| The show is back to its more serious story tone focusing more on Cid this time and the Shadow Garden. Even Victoria got some spotlight. However, what they were really trying to do is save Rose this episode as a priority. That girl really should be more careful where she wonders around especially in this unpredictable world. |

| Guess being Rose really ain’t easy. I mean even if we put aside whatever she went through last season, she always getting the short end of the stick from the time she is admitted into the shadow garden is something else. Also wait, those two girls who always accompany Rose really didn’t recognize Cid sitting beside them? Lmaooo. Anyways, Oriana kingdom was already in a terrible state since the time the king and Rose herself fled away, but to think the goons under mister Perv Asshat would go as far as to involve, of what it seemed, Rose’s mother, in the kind of schemes the cult is known for in this series, might have been a bit too much of a sight for Rose to witness. I mean not only did she go against her own group but even ended up getting captured.. smh, and again the marriage thing. Though that’s a top rate mob act Cid did back in the tavern, and the hilarious thing is, somehow and someway, he gets girls impressed even from those cheap performances lol. Girls thinking Cid’s mad over their “666” for turning traitor, but when in reality he was furious over Rose’s coming-to-be marriage was actually quite a hilarious ending. |

| With Volume 3 fully done, we move onto Volume 4, or the Oriana's "Black Rose" Civil War Wedding Incident Arc. Under the number 559, Victoria, those undertaking the investigation of the Oriana Kingdom's ruins, of Rose, discover Queen Reina, the mother of 666, being taken away by the cult leaders to Duke Doem. A battle ensues, involving the queen, as they unravel the "key" hidden within the ruins. Upon learning that she's set to marry Doem, Cid becomes irritated and frustrated, foreseeing that she'll relinquish the throne to him after the marriage. In response, he decides to confront her about the motive behind her decision. To do so, he infiltrates the Oriana palace. I assume that this arc this time around, will revolve around Rose's wedding, serving as a conclusion to her character arc. It's pretty sad to me that she remains unaware that Shadow is Cid still. Perhaps, in this arc, she might unravel the truth. Only time will tell. All I'm hoping for is that the stroy is better than the last arc, because I can't lie the whole bank thing was dragging out near the end, |

| I love how the MC and the whole Shadow Garden thing are goofy af but the actual story is really serious. Oh, so the owner of the inn is the girl from the Lawless City! I wonder why Cid helped her, though. Just a whim I guess. Or am I thinking too lowly of him lol? Chi (Χ, or カイ, Kai in Japanese) is singing the ED! The best episode in a while. This arc seems really exciting! @phantomfandom He doesn't need character development, he's already perfect lol |

| So we are back to the oriana kingdom plotline. Didn't recognize that girl from the previous arc at first but good to see her doing well now. Rose's mother was acting pretty nonchalant, don't think she was being forced or threatened at all. Though ofc she's still her mother so she's obviously not just gonna let her kill her. I wonder what's the deal with the lavender hair girl, the one voiced by Itou Miku. She seems amusing though. Also Cid's upto his usual antics. |

| the next part is what i love its the anyway cid as always misunderstands the situation and people always misunderstand him reinds me of this seasons tearmoon empire also i believe perv will launch his final attack at the pace this is going |

| ROFL! Cid is EPIC as ever! I'm glad to see the story in progress again since we didn't get to see him last week. The new character is a beauty and I like her character as she praised Shadow in front of her. |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| The queen is probably working with Perv Asshat, an affair maybe or else I don't see a reason for no.559 try to kill her. She even insisted on Rose not needing to know the reason. No.559 is pretty and strong. Her flashback when? |

| Back to LN adapted content. Another awesome episode that takes us back to the Oriana kingdom. We get to see how much killing her father is still weighing on rose. Of course there’s no way she’d let the shadow garden take out the only family she’s got left in her mother. But the shadow garden doesn’t really take out innocent people so that should’ve been an indication that something may be up with her mom.. Very nice of Cid to go out and save the lady’s restaurant with a massive donation. Can’t wait to see things pick up next week. These last few eps should be peak. |

| Cid's self-discovery journey into the LN's Volume 4, it's back to Rose's Oriana Kingdom, of which now she has to partake a mission in Castle Town, which is in shambles. And the mission is up to Shadow Garden's Numbers to check this out, of which Rose is of extreme importance and significance to outwit the Children of Diablos. And it's just like back in the Sanctuary with Rose's mother being used as a tool for Perv Asshat and Mordred with the First Children, which being spotted by the Cult is not of any good restrain. As expected, the factions for and against Perv Asshat create just the perfect dispute for Cid to step in, though he will support the Birth of Tyrant Rose in being the next leader and rid of any enemies along the way as he always does as the Eminence of Shadow. And along the way...Cid sure did all of the fixer room stuff, though it's getting him bored fast in Lawless City. Even in the midst, he helped out the innkeeper get her money back, and the Numbers got saved by Cid himself in the process of getting slain by Mordred. AH the moment as arrived...Rose's marriage to Perv Asshat, that REALLY pisses Cid off. Why, just why, after killing off her father? |

