| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I'm going to miss this show ;.; Fuyumi looked nice as usual, well....yeah. I can't take Heads Hydra's room seriously though with all those posters LOL. Action was okay I guess. Liz is a badass! I think Staz is a hero though in this show. A bit of a hot headed hero but a hero in my book. He's always helping Fuyumi in ways he can. "Happy Birthday" lol. Overall, pretty funny show imo. I wish it was longer than 10 episodes. Well, I guess there's still the OVA but I'm going to miss Blood Lad. 8/10. |

| Fujiwara-san's character is the siblings' father. It was ghost girl's father's decision for mother to go to the siblings' father. Wow, him and ghost girl say the same thing about each other. Cursed grass dango to hypnotize him? To protect her and let him follow her wish. lol @ that scary emotionless girl which turns out to be a doll. lol @ change of voice and with awkward smile. Then ending with the vampire demon promised to be her hero. Vampire demon siblings' father at the end...? |

| aww :( I expected so much in this episode.. Actually, I'm still confused so I might rewatch it again :D So, in the first place, Staz is the one who can revive Fuyumi? |
| This last episode didn't feel like one, it was pretty rushed and raised a lot of questions, but the way it ended brings up potential for a second season though, so I hope that happens. But I really enjoyed this show, Staz is an awesome dude for keeping that pledge, but I do wonder if he'll succeed in reviving Fuyumi. Well, now it's time for me to go look at the manga of this. |

| Definitely hoping for a season two after that ending and I doubt the OVA would do much (we already know the route most OVAs go anyway). Great anime right there. |

| Well that was an interesting last episode. Her dad seemed to come out of no where and lectured him. So now he is going to revive her? How exactly? Will she forget what happened? Anyhow, I enjoyed this anime a lot, it need a season 2, I hope there will be one. |

| The comedy was funny at times, but the show had too much of a hero saving a damsel in distress formula for me to really enjoy it. |
| An okay finale but here's hoping that a 2nd season is in production. It didn't felt like a finale to me but it was enjoyable throughout the season. Staz still wants to resurrect Fuyumi into a human being and already pledge of his reasons. |
| It's over :( man i'm gonna miss Blood Lad... Felt a bit too rush and with alot of cliff hangers. -What was the letter wolf receives from demon acropolis? - Does staz suceed in bringing back Fuyumi back to life or not? - The confrontation of the King of the Demon World Wolf vs. Braz that was gonna happen in three days - Braz backing his father back to life in the end after the credits. - Lastly when Hydra Heads is saying that staz in order for overcome the trials that await him and fuyumi he'll have to become a true hero and then there's scene where we see a blimp in the sky that says "fearless" i think i couldn't read the letters and then this scene comes after it http://i1238.photobucket.com/albums/ff484/captiantaco/ScreenShot2013-09-08at124329PM.png Who were those characters behind that dark aurora? I'll be quite honest i got a bit sad when after the creds when they showed the resurrection of Staz's dead and then instead of a "To Be Continued " we just gotta an "End". Idk but i hope we'll see a season 2 in the near future, because theres nothing i hate more than an unfinished stories. Hopefully the release of the anime will help more scans getting translated. Not sure how it's gonna do on sales hopefully enough for it to get a second season. |
| I thought this was funny sometimes and I like the characters, but it didn't really go nowhere until near the end. I do hope the DVDs/Blurays sell well enough for a second season I'll watch it. The anime didn't really do a good job in convincing me to read the manga where it left off either maybe if it had a couple more episodes I probably would've changed my mind. 6/10 |

| Not sure if it'll have a second season but the story will still continue through the manga. Too bad it's monthly release. Father is brought back to life, but what happened to mom? Hmmm. |

| I wasn't really expecting a cliffhanger ending but oh well. It was still quite enjoyable as the last episode. Interesting that Heads had a talk with Fuyumi's father about the mother, and I like how he came to the conclusion that Fuyumi should be able to choose for herself. |

