Love wins the day.

The finale definitely won’t be anything spectacular, but the emotion of hatred would still remains strong.

The last episode is gonna need more than a miracle to save this anime, wait, does this anime want to be saved?

Id think many people would react that way since it is pretty hard to conceive your eyes being torn out is what occurred.

I get the idea on it causing Adonis to have better magical ability from being a confidence boost and a determination to protect but Im not sure about why his wounds were healed.. ..i checked the manga and seems the animators forgot to add the bloody wounds to Adonis when he got off the rebarb before his wounds were healed so he didnt heal until Doroka told him to which at least better explains how it works i guess...idk.


If he actually can fly im getting the impression the magic like Adonis said, makes him a puppet. In other words he basically is a proxy for her magic if that makes sense.

This anime is so frustrating: a lot of interesting ideas, unique lore/world building, above average production values (for the most part), etc. But so much of this story (especially the character arcs), seems disjointed, rushed, or not fleshed out properly. It makes it hard to be completely engaged when the actions/attitudes of the main characters do not make sense and their relationship has developed in such a strange way. At least the tone seemed much more consistent for this episode.

It is hard for me to even say how "good" this show is overall because I cannot decide whether my frustration with the show is due to real structural/story issues or if is just my personal preferences.

Very tediously because i cant use scripts. I highlight text and click "quote reply". If I need the bbcode i have to then click "more" and select "inspect bbcode" then copy and paste that in the quote brackets replacing the other text. Then i have to highlight all the text in the box and copy and paste it to either the top box in the page or the floating bottom one so it wont show up with the reply box above it in addition to the quote. Then i repeat the process for each person.

If you can use a userscript you can do that it adds a quote button which makes it a bit easier. I think someone posted some in Creative Corner board.


I assume her eye sockets bled pushing her eyeballs back some then it used two fingers for each eye to reach into her eye sockets grabbing her eyeballs to pluck them out. You can see them being plucked out but it is fast. I checked the manga too and they were clearly shown plucked out and while they were pressed it doesnt really show her eyeballs get crushed inside her head there or here.


The hands seemingly have a power scaling issue. Sometimes they seem weak and other times strong. Their grip and propulsion is strong when powered up to full power yet they can be broken easily i guess is how we can interpret it? I think it just wasnt clearly explained what was their strong and weak suits.

I didnt even notice a lack of music, i find the modern approach to shove music everywhere messes up immersion sometimes while for others it is opposite. So sometimes it is a stylistic choice and sometimes accident. I dont think it is commonly a mistake if anything a time constraint thing. Though i did notice some sounds were quieter than i remember them previously being shown when there was music but it wasnt bad it was more a realistic sound level.

That is how is in the source when i checked up to this point. The flashbacks arent a whole extended thing. It wouldnt make sense showing a long flashback in the middle of a fight. They would have to be in a different point. As far as im aware most series dont do long flashbacks that go on for a full episode. I dont think it was needed to be long to get the point across Doroka's magic is actually considered obscene which is part of why she acts how she does. Maybe they will cover more of her past later.

That is when the chibi comedy stuff for Doroka came in. It is in the manga too. It is less jarring in manga format though so I feel it would have been better without it going chibi for some scenes. It just messes up the overall vibe of the show. I mean there are other ways to show Doroka is cute than make her go chibi and screaming all the time. Same thing happened in Ragna Crimson where they started having an increase in gag comedy. The Hellsing TV series was also like this where out of place feeling chibi moments pop up. I can understand it being there to give light moments since they help add to heavy moments by having contrast but so much anime does it in a way it doesnt always feel it is done smoothly.

For Adonis, it's deja vu all over again with Doroka, as is with Chloe before, and to have her eyes gouged out, it's a bloody mess alright facing the mech Shirousagi.

Adonis clearly not appreciating the situation and wanting to stop the bleeding, Shirousagi is clearly having his fun torturing the hell out of Adonis, and the former has to think fast of how he's going to deal with her eyes, which he spares her torture by burning her eyes and letting her remain blind as opposed to leaving her dead for the shitty world they're in. And just like before, where Adonis could not protect Chloe, he's going to do the same for Doroka.

But clearly, Shirousagi outweighs Adonis in power, but that's because he was a slave to the Queen's love, which he intends to get rid of both Adonis and Doroka so that the world is only big enough for one witch. And Doroka wanting to stop Shirousagi, the only way is to curse Adonis with her Love Spell, which her magic has been the subject of scrutiny with the witches for seducing human men, that must not be revealed outside of the witches' realm.

The edge, the violence, the gore, as much as it is hard to watch, I'm one lone fanatic for it...for the finale between Shirousagi and Adonis with Doroka's Knightfall Love Spell.

It always baffles me how people can keep trash talking a anime when they are literally 1 episode away from the end...guilty pleasure maybe? Are many MAL users just masochist that love torturing themselves with bad animes? Ain't got nothing better to watch?

One of human's greatest questions will never been answered.

And if you're going to rip the shirt, at least sexualy assault her a little bit, the writer pussied out there unfortunately. I wish he would have taken her in front of a immobile Adonis.
