| They didn't try to hide those dangerous political jokes... GOOD JOB! Do as you like, Shaft! I was impressed by Kamiya's Zetsubou Fight. He handled those nonsense lines pretty well all by himself. "Zetsubou Fight"is a parody of "Ultra Fight", which is a nonsense comedy show aired in 1970s in Japan.  Youtube "Ultra Fight" itself is a self-parody of "Ultraman" series made by Tsuburaya Production. |

| Great episode, completely random, of course, but great. Chiri gave another stellar performance as a "proper ditz" after last weeks 50/50 greatness. On a side note, the OP keeps getting better and better IMHO. |

| Maaan... First, we found out that she's Nozomu's neighbor who pretends to be a college student. Now, she gives Chiri-chan strange advice and shows that weird expression after she burns down the school. I don't think Kafuka's been this dark since the first episode when she joked about her father "trying to get taller". Chiri's been scary too, lately. Heck, even Jinroku-sensei (the ex-yakuza teacher) and Zetsumei-sensei were shown in action. |

| I'm a sucker for anything Ghost in the Shell so that Maria drop made me crack up. Maria lecturing the prime minister on Japan's problems = comedy gold. Although he looked like Koizumi which is a bit out of date. More fun can be made of his successor (apparently he quit because of really bad diarrhea, but dont quote me on that) or the successor of the successor. (who really likes manga apparently) The dinosaur documentary type skits werent funny though, even though they managed to cram in a 2001 reference. |

| I found this episode rather weak, it relied far too much on word jokes and puns. I hate it when Zetsubou does that. The 2001: a Space Odyssey reference made up for it though, together with the Lucky Star, Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell and Bleach ones. And did I hear someone say DECULTURE? |

| First of all this episode was visually stunning. It was one inventive shot after the other in quick succession, I was in heaven. Then I really liked all the segments. Zetsubou faito is probably some sentai reference, but I found the animation style enjoyable. Boke segment was so extreme, and that perfect punchline "natural boke aren't zoning out at all". And the inspection/ditz one was more straight forward fun. fruant said: Oh I thought I heard something familiar but it was just too different in the subs, didn't notice. So many jokes and references everywhere in this show, it's so rich <3.Ketuekigami said: He didn't Zetsuboushita!, but he did Zetsumeishita!, which made me laugh really hard. | I got annoyed with the Zetsubou Fight =_= Chiri has more screen time huh? I didn't know that there was black dot on above eye brows of Meru. Stolen pictures was very funny. Officially now, OP song is better than the Season 1. |

| Finally, the gags in this episode worked for me. That Ghost in the Shell reference came out of nowhere :p Zetsubou Fighto was cool, too. |
