Clevatess fixed Alicia leg, didn't fix her eye. Weird
| @dash-chan I'll add something even more weird, 5 minutes in and im already triggered by this lol, at first theres nothing strange, the heroes are all inside the carriage chatting and whatnot, then the train stop and i realize the driver is alone outside, a normal human without someone guarding him, like what the fart, the heroes are the one with powers, why are they just chilling inside and letting a peasant driving alone, they have no sense of responsibility at all, they couldve take turn to drive it themself or at least guard him. Poor mob they didnt do anything wrong >_< |

| Interesting... a lot of violence in this one huh, lol. Also... nice 13 heroes... they got instantly wiped out. . And... the whole... Demon Lords... preventing humans from exploring... was a giant misunderstanding... cause the Demon Lords thought the Humans were invading their land and not as explorers. (which the Demon Lord coincidently have their territory surrounding the land...) Which in turn caused the Humans to become real invaders, but at the thought of defeating the Demon Lords for killing the past Humans and preventing them from advancing pass the borders. . Tho... this random baby... lol Dude's like, "I'll kill all humans", but then... saves the random baby? what? Imagine if some RL hunter goes out to kill and wipe out an invasive species, but then saves a random baby of the species to raise... I am pretty sure this never happens and would just kill the baby. Cause that defeats the purpose of wiping it out. It's an interesting plot, but it's also a plothole itself. . And Alicia technically got "raped" by the Demon Lord by Earth definition, where a womsn is forced to reveal their body and do things against their will is considered Rape. And the Demon Lord... why... did it decide to become a Shota? Here I thought dude would be like "Overlord" style, bulky armored dude... but nope... a Shota in cheap clothing... (And dude goes "I have no interesting in invading humans"... so dude went back on his own words when he killed the King... especially since he was saying humans are "insects" lol) . The end also made no sense... how is a dude that repel giant borders, gets knocked out by a wooden bat... And Alicia too, she's a Zombie now... how did she get knocked out from impact to the head. And... if dude is awake... why didn't he take unconscious Alicia and escape? is he REALLY that into the role of acting as a Human? LOL.. |

| Very good double-length first episode I already like the dark duo between Alicia and Clevatess especially how Clevatess is a destructive god that ends up raising a child but with a plan to enslave the population by using it as a spy since the baby is from royal blood, anyway I really like the world building and lore so far |

| What an epic start! I had high hopes for this anime, but I was aware it could be difficult to adapt certain parts of the manga (for various reasons, be it their scale or more grim character). This episode, however, exceeded my expectations for the story's beginning in an animated format. Not only is it a double-length episode, but it also faithfully adapted the source material without toning down the dark mood, gore, or the effects of Clevatess' spectacular attacks. The voice acting, presentation (Alicia looks and sounds stunning, haha), music, and art style are all great. I hope that the next episodes will offer a similar production quality. After the first episode, I am totally satisfied. |

| What!? i thought this adaptation was going to flop. I honestly didn't expect a 45 minute first episode with an amazing animation and soundtrack. Honestly this is such a great surprise! I'm really looking foward to the rest of the episodes now, this is going to be epic! P.S: Baby Luna hella cute |

| That was pretty stupid ngl -Boring, uninspired character designs. -Introduce a bunch of named characters only to kill most of them off as if it was supposed to be shocking (it wasn't). -Forced storyline of big powerful beast taking in a human baby. Why did some random dying woman's words convince a beast like that of anything, let alone take in a baby?! -Cringe explanation for bringing the blonde girl back to life. -Somehow the super powerful monster is easily knocked out by a single strike and is being carried away in a carriage and is captured. Ugh, that was forced as heck. Nothing about these series of events was natural. |

| incredible first episode. saw this rec'd on the Berserk subreddit as a poverty Berserk and I am not yet disappointed. hopefully stays humble and doesn't become cringe high fantasy magic slop. |

| The episode was blurry at first so I thought the resolution was low because of my Wi-Fi. I noticed in the scene in which the rider was riding through the destroyed Hiderat that the character stuck out from the background art. |

| First time in a long time I’ve hit a show while it’s still airing that’s not part of my ongoing seasonal picks, but my buddy wanted to check this one out after we finished Mashle, and I did the math so we should be on track to finish it either the week it finishes or the week after, so fuck it we ball lol. This was one that caught my eye before the season began too, but I’ve said countless times why I can’t watch every show lol, so yeah I’m happy to be checking it out now, and boy what a great first episode this was. It was double length so we had ample time to get introduced to the world and its characters without anything feeling rushed, and we also witnessed how brutal the show can be along with how silly it can be at the same time, I mean that “show us your tits” scene tho lol. But damn when it was brutal, it got brutal, I thought it was painfully obvious that the heroes were all going to die but the scene where it played out was so awesome that I didn’t mind it being easy to see coming, same with Clevatess’ attack on the city, and the production was nice and crisp the whole time, it’s got a great style that reminds me a bit of classic anime. But once the epic intro was done, the real show began with Clevatess (now Klen) taking care of baby Luna along with the hero turned servant, Alicia, it’s definitely a step down from her previous role but I like that she turned the situation into her final mission as a hero, being stopping Klen from destroying humanity, that is really cool. But uh… certainly wasn’t expecting them to get captured immediately lol, so I guess Klen is weaker in the human form, noted, but even if this is good info, I can see Alicia growing close to Klen over time so I don’t see her killing him herself. Also, Klen choosing the mom of Luna as his human form was a choice alright lol, so he’s basically a super powerful femboy, but I gotta say he does kinda own the look, it grew on me fast. Very strong start indeed, I hope it can keep things interesting going forward, everything set up in this episode seems like it will be so I don’t think it’ll have a hard time doing so, also damn they got THE Mayu Maeshima doing the OP? Such a good artist man, everything I’ve heard by her kicks ass, another great one to add to the list. |
Unfortunately, I really like monsters, so the part where Clevatess was just destroying Hiden was my favourite part of the episode.  |