Japan is way ahead of scanlation. |
| That was an awesome ending. Need a second season. I didn't expect to love this show as much as I did. I lost it at the scene where Bell's dad was holding the toy and speaking in a girls voice over Staz and when he said it was only for sleeping. Staz's speech to Fuyumi was awesome but Bell still has my heart. Braz revived his father :O. Overall I enjoyed it immensely starting from the fight with Wolf. 8/10. |

| Man this season was short, but overall loved the show. That cliffhanger was crazy. I really hope they make a season two, and not PSG me. Anyway going to miss Fuyumi sexy body and this show. 9/10. |

| Good episode. But not very good for a finale. S2 PLZ!!!!!!! Loli Beru was kawaiii and how she just opened a black curtain like that was cute lol XD Anyway, lol'd so much at Staz's forced smiley face XDXDXD Yanagi is a BOSS with how he chose his daughter over the girl he loves And love Head. He's BA. Also his room is nice :P...Lol'd at Staz's reaction to it hehe. What's with the epilogue??? That last part was new for me since it hasn't been translated yet. Braz's dad is awakened???? AWESOME!!! Again....S2 PLZ!! Or at least continue translating the manga already >_< |

| This episode went by fast, but it wasn't too bad of an ending imo. Mame, Deku, and Yoshida holding the territory was pretty funny. It was cool seeing Wolf before the season ended. Stairway scene with Staz and Fuyumi was nice. That after credit scene though. Staz/Braz/Liz's dad is gonna be bad ass. Really glad that I picked this show up. One of my favorites for summer. Although it was only 10 episodes, it was definitely worth watching and was very enjoyable. Looking forward to the OVA and hopefully a sequel. |

| Wow, this is the biggest cliff I've seen a show hanging on in a while. Even if the sales are good enough for a second season, it might take a while before there's enough source material to make it. |

| Wow, that was really bad. And boring. And just, well, bad. 3/10, glad it was only 10 episodes. Also why are people still thinking that just because there's unresolved conflict/cliffhangers that there'll be a second season? |

| This was entertaining and funny at times. Most of the characters were likeable and the art was consistently good throughout the show. If the BDs/DVDs sell well and it gets a second season I'll watch it. 6/10 |
| Well adapted, too bad it ends at this moment, so we can't know what's following until the rest of the chapters are translated. I liked it. I hope to see a second season. 7/10 |

| This was definitely one of the better shows of the 2013 summer season. This show did very well with what it was given. 8/10 for me. There are FAR more anime that are just average with a 6 or 7 for keeping me somewhat interested until the end, but Blood Lad actually got me to chuckle a few times, the art was consistent, and the OST was nicely crafted. Overall it's a success. Most new anime have crap for a plot line, so this was a pleasant surprise. The ending doesn't mean there's going to be anything beyond the OVA that is supposed to come out, sadly. I don't believe there are enough chapters released in the manga to have enough material to make a 10-13 episode season. |

| I'm sad its over for the time being but I definitely think season 2 is gonna come out later on. I really want to see what their father will be like and how powerful he is compared to Staz, Braz, and Liz. Fuyumi <3 |

| Like people have said above me , this episode was set up as a cliffhanger most likely to say they're going to have a second season. Unless they're as holes and leave it like this. |

| Interesting turn of events, it would be a crime not to give it a second season at this point. Initially I thought of Blood Lad as a cheap attempt to mimic Hataraku Maou-sama, but after a few episodes it turned out to be amusing in its own way. The ecchi was way too obvious but donmai I guess. Fuyumi is too much of a doormat, wish she would have had a bit more of a personality. Overall I'll give it a 7/10, good series wouldn't mind seeing more. |

| so far not much has happened except Staz had to save Fuyumi a few time. Going to be generous and give this 8/10 because I enjoyed it; hoping for a second season. |
