| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- and thus we say good bye to mei lin ;.; going to miss her, I was always fond of mei lin specially after we got to see her and syaoran's past<3 (not to mention her hair style is awesome ^^ and so are her ceremonial clothes) I loved how they introduced her, fighting the fight card, and farewell to her with her and syaoran fighting together :'D |

| I was wondering how they were going to deal with that particular plot line... At first I thought it was a weak plot device, just having her leave. Then, after the rest of the episode, I really liked how they did it. I also like how she seemed a lot less crazy in this episode, she always annoyed me a little bit. But I bet if I was still the target audience (a kid, Sakura's age) I would have loved it, and thought she was super silly. Dancing on top of Twin was a little crazy though :P |

| I remember watching this whenever I was younger, but I don't remember Meilin leaving. It made it even sadder. The fight scene was pretty awesome though. |

| While I did not like Melin the first time I saw this show I have to admit that she grew on me as I rewatched her show and came to understand her character better. |

| Now if this episode happened a bit earlier and her character imroved, it would have been good. But trying to make an annoying character good in their last episode is just a waste. Now that we know a bit more about her, she's gone heh. Oh well, at least I know I won't miss her. Show should start to improve now that she's gone. |

| I'll miss her, without her the show won't be as lively anymore. Who's going to fuss at Sakura whenever she collects a card. I like the flashback stuff but honestly with her leaving in this episode it really doesn't go well. One funny scene was with them old butlers getting excited. Makes me wonder if they could see the clow cards as well since they were fighting in front of the house. |

| Nooo don't take away Meilin! Sure, she was annoying at times but she was a fun character that made things more interesting. I'm going to miss Meilin and her Ojou-sama laugh. I hope she shows up again later because I'm going to miss her. |

| Meilin was a very neutral character in Cardcaptors for me. I do like the character development they added at the end for her, but I believe they should have brought it up earlier in the series to make a bigger impact of her leaving and/or help the viewer connect with her. |

| Perhaps it was not necessary for the story, this episode, however, is pleased to know the background of Li and MeiLing. The preview of the next episode is inviting a lot, and today also begins the new series of Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card Hen. Yay! <3 |

| This anime's too good at pulling my heartstrings... As much as I would've loved to see Li and Sakura get together, Mei Lin deserves to be with him just as much, if not more. It's just so sweet that it'd break my heart if the time where Mei agrees to let Li go once she finds out that he likes Sakura more ever comes. She might be leaving but at the very least, she made up with Li and proved herself to be useful to him in her own way after all. Mei Lin was a character that took some time to warm up to but once I did, I started to love her as much as I did to everyone else. I'll be missing her... |

| i'll really miss meillin ): she was pretty annoying at first but she really became part of their group (: i like her promised on how she'll accept if syaoran likes someone else more i'll really miss her outfit and her hair tho hope to see more of meillin in the future |

| Well, honestly, Shaoran began being less rude exactly when Meiling appeared.. So I'd prefer she would be here.. I'd rather have Meiling stay, and Shaoran can travel back, lol.. ;D I mean, Meiling was trying to do something, but it was more funny, when I didn't like too much, when Shaoran was trying to be rude.. |
| Despite her being annoying at times, this episode certainly made me feel bad that Meiling was leaving, but of course, this may not be the last time we see her. Who knows. |

| I'm so sad. This reminded me of that Kodocha ep in which Sana was going to NY and just when she was parting Aw this is so sad, poor Meiling, I really like her. This resemblance makes it look even more painful :c |

| The action in this episode was very cool, also Sakura showing some quick thinking and readiness, she is really growing as a cardcaptor. I like Meiling but I can't say I'm sad to see her go, she did her part. Also this  |

| Not sure how Touya got those pictures, he was in the middle row. Hooray, Meilin is leaving, good riddance and never come back. The Twins huh, prepare for trouble and make it double. I will give Meilin credit for her combination with Syaroan but that's about it, thank goodness she is gone, I thought the show might troll us and have her stay at the last minute. |

| The scenes of Syaoran bringing Meiling her lost bird are etched in my memory.. I was just growing fond of Meiling's character.. but I guess this was done just so the story can build on Syaoran-Sakura angle? :p |