| Shadow and the cult are playing a game of tug of war and Rose is caught in the middle! Shadows goal of wanting her to be a tyrant is silly, but that's Cid for you. 559 is a very serious member of Shadow Garden. If she says jump and your answer isn't how high, She will deem you an enemy. Shadow Garden having obsessive members makes sense to me! |

| Cid was back to his over extra self today and I loved it. Rose's mother is def a rat or something. Shadow Garden does not make mistakes. I even feel like the voice actress for her mother was very over the top, in a good way, when she was asking Rose to help her. I thought that was really well done acting wise. It's good character development for Rose which we need more of. A lack of Delta this episode made me sad. |

| By this point Cid may as well keep to what he's been doing given the effect its having. Rose and her team sure have quite the quirky bond. Nice to finally be able to meet Victoria but man her personality sure needs work. If Cid was a normal guy i think he wound't had minded being taken care of by Marie. Quite the obsession that Vic has for Shadow there. Still her rep for being one of the garden's best but not yet at the level of the seven shadows is well deserved. Looks like we have a bride to snatch coming up next ep. |

| Rose definitly hasn't been happy for a long time and it's just getting worse for her. We've got a new pink-haired girl who somehow got her powers from Cid directly, same way as Rose. Well, it turns out she went back to the Kingdom to get married. Cid was fucking hilarious this episode starting with the pussy acting then his speedrun of the sidequests to going FULL range mode after finding out that Rose is getting married LOL. That shit was fucking PEAK with him flying off at the speed of light. Great voice acting on top of that. Hopefully animation will be more fluid in the upcoming fights. Seems like this will be a nice arc. |

| I love the hilarious misunderstandings this show gives haha. Loved when he had no idea what was going on at the end, but heard Rose was getting married, so he said exactly what they wanted to hear haha. Love that! Hopefully we get more Shadow action next episode! |

| So no explanation of what Delta found in the snow in episode 6 then? We're just gonna skip right past this and jump haphazardly into a new arc? It feels like we're missing a transition episode to move between the arcs, to explain who the new Number is (what is with this show and just randomly introducing new Shadow Garden members out of nowhere and without any explanation whatsoever, all the while acting as if we the audience already know who they are?) and a few other outstanding elements, which is kind of funny when we had time for a godawful filler episode last week. Also, I know it probably won't, but I really hope Cid's "journey of self-discovery" actually goes somewhere and allows him to undergo even some modicum of character development, especially coming out of an arc where his actions ended up massively upsetting all his followers. |
| The show is starting to be boring. S1 i couldn't wait for the next episode.. "why does a week have 7 whole days damnit." S2.. ok starts interesting.. feels rushed tho.. bank stuff.. meh.. "getting tired of cid being ignorant of everything" cid was more 'serious' (probably not the right word) but at least more invested into the ongoing story. now it feels he is a side char that is completely oblivious to whats going on. he's not eminence in shadow... just ignorance in shadow. |

| funny episode; he really did a solid for that innkeeper. why couldn't they let rose have this one and just kill the soldiers. was the queen really necessary? either way, abducting her would have been more beneficial for all. |

| @Atavistic Yeah this episode it feels more than ever that they assume everyone watching already saw the manga or LN or both. I thought they would double down on the Victoria screentime but they really love skipping explanations and Cid's monologues in this adaptation for more random shots of the girls' bodies... Man i like ecchi but that's just not how it's done, especially since we just had a hot spring episode and this series isn't really that ecchi heavy in LN or manga to begin with. Cid won't reflect about anything because he has no idea about what tf he is really doing most of the time and completely misunderstood the events of the previous arc. Honestly he's supposed to be the soul of the series being a overpowered whacko fcking around but they made him so stone faced in the anime, many of his thoughts are skipped and so much time is wasted on the most random pointless shit. At the end of the day i really like this series so i'll keep watching but this adaptation really feels like the anime equivalent of being brutally spanked while ocasionally being fed some tasty candy or fries. Sorry for rant |

| Great to have Cid back. He really is the star of the show. Love seeing him in front of his soldiers and more misunderstandings occuring lol. Seems Shadow has a new VERY loyal follower. She seems just as obsessed with him as the Seven Shadows. |
