| Arata shows up in front of Miyo, but I don't have a good feeling about him. At least not yet. As long as he is against Kiyoka, he is an enemy. Kiyoka comforts Miyo, reassuring her to be more open about her feelings, and not feel guilty to do them. This is what I like the most in this anime. Arata shows up at their house while making sure Kiyoka isn't at home. He is trying to sow discord between them. He did something to Miyo I believe. I wouldn't be so careless to think he did nothing. After all, he is a Usuba too. Hehe, Kiyoka has an idea now. I really like this investigator now. He found the right details. Since Miyo is unable to change herself, Kiyoka has to force some sense into her. This is another part that I like. Trauma patients don't change with just kind words. Kind words don't reach them. It needs to be forced in so that they can finally be able to see what they're doing. A crack in the shell. But Kiyoka said something he shouldn't have. Nevertheless, he just got carried away too. |

| I hate that Tsuruki while clearly having ulterior motives and possibly being manipulative was not wrong that Kiyoka was not paying close enough attention to Miyo even though he was concerned for her. It's understandable though sometimes these things are hard to notice and the work he's distracted with wasnt just his job but tracking down info on Miyo's family. It was nice to see he didn't just get pissed off but actually took the criticism to heart and it helped him see what he was missing before. |

| It made me a little sad to see Kiyoka inadvertently hurting Miyo's feelings, but I liked seeing some conflict in their relationship instead of things being too easy. Marriages take work, and people are flawed, so they'll need to work things through better than they have been instead of keeping things from each other. Kiyoka's internal monologue after he yelled at Miyo felt so real and so much like what goes through my head after I get mad at someone I love, my remorse. |
| I swear I'm trying my hardest not to get mad at Miyo for her poor communicative skills but dear god just tell your husband you're not doing well. He gave you like three chances for you to be honest with him and poor guy can't read minds ffs. |
| This episode shows of family is important. The final scene is really strong in term of emotion. |
| Tsuruki is evil and creepy. I wonder what his plan is with Miyo. I just don't trust him, he always shows up to help her out. I do sorta appreciate that he told Kudo that Miyo was obviously not doing okay and looked pale. Kudo has been absent for a while now and hasn't been paying enough attention to Miyo as he should be. Kudo should've noticed that she was pale and losing weight on his own, not through someone else. Kudo is very sweet overall, I just wish Miyo wasn't so scared of asking for help and just get over the fear of bothering someone. I know its easier said than done especially with her background. |

Urgh not one of these shitty moments again with a shitty random third wheeler coming into play to stir shit up for the sake of its plot to try and make the characters uneasy with each other in the most overused plot device ever in these kinda situations. More unnatural and convenient storytelling manifests itself in the form of the "glasses guy". It's not even the fact that he's one of "those" characters, because it's a romance show after all and it's a good thing that the romance is tested and challenged. But it's more about how he does that, i.e. how he's written. He was just so rude and unsubtle here to a degree that made the character not believable.
There'd better be a good explanation for this in the next episode...

Yes I get that the story has hinted at a motive for the character. I'm just annoyed by how clumsily he was injected into the story to create conflict. He straight up walked up to them (after having met each of them once, I think) and said, "How's it going? Your engagement, by the way, sure isn't working out well, is it?", you know? He even outright declares "It should have been me". This is his scheme to break them up? And this successfully throws the relationship into turmoil, because, I suspect, the story needed to introduce an obstacle right now. But as you say, I may have spoken too soon. There could be some explanation and development later... Maybe he has powers to influence people's minds by speaking to their fears, so he has no need to be subtle at all? Or maybe he isn't exactly a shrewd mastermind (despite the glasses)? As I said, I'll see how things turn out next episode. This kind of character set-up is just rubbing me the wrong way at the moment. |
| Miyo being saved by a businessman, she is the tool that continues to be a sitting duck before the calamities happen. Kiyoka continues his investigation into Miyo's family connection to the Usuba family with his sister Hazuki, being that she was birthed with no supernatural abilities but yet have nightmares of it, something is egregiously off about her, but it's not like they can ask Miyo about it to close the case. With the Grave's Grotesqueries creeping nearer to home, Kiyoka and the others can't bear not to take action, and he checks in with her while deploying all forces to contain the Grotesqueries as fast as they can. Back at hom, Hazuki shares her life ti Miyo about her marriage, which ended up in shambles and divorce with hardship, which she commends Miyo for braving through even worse hardship from the Saimori family and wants her to make her own decisions leading her life from now on. Aside that Sumi Usuba is a woman so hard and tedious to track down, Kiyoka shares to Miyo about his and Hazuki's sibling relationship, though he is genuine about caring for Miyo and wants her to speak out, be selfish and depend on him more. Sure enough, Arata Tsuruki came looking for Kiyoka, though seeing Miyo and lashing out the rumors of talk at her, she rebuts in proof, and leaves home seeking him in his office rather, though the information came fast that Arata was part of the problem that he has to resolve. Even so, Miyo still chooses to close her heart towards him even when he's desperate for her wanting to talk to him and lashes out at her the same as the last. There's only one way to break Miyo's curse once and for all, and that's to seek Arata for the answers he's looking for. |

| I love rewatching them over & over. There should be more shows that have a similar love story where they gradually fall in love & not rushed there is ups & downs like in normal relationships. One of the best shows there is & can't wait for more episodes. LOVE My Happy Marriage. |
| The dude straight up calls her by her name at the beginning of the episode, none of the 3 women question him and then later he acts surprised that she is Kiyoka's wife. Kiyoka atleast got info on an Usuba. |

| they're literally my fav couple ever. "really? i miss being w/ you. don't you miss me?" LIKE AHHH i'd literally faint (pun not intended but like .. ik how much miyo faints), i hope next episodes resolves tension from their little conflict because they're both kind of upset w/ each other but atleast they both mean the best. also petition to remove tsuruki bc i KNEWWW he was sus from the second i saw him I KNEW IT !! |

This whole episode hit home. Especially Kudo's quote about family and Hazuki's speech about her regret. I love this anime. That Arata guy is super shady & manipulative. What a snake. |
| OMG Tsuruki is definitely stirring the pot!! XD I can totally understand how Miyo feels because of her family trauma and all. She feels like a burden and not worthy enough of Kudo, but yet Kudo doesn't feel like Miyo isn't a burden at all and wants Miyo to tell him how she feels and everything. Definitely a communication thing and something they will need to work through together. Miyo needs to gain more self confidence that way she feels more comfortable talking honestly with Kudo and Kudo just needs to be more patience imo. I really hope Miyo tells Kudo about her nightmares tho so bad it can be helpful to the grotesques hunt. |

| Some people deserve to get socked in the face, another clown comes to the picture. That said Miyo is really at fault here. Gotta learn to take care of yourself before anything else. Kudou told her so many times to rely on him, but she is just unwilling, resulting in more burden on him. |
