| This is so well-animated, absolutely gorgeous. I wish more anime looked this good... especially after watching RoR III trailer ;___; but hey, seeing over expressive Marin works too. It's a huge W in my book, and I hope the rest of story gets the same treatment (we probably won't cover it this season, we need one more, correct?) I was sooooo annoyed by Gojo, so I appreciate a bit more deeper look into his mind. I am not going to hate on him, since he's just a horny teenager, but brother, you really need to have a bit more confidence in yourself and your work. Plus, girl literally undresses in front of you, maybe ask her out or smth instead of crying over seeing a bit of skin? There's a fine line between being a gentleman, being awkward.. and acting like you are 12 and accidentally found Playboy. Seeing him being so cringy and smashing his head against the wall every time Marin puts her butt in the air... is going to be a challenge, that's for sure. |
| Glad the show is back after 3 years. Was a bit weird with the first few minutes thinking I’m watching a different show. Animation is fine, but it feels like there was a change in the visual quality as it felt like S1 looked better. Still cant complain and I’m really just nitpicking. As an anime only, it felt a bit rushed. Just hoping thats it’s just me and that the show doesn’t have pacing issues. Nowa asking about the two at the end though. Cant wait for next week. |
| Ngl, the art design looks worse and different than S1... the animation is awesome true, but the art style itself looking worse was taking me out of it, worse was the multiple different changes in art style throughout the ep... that really took me out of it every time it happened, even if again, it looked visually impressive, it still felt off and looked worse than S1 which is, upsetting. The animation being better though does help lessen it, but, at the same time if thats why the art style is worse (just guessing) than I'd rather we have the same art style from S1 and less animation. All that said, the ep itself was pretty good to great at points. So many fav moments in this ep, the pocky, Marin being disappointed the pads wouldn't drop down and ofc, the OP of the ep itself. I knew what was going on because I've seen this happen a few times in other anime b4, so I just enjoyed it without being confused or wondering if I had the wrong anime. and then that ending, totally out of no where u just don't see it coming. I look forward to next week's ep. I will be skipping both the OP & ED songs if they're the same ones from this week though, those were ok at best. |

| @Fairtale I think you missed the entire point. So let me break it down as there's 2 points you missed. Point 1. Marin has always gushed about what she loves and for the record, I also really like Bunny girl suits and I'm a girl :P So already this is believable and that brings me to point 2. which is, Japan really does have a thing for bunny girls and anime characters in the suits as merch and in anime/manga in general which Marin even pointed out in this ep. As Marin said, everyone loves bunny girls. It has nothing to do with one's age or being a virgin nor was there any cheap shot here. |

| Bro, no way Marin wears that kind of panties on daily basis. Girl's so ready to go to battle yet her partner can't even look her in the eyes for a minute straight. *sigh* And Gojou with the golden chance to cosplay as that Young Master to complement Marin's outfit but instead chose to wear a lame bunny costume. *double sigh* Impressive first episode in terms of visuals. As for the content, it was more of the same with Marin showing skin and Gojou having a mental breakdown because of it. Nowa singing her heart out at the karaoke and no one paying attention to her was funny tho. |

| Bunny girl Marin makes my world go round. I'm so glad this show is back and I'm looking forward to seeing the group interactions now that Marin has dragged Gojo out into public (albeit in a bunny costume). And Gojo is starting to realize that maybe he just decided for himself that no one wanted him around based on one thing one girl said one time. Also Nowa the hero just straight up asking (yelling) what everyone wants to know mid-karaoke. I love it haha |

| It’s a bit of a sin I didn’t rewatch Season 1 for this, but I think it made seeing these characters again feel even better, the last time woulda been March 2022, too long ago now lol. But holy shit dude, CloverWorks has cooked with this one, it could just be because I didn’t do a rewatch but it looks even more animated than before, every scene had so much motion, every minute I was being amazed. I also love that they went extra hard on the fake anime segments just like the first season, the show in question looked absolutely adorable and I wish it was real lol. And they really didn’t waste any time either, we were right back in it with Gojo learning a new anime and making Marin a new cosplay outfit, complete with many funny bits and of course sexy ones too, we were all blessed with bunny girl Marin ass on the very first episode lol, the cosplay itself looked really nice too. And it’s a bit of a shame the holiday about dressing up, aka my favorite holiday Halloween, was just a short bit at the end of this episode, but it sure was fun hearing Nowa living her best life in the background with the karaoke lol, all while Gojo is having a personal revelation about what others think of him, really good moment but then Nowa blurted the thing out right at the end, definitely worth a spit take lol. And Spira Spica is back on the OP again with another fantastic song, hard to say if it beats the first OP or not but I think it’s right up there with it, visuals were sick too, I hope we get to see it full screened next week. |
| Man, the animation really stood out here ... either that and/or the way the scenes were directed. Kinda awkward they skipped over a few scenes, especially the crossdresser introduction. And also that this season is going to be rushed since it appears even the nun arc is getting animated (thought for sure I wasn't going to need to read those chapters yet, guess I'll have to now). Anyway, the final part was pretty great, how they handled it with that twintail girl constantly singing in the background. I just have some doubts this will get this same animation on all episodes from now on, but lets see. |

| It's no surprise Marin gets as hyped up as she does with these characters when the in-universe anime they're from go way harder than you expect them to. With talent and passion like Gojou's, you could say petty insults are a Non-factor. |
| Is it just me or does the animation seem less great than last season? Perhaps I am remembering it with rose-tinted glasses. Also I thought that Gojo's and Marin's relationship had progressed to where they were comfortable with each other so why is Gojo acting like... this? Is it because he is aware there is a greater chance of romance blooming between them? Anyway, it won't stop me from watching it, I just realize I should have done a rewatch of season one before this season had started. |

Not me thinking I clicked on the wrong show when the episode started with the Tsukiyono skit lol.
Was the animation always this good in this series? I know Cloverworks always bring tremendous quality, but my God the fluidity of the animation, the character designs, the direction.. even if I’m this series biggest hater I will always give credit where it’s due. This was an expertly done episode.
I’m always meh on the goonbait shit in this series so I won’t comment on any of that, if you like it knock yourself out, but I really liked seeing Gojo’s creative design process for Marin’s cosplay. All the details like boning, chest straps, etc just shows how much work goes into things that we don’t always appreciate. That’s the coolest part of this show for me, along with Gojo being a guy who defies gender roles and likes “girlie” things which is something I heavily relate with.
My fave part of the episode though was the ending. Shibuya Halloween is a massive event that happens everywhere btw, one of the coolest things Tokyo has. But the whole “how do you know to do that stuff, you’re a guy” scene was cool because no one judged Gojo for his interests, it was just a genuine question from Kensei and he was respectful about it. It’s sad that Gojo’s been bullied into thinking he needs to be ashamed of what he likes, though. There’s definitely a ton of male beauticians if you go it any major mall or salon.
I guess this season we’ll see more of Gojo’s past explored and what makes him.. him. I’ll go in with an open mind even if I don’t care for the series.
