| that firework scene reminded me of kimi no nawa lol holy damn, that yukata + hairstyle killed me piggyback scene was cute seriously, that blue tongue part LOL the scary movie tho, i liked the difference, Gojou was just having fun and even rewatching scenes, while MArin was all scared and even looked away :D can't believe she ended watching part 2 alone haha the bath scene when she screams :D nice ending with that phone call, really cute, Gojou saying he enjoyed that year, and MArin even waited for him to sleep before confessing , kawaiiiiiiiiii (fun fact, i actually was watching ep 9 when new year started :D) one of those anime i left behind cause i knew i would take too long on each episode with prints and etc lol together with Akebi, these are 2 of my 6 10/10 of 2022 (2 sequels + LycoReco/AoAshi) , tbh i have no idea which one i liked the most out of the 6, but there's little doubt that Marin is easily one of the best charas ever, super pretty, super confidente (most of the time at least), super energetic, and best of all, she never says bad about anyone, she respects everyone equally there's people complaing about fanservice, i love fanservice lol (even i agree ep 2 had too much time), meanwhile i just took screenshots of all of it hahaha thankfully, season 2 was already anounced, so maybe i'll wait a bit more before deciding if i read manga or not |

| What a laxed school. To allow students walk freely through all its sections during the holidays. Cute finale, just like the whole series. It was very wholesome and fun anime. I loved the fireworks scene. This anime had awesome animation and art, but that scene was truly the cherry on top. |
| This episode was pretty relaxed. Just spending their summer vacation together. Even them staying on the phone with each other at the end was really nice. HOWEVER the anime frustrates me on a lot of ends. Sometimes I think it's sheer brilliant with the otaku comedy and certain aspects of the characters personality; Gojo normie self getting sucked into this new world and being either facsinated or horrified is the peak experince. Marin also being absolutely shameless and her being oblivious as to why she has to be is also done superbly well. But anytime this series tries to go for extra points of teasing it usually misses, not always but just to get a rise out of Gojo just rolls my eyes. The beginning that I rewatched again after finishing is still weak on it's premise and only starts getting interesting my episode 4-5. SIGH. I want to love this series but so much is holding back for me. Maybe S2 will shape up a bit more and I will be watching. 6/10 for now. |

| Finally coming to an end, very relaxed episode with comfy directing. Overall, it was kinda whatever. I am not sure if I'll watch s2.  |
| Gojo reminds me of myself when I watch horror. That's why all horror shows don't scare me. The presentation is all that matters whether I'll like it or not. Marin's nape is so sexy. It's common in Japanese men, I've heard, to love a woman's nape. That fireworks scene was well-done and one of the most beautiful scenes in this show, for sure! Very very sweet Marin & Gojo moments, especially during that call in the end. I couldn't help but smile during those scenes. I wish Gojo responded to that "I Love You," but the twist is that he's actually half-asleep. Or he could've at least said, "Thank you for coming into my life." The progress in their relationship is slow, thanks to Gojo. Lol Anyway, I'm looking forward to S2! 9/10 I do the call thing with my GF, too. However, in my case, if I fall asleep first, I'm dead. lol |
| What better way to end a show like this than with a festival visit? Though I like how they almost teased that kiss and instead we just got "blue-tongued" xD Man this show... was much better than I thought it would be. CloverWorks did an amazing job animating it, they really put in the work where it was important. And that counts for both fanservice scenes (episode 2 was like... damn) and also just beautiful scenes between the main couple. Gojou-kun was a fine main character, sometimes he was a bit too wimpy, but overall he was manning up at the right time and steadily improved himself. The side characters were alright, I'm glad they were used for that one arc and then the focus was back to Gojou and Marin again. And then of course there is Marin... oh boy, that's waifu bait if I ever saw one. The author tried to make the perfect otaku girl and I feel like he succeeded. And that would be considered to be "generic", but why has no one else succeeded like this before him, if the formula was so clear? In the end she was the reason to watch the show and she definitely made it worth my time. The question is that if a girl like her is believable and in my opinion she is. Rare, but not impossible. Really looking forward to season 2, 10/10 for this first season, loved it. |

| Its was almost 10 on episode 11 , but this one , while being great , was quite simple , so now its almost a 9 However , i was expecting her to say something like « i wear nothing under my yukata » for a joke Lf s2 with more direct unwanted skin show |

| Lol the studio name really bolster this anime rating here even though the whole show is not that amazing. Sure the both animation and art overall quality is above generic romcom out there but the entire show premises somehow still generic nonetheless because that's not the main selling point of this type of anime. For anime like this type, the most important thing in my opinion is the variety of characters interaction which this show lack for (overall the cast is so minimal tho for this kind of genre). The one vital interation that come in my mind afted completed this anime is the missing interaction between Marin friends toward gojo and how her friend reacted to it. Also the direction shift toward cosplay to fuwa-fuwa a la romcom toward the end of series is quite disappointed too. The last thing is how the show ended for each episode, they mostly ended in awkward point which very annoying in my opinion (gladly the very next episode is direct continuely from previous episodes). There is also few bad cut-frame there and there because they seem use some sort 'animestic-photorealistic' on some background (really noticable in beach scene). Lack of overall supportive bg soundtrack isn't helped either. Either way, the anime is overall decent despite my complain above. Not the best on it's genre but i get why people love this. But 8,23 for this??? nah......... 7/10 |
