| I was a Manga Mod over ten years ago, back before Discord even existed and we would communicate on mIRC! I did it for four years in total and had a great time. It's fun being so immersed in the community and all the info gathering you need to do is certainly not everybody's cup of tea, but I liked it. I'd do it again, but I think I'd rather focus on curating the People and Character pages, which I think they planned a role for at one point, but seem to have rescinded on. |
| Probably, but I feel like I'd get even more harassment than I already do if I ended up actually getting into the position. I tend to try and stick up against toxicity in general and a lot of people hate me for that so it would probably just lead to the personalized attacks I get becoming more vile (if that's even possible as some people have done some crazy things already such as death threats in DMs at one point). |

| If I was offered the position of moderator or even given it i.e. I login one day and see the moderator title on username, I don't think I would challenge or turn down the decision. I feel most people would be the same. I would highlight that I am not in a position to make the necessary commitment to moderate effectively but if the powers that be still maintain their decision then I would not argue further. |

I got offered a long time ago, but I said no since it is essentially charity work. Having no salary from it makes it like a unpaid job. Beyond that, I like going a bit off the rails at times not playing the safe route. I am not exactly the role model that could desserve such a position. I do respect the mods for their work though. A lot better than the trash ai mods of youtube and X.

| I was asked by PM quite a few years back and refused. I pointed out that my vision of moderation was quite a bit more severe than what the website back then was going for, and that therefore my decisions would probably regularly clash with the general idea that this website's moderation was going for. |

| I think maybe I would personally speaking. But that's mainly because I find myself looking at lesser known anime and manga titles often. So I wouldn't mind being somebody who approves or disapproves pending stuff and look into staff credits and other such things. |
