Which cuts are you referring to? material cut from the manga or cuts in the scenes shown?

He probably means the random cuts in fight scenes like with Soi Fon for example.

I'm so glad to finally see Kurotsuchi's light-up outfit in the anime it's just as glorious as expected lol
Askin in one of my favorite Bleach characters too so it's great to see him here also
Also I'm just realizing how Rangiku's character design in TYBW is much closer to her manga design than it was in the original anime and she looks so much better now, bravo!
One thing I could say is I'm not crazy about the stagnant red sky and I think it might start to get tiresome to look at, but that's really just a nitpick

The second invasion on the seireitei has begun! Let the battle commence.
Back to back battles with the stern ritters vs the gotei 13 captains.
Yhwach ordered the annihilation of his enemies instantly. With the stern ritter's shadow showing up in the seireitei and equipped with the captain's bankai. All hope seems lost.
Kyoraku and Nanao bought themselves some time against Haschwalth thanks to Nanao's barrier kido which prevent quincy attacks.
Soi Fon's battle with stern ritter BCG left off on an unnerving cliffhanger. Worried for Soi Fon.
The highlight of this episode was definitely Toshiro and Rankgiku's fight with Bazz-B. Toshiro is at an elemental disadvantage since Bazz-B's attack is fire. His one finger and two finger fire attacks are lethal. And those are just a fraction of Bazz-B's powers.
Luckily for the soul reapers, Urahara Kisuke has contacted Mayuri a way to retrieve back the stolen bankais.
Plus one for Ichigo's training arc at the end.

finally some action. ice vs fire with toshiro vs bazz-b, and rangiku is there as well being eye candy.
BG9 pulled up with a freakin mini-gun lmao soi fon had it under control but is on the backfoot now.
mayuri and nemu are lit up like the 4th of july, something about getting rid of shadows.
and finally a call from the best character, urahara.
ep 1 was a snooze fest but we're getting somewhere now.

i remember that one of the things i disliked about this part in the manga was the the fights get cut an then switch to a different fight, as a result both Toshiros an Soi Fons fights ended up being lame

Mayuri is still the best thing about Bleach though

Oh boy everything is going so well in the direction and production... Hitsugaya, Soi Fong and their crew got some nice battles here. I hope they keep adaptating the chapters this way and more of the novels..

Im glad I am not the only one who felt the fight transitions and pacing was all over the place… no fluid animation and some gore censored. Not on por with the best we’ve seen from TYBW.

the thing is I saw this episode as a setup leading up to the more important stuff later on but I thought the animation was fine and didn't want to see them go out on those fights since they end way too quick in the manga when I read it, but the only complaint I have from this episode is fight transitions though pacing tbh I thought was quite good since even know it felt fast which should cause we now at the point where just straight fights with little to no dialogue

Ichigo his going through some rough training. I guess it's whatever heaviness Rukia and Renji experienced except he was able to move and they were on the ground.

Much better episode than last week.

world inside shadows and no explanation at all, just random jargon

matsumoto and ice guy had the perfect counter and they BLABBED the secret and used it on a BS wall of ice rather than incasing him in ice and ending it

boring battle of back and forth, the animation was whack

and last second hats and clog comes up with a method to reclaim bankai. that's good at least

for me personally this season is very mid compared to previous season it just lacks that touch of feel that it had previously starting from songs btw not saying its bad.......but lets be honest both opening song and ending song in current season isn't that good and storyline and entire *plot line* feels very lacking

It's only 2 episodes, but it progresses at the same pace as the 1st episode, and I'm satisfied for the time being. The good thing is that the still images are movie-quality, and especially Busby and Soifon are original and beautiful. The colors of Busby burning in the ice field were really GOAT. I was also touched by the use of nostalgic music, and I felt that this was a sign that the best OST would come back in future parts. The bad part is that the animation is still bad and there are too few drawings, so if you say badly, it looks like a picture-story show. It's a pity that the part to put effort and the part to cut corners are easy to understand. This is probably the same problem as season 1 that will never be resolved, but I think clowns are probably under-budgeted overall, watching season 2 of JJK and feeling that in terms of animation. However, TBW doesn't have any low-quality animations, and they're all serious, while JJK, on the other hand, has a lot of low-quality comedy animations, so the overall budget may be about the same. Also, BLEACH is a work that has more dialogue during battle than action, so maybe these things are natural, I like it more than demon slayer, etc., whose animation is just wonderful and the story and settings are thin and hard to remember. As for the switching of scenes, there is no problem because it proceeds in the same order as the original. Perhaps too much concentration on one character or too much time axis shift in context will result in a messed up script that will exceed the frame of 13 episodes, and you will realize that the pace of TBW made by clowns was the best choice. deaf. I think that squeezing 5 episodes into 1 episode is a difficult task in terms of script thinking as much as we think. The only downside is the lack of animation. I think TBW is already GOAT, but if that problem is solved, it will be a work that surpasses GOAT, but in reality, the limit is to pour too many characters' lines and explanations into anime, and I have to accept this as BLEACH's style. do not have. It's not good to add unnecessary animations like Naruto, and the season is too long and boring parts increase, so this may be the best way to show it. A bit weaker compared to episode 1, but this is the part where the story in the manga goes a bit downhill. Still Bleach is my all time favorite shounen. Excited to see what's new in later episodes
