I recommend this song for you based on your interests:

---
Recommend me something obscure or any song with a cool music video.
@Kwanthemaster Since you asked for something obscure, I'd like to recommend this song:

As for me, I love songs with dark concepts/tones, I mostly listen to kpop and a bit of jpop atm(Dreamcatcher, Purple Kiss, Pixy, Pink Fantasy, Phantom Siita, Vocaloid...), but I'm open to recommendations in any languages!

I like silly things like this
@Sam565 You might like the low-budget copy of the Death Parade anime opening Bradio (the band that did the opening for the anime) did. It is similarly silly, I think.

As for me, I really like this vocaloid song (Clownish Linda and the sinking planet). It's just so silly and yet emotional, like a lot of the producer's songs.

I actually have some of my fave anime songs listed on my profile! But I love pretty much anything... just send a fave my way and I'll give it a go! If it has a beautiful animated music video/anime op to accompany it that'd be a bonus!

Hello @Romar,

I checked out the provided songs from your comment. I definitely felt closer to Destination of the journey than Hadaka No Yusha, but they are not really my type of songs. As you pointed out these are more emotional, slower paced songs.

I tried to find an appropriate artist from my collection with similar songs. The closest I could think of is Reona. I am not sure if you know her already. She has really nice voice imo. I was thinking of either Nainai, which is the outro song of Shadows House’s first season or Heaven in the Rain, that is the 2nd outro of Shangri-La Frontier.

I usually prefer more “high energy”, “over-the-top” songs. Here are some examples.
@Cubemaster12
hi! based on the songs you sent, i think you might like soulkids, Giraffepot, and maybe MONGOL800.
here's one of my favorites from soulkids, high energy guitar
here's giraffepot and mongol800. mongol800's music has nice flow while blending a wide range of different instruments and sounds, really engaging for me!
might i also recommend dueljewel, a visual kei band. beautiful melodies and vocals

One of my favorite songs is "The Lake and The River" by The Dear Hunter (a totally underrated band).
I really love the strong vocals and the story in the song; you can listen to it on its own, or as a part of the narrative told throughout their albums. The instruments used also hook me in so hard, I listen to this song on loop for hours at a time.
@hydrangeyeah I would recommend the song I Love you like an alcoholic by The Taxpayers as the song can also be enjoyed on it's own or part of the greater narrative of the album and the lyrics and I feel like the vocals and instruments have a similar vibe

As for me, one of my favorite musicians is Tommy Heavenly6 so similar music to her work would be great. I love the energetic blend of pop rock and punk :D
(Songs you may know by her are Gintama OP1 "Pray" and Soul Eater OP2 "Papermoon")

I'd like to recommend Tear Drop. I'm a big fan of MILGRAM which is a Japanese multimedia project. There are many different genres such as pop, rock, electronic, and even ballad. If this song isn't to your liking, you can try looking into the other MILGRAM songs because they're all pretty different.

If anyone wants to recommend music to me, I'm a basic JPOP and KPOP enjoyer. I mostly listen to anime songs as well as popular KPOP songs.

It might be slightly different from Joji's music, but I feel that they fall into the same type of almost melancholy(?) sound category. I think you'd like this song from Mk.gee:

I also would like to take a kinda sidestep from Joji and go out on a limb with an assumption that you'd like this style of songs too (I may be wrong but it kinda feels that you might like it)

I really like shoegaze music or songs that contain a lot of ambience, I might be throwing a bunch out here but they are tracks I'd like others to take a listen to:

I'm into a lot of styles so I'm interested in what other people want to recommend, like if you have a song you want others to know about then feel free to send it over to me.
