| Hmmm "cheap in terms of plot"... I understand your point of view and if you think about it, without this thing there could be more room for interesting events. And if you never had a hint about it, you wouldn't miss it either. But i still like it because of the realism about it. Also the fact that those higher Levels aren't invincible in a fight. Also you have no proof that when he will stop hearing the sound that his power will be fully restored. It seem more likely that after hearing the sound you have to wait some second for your power to be restored. |

But we witnessed the effect after destroying the capacity down thing and yeah, they needed a second to realize it, but when he is already using his power than he doesn't have to react anymore, that's what i thought. Then again, if his skill has to recover even 1 sec before it's fully available again, then you're right. |

| After a few boring episodes this last arc is starting to pick up very nicely, I find myself actually looking forward to the last episode. These might also make me rate the anime a bit higher after finishing it. All depends on the last episode of course. |

| Kiyama was hottt in this ep. Uihara really did need a slap. Good ol' Kuroko. The noise that girl made when she got told she needed to apologise was amazing. That Kondou bird was quite funneh this ep. I love how hostile Kuroko is towards her. You can really feel the love. Some great in the background Kuroko trying to molest Misaka noises. And fuckles. Telestina bird is mental. The art for her face when she started showin' her crazy was amazinglylol. Jesus. Only heard one "jan" sound from the policelady~ And I'm done. Roll on the last ep. |

| YEAAA GAWDDAMN THIS IS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. THIS EPISODE JUST MADE ME INTERESTED IN THE SERIES AGAIN. AFTER EPISODE 15 IT LOST ITS COOL BUT THIS ONE YEAAAA SON THAT'S RIGHT. So now they're all working together to fight Golden Therestina-sama. I doubt she stands a chance against Misaka. Only if that Capacity down was destroyed, she'll become nothing. I guess I couldn't say that she's nothing since she knows taekwondo. Saten-san is becoming more and more the leader of all four of them. I love how she made everyone get along again. Uiharu, on the other hand, got the bitch slap that she deserved. Last but not the least, props for Kuroko for bitch slapping Uiharu. But the main thing right here is Misaka. I can't wait to see her pawn ass again. |

| wow alot of cheesy lines near the end i was like...Saten-san let Misako-san pass you and kick some butt!!!! and then they apoligize for like 3 minutes -_-' anyway Telestina is pretty wierd now and evil and its good that they connected eveything from skill-out, the old scientist and the earthquakes. overall okay episode can't wait to watch the last episode! |

| At this point in the show I almost think the show would be better without the main cast, the kind of silly attitudes they have seem to take the character out of some of the more interesting characters (Harumi for one) and they all turn into a rather bland unit that all kind of think the same without much internal conflicts. Misaka's hacks also make it a bit stale. I still enjoy the show, but after all the filler (from like 13-20) the characters main cast doesn't seem to have been developed aside from a superficial "let's be friends" "try you're best" kind of attitude. enjoyable episode, I do like how Telestina beat up Misaka some of her expressions were great. |

Look at her face, she went all beserk! O_O Choking Misaka like that...bitch must die. Woops, did I really say that? >.< Next up is the grande finale! |

| Okay so Telestina just loves to troll everyone? and Saten with a bat reminds me of when Shiro (F/SN) would always grab a stupid wooden sword or even a stick and "strengthen" it to prepare to battle servants (which in some cases are demi-gods). Hey I guess it worked out once in a while in a way for him so lets see what Saten can do. |
| This episode is AWESOME and I'm very happy with it! Got me really interested!!! FINALLY we some REAL ACTION and a TRULY EVIL villain, Telestina, and she's totally crazy too HAHA WOOOT!!! , GREAT seeing Misaka mad and struggle that battle Misaka is so rash and I love her lololol. We also see Kongo, and she's actually useful for once instead of being all talk. LOL Great timing coming to save Misaka after Telestina left looool. I guess the whole Level Upper, Skillout, were all related and necessary to this FINAL MOMENT! 5/5 episode! |

| I'm so glad Kuroku slapped Uiharu when she had her hysteric crying fit. It just went on and on and on and on and... SLAP! What a relief. Also, Telestina being the bad guy (or gal) was totally obvious from the moment she appeared in the opening.
