami got sick and she still demonstrated her skill as an extraordinary navigator despite her severe state. They went into an urgent detour from Alabasta and I love how considerate Vivi was for her comrade, reassuring the others who silently anticipated on how she would handle this dilemma. |

| I really enjoy these episodes with all the crew members together on the ship. Even though bad stuff is going down it all feels quite cosy on-board. |

| Hmm, we got the much-needed Dorry and Borggy backstory. Imagine starting a duel for deciding who won a hunting competition lol. Tbh those sea kings they caught were exceptionally huge. Over time those sea kings' skeletal remains became their residence in Little Garden. Really hoping that we get to see our crew go to Elbaf, the village of giants someday. Holy smokes, the way Zoro trains is crazy lol. Ooh, Alabasta is a desert-type region huh? That'll be a nice change of pace. Mr 2 makes a teaser appearance. Nami has got a mysterious illness and the guys of this ship don't know jackshit about healthcare lol. They need a doc on their crew asap. That newspaper carried terrible news about Alabasta. That guy, in the end, looked so goofy |
