| @Dan_ALves From what I understood when Amaryllis saw the petrification as a child, looking at the light itself will not petrify you, but standing in the range that it covers will. Like an AOE skill in RPGs. |

| Gen, my ultimate favorite mentalist of all time <3 This is his episode, this is a proof why I love him soooo much! And kyaaa I always feel like Moz is a Kingdom of Science member even with his first introduction. There's just something about his aura. Even with him and Kohaku battling in the previous episodes, there's still this gentleman air he exudes...or is it just him being a player? lol! Still I'm glad he's on Team Senku for now, thanks to Gen! |

| I feel like Gen is one of those characters that doesn't get enough recognition until moments like these where the battle of wits can surely make a difference. It was quite the negotiation but Moz joined thier side... temporarily. At the very least he'll be quite the asset for their plan. |

| Gen the mentalist did it again lol Got Moz to switch side, although I'm not sure if this gonna back fire them in the future. Moz is kinda like a mix of Tsukasa and Hyoga right? If only Tsukasa was still around, it will be a hell of battle between those two. |

| That negotiating scene with Moz was the best part of this episode. Really loved Gen's mentalist skills. That scene was quite educational too XD. Moz joined the Kingdom of Science for now but I kinda wish he actually becomes a part of it later, that would be interesting and they would also gain an additional member for their power team. |

| The Medusa has been revealed, and it's beatable by scientific standards. The main members of the Science Vessel Perseus are revived, and the 3D war can finally start...but not without the news from Amaryllis about Kohaku and Ginro's petrification. Even if it didn't matter that Soyuz was part of the family, all they want to know that there is only ONE weapon, and whether does Ibara have another one on standby, it's been debunked if he needs both intruders to be petrified immediately, and that was controlled by Kirisame. Also, the point of Moz entering their conversation almost seamlessly, Senku and Co. didn't pick this up, but Chrome sure knew that Amaryllis led him to their camp. Indeed, all of this intimation were critical to the success of their mission, and only the capable Gen can pull it off. Mentalist Gen pulling a deal with Moz instead of everyone dealing with him physically, it's standard manipulation to feed his ego to suit his needs to charade him to their side. Indeed, Moz has his own information to negotiate, and since they're on the same wavelength of ideals, he could easily go for a win-win solution. But he wants the weapon for himself, and yet another manipulation technique via the psychological reaction to test his loyalty, and they finally reach a consensus. Great work to Gen for holding out his prowess, and the Kingdom of Science has a spy to help them out, at least for now with the new weapon created for this purpose. The war between the Kingdom of Science and the Petrification Kingdom has truly begun. |

| Three cheers for Yuzuriha's return. Hip hip hooray. Actually not just her, they're reviving more of the crew. It makes you wonder if they have the food they'll probably need to keep everybody energized while they make the drone contraption, but surely they're doing the traditional hunting and gathering. It's nice to see how our petrification native got all emotional with how the others got stoned. They really had some camaraderie through it all, but then she was all on her own. Could give her credit for making the others get clued in on the island affairs. And then we saw Moz is there.. welp this has been fun guys. Nobody's gonna stand up to him in a fight. Taiju can only be a punching bag. So the only way for them to get through that is the art of bull. Coax em in with words, then seal the deal I suppose. Moz looks badass in the raid outfit. A knight in the moonlight, kicking ass easy caus the normal guards can't lift a finger. That shot at the end with him standing on top of the pile of guys.. a true work of art. |

| As a Potterhead and Slytherin, I can only feel proud and respectful of Gen's silver tongue 😆 He really saved everyone, as Moz could have probably easily killed them all, given how powerful he is. And now (well, for now), they have gained him as a pretty powerful ally, though he remains a threat that will need to be dealt with as soon as they've managed to neutralize Ibara. But jeez, Taiju and Yuzuriha could really take it a step further than just a handshake now. They're over 3700 years old already, lol. Just a thought, but maybe if they manage to get Tsukasa healed and revived, he could be the only one to actually match Soz in physical ability? That would be such an awesome fight too! 🤩 |

| hmm, maybe first bad episode for this part. first thing, the fact that they are saying out loud "battle of wits" is demanding that the story is trying to be that way. yeah it was smart and all, but when you saying "i'm gonna win this battle of wits" every minute, it's making the whole thing too much flat. secondly, the whole moz "battle of wits" felt awfully forced. while it would be expected from him to murder them and all, he came without any backup. from here the build up could be that moz would threaten them in the same ultimatum "help me or die", telling them he would want to beat ibara as well. instead, we get too much wordy "battle of wits" that took too long in my opinion. if they had kept the all "gon's tricks" to after the "battle of wits", it would not just be more smart directing, but much more smoother. and because it took too long, not a lot of the plot moved in this episode. |

| Seeing how much of a powerless senku and his friends were against moz made me miss tsukasa so much, I hope they made gun powder and a gun soon and awaken some strong modern martial artists cause otherwise the kingdom of science is too weak for situation like this and speaking of tsukasa, they still have hyoga on the ship who can overpowered moz singlehandedly alone |
| The emotional scenes from the last episode didn't cause the impact that I was expecting in the characters in this episode, but honestly, that's something I was already expecting, this anime doesn't usually do that (did it like twice, so), so yeah, Dr. Stone being Dr. Stone as usual. Anyways, it seems like they managed to find someone with similar objectives as them inside the palace, so that's going to be useful. |
