| Gurren Lagann I did not watch the series, but instead the movies, yet in all truth, I don't know how anyone could've been honestly captivated by that shallow of a plot structure much like that of a typical shonen. Other than fans of shonen or those looking for eye candy, which isn't bad, it just doesn't make it necessarily a "good" anime, much less a classic. -.- Instead literally this time, if I get more emotional and yell louder I do in fact get stronger. =/ |

I didnt even find the jokes funny and I laugh at everything..and Taiga's actions were so repetitive that you could almost guess what was going to happen 5 Centimeters Per Second -- There was some kind of a love story in this that I must have missed.. (and I still dont get to this day after rewatching it.. why Im the only one that feels that way) Honorable Mention: Minami-ke -- if it wasnt for Kana.. I would have dropped that series in a second.. I didnt even watch the second season because I was scared to. |

The animation was okay but the progress between the relationships of the characters was slow in my opinion. I gave Kimi ni Todoke a 8/10 An 8 is a very high score you know. At least for most people. On topic now, I liked Bleach when it first came out, but the overall quality dropped sharply. I think Naruto has been a constant mediocrity. | Vampire Knight. It's not that bad a series, it's just that the two main characters are somewhat unbearable. In my opinion, Zero is very frustrating (and annoying). All he seems to do is mope around and whine. Yuki on the other hand seems tolerable, but she is very stupid...she is constantly putting herself in obvious danger. Still, I'm planning on eventually giving the anime another try. |
