| Oh man, the tears and bonding this episode....after all that, it was finally over. Given the circumstances, this was also a chance for Takemichi and Hina to reconnect again. All those man tears ...I think this was the most tears Takemichi has ever shown in franchise. Mikey is also such a good friend to have around and glad to also see Emma again. |

| From a dump break-up to a reconciliation, Hina asking her dad about how he saw Takemichi as a gangster, this does not fare well with her to pray at the shrine for her prayers to be heard. Mikey's sister Emma confidentially meeting her and learning about this, and eventually involves both her brother and Draken to find Takemichi...which is where they landed in front of the church where Taiju was at. Being the same crybaby that he is and weeping over his mistakes that saw her get killed each and every time, Takemichi swears to protect her with all of his life, making up for her. Mikey taking Takemichi for a ride, and just between the two of them to share their life struggles, everything of Takeimichi, Mikey took notice, and comforted him like how he did to his esteemed brother. Between the young Mitsuya and Draken, they met at an unkempt place where Mitsuya was vandalizing graffiti and Draken watching on the sidelines. Mitsuya sure is shocked of Draken's place being a whorehouse, but quickly learns that he and Draken are two worlds apart. Despite that, he lived off being in the footsteps of Draken, to this very day as a gangster. What a nice anime-original segment for the both of them. The New Year festival with a joyous feel for everyone, and Hakkai misunderstanding that Yuzuha has a crush not on Mitsuya, but on Takemichi, too bad since he's been taken by Hina. Soon, even Toman people join in with the festivities. A job well done for Takemichi, you've earned this. |

| Pretty good episode, the whining bitch Takemitchy didn't steal as much screen time which is very good. The backstory of the twin dragons of Toman was especially interesting |
| Takemichi makes up with Hina. This was good for everyone involved. It seems the reason Mikey and Draken went after Takemichi and the others was because of Emma's request. That was great. The backstory of the twin dragons was really fun. "Whorehouse" lol. Mitsuya isn't wrong. Lol. Takemichi's ema wish is cute. Hope his wish comes true some day. |
| Guys don't misunderstand, that whole DRAMA around the breakup was just author's way of executing the idea of comic relief. Gave me a good laugh back when reading this part too, and now again in the adaptation, with the voices. Also girls in the series must have a weird mind... like what even in the name of god they see in Takemitchy. |

| Finally a breather after the intensity of the Black Dragon drama. So Emma's request is what coincidentally led Mikey and Draken to the boys at the church. Talk about a lucky break lol. Nice to see Hina and Takemichi make up, and now it looks like Takemichi is adding to his harem with Yuzuha falling for him too. Certainly an interesting choice when there's literally any other guy out there, but I guess you like what you like. The New Year's scene was fun with Takemichi frantically trying to get his ema back. I'm interested to see where we go from here, as Kisaki is still plotting and scheming. |

| MASTERPIECE EPISODE !!!!!! what a wave of emotion from Takemichi i cried too. A meaninful episode between Mikey and Takemichi, Takemichi was really like Mikey's brother, the story has so strong characteristics. Reaffirming even weak crybaby Takemichi is strong in heart and going down will save Mikey. EVEN TAIJU GOT THE GOOD END heh, he won't change his ways, but he understands that violence isn't everything. WITH THE HAPPY NEW YEAR FAIR, I would've been satisfied if this was the last episode of Season 2, TAKEMICHI WRTIING DOWN " I HOPE TO BECOME A HERO WHO CAN SAVE EVERYONE" !!!!! :))) Transitioning into the ending song like that was perfection to close the Christmas Showdown arc ~ I LOVED THE Christmas Showdown Arc, Season 1 was still better with more Mikey and Draken. Season 2 was still a good continuation though I feel Takemichi was too prone standing around to take a beating. DAMN still remember the Surprise punch of Season 1, where Takemichi straight out punched Kisaki LMAO EMOTIONALLY, BOTH SEASONS DID IT FOR ME! |

| Pretty happy with this episode. I love breather moments like these. Hina and Yuzuha are cute. Feels like this is a good place to end the season though. Three more eps?? |

| Ah great they make up again and its actually thanks to Emma who telling them the situation between those balanced couple. Don't forget the great signature of Takemichi too, with crying everything solve nicely. More flashback, Mikey telling more story about his older brother and put Takemichi into a difficult ask there. While Mitsuya also having a flashback of why he was so attached to Ken and that kick in the face tho. I want... Meanwhile, that's a nice finale momentum with everyone in there, with a nice additional unexpected explanation near the end of how Yuzuha actually have a crush with our beloved crybaby hero, not Mitsuya. Very nice xd Then, there he was, not surrender yet. So i like Tetta, determined hater. Can't wait to see what scheme he's doing for the later arc.. |

| takemichi got his ass beat by his girl and taiju but at least they made up. wow, this was a surprisingly decent episode! they throw out logic during action scenes plus shitty animation but dialogue-heavy episodes like this are actually nice. decent mitsuya and draken flashback. the ending at the shrine with everyone was nice too. best girl; yuzuha having a one-sided crush on takemichi is uh surprising tho. |

| I thought Takemitchi would make another stupid decision and dump Hina again because he makes the worst decisions possible, but guess he finally made a good decision. Hina's the best girlfriend you could ask for. I felt so relieved but can someone tell him to stop crying like that? It's embarrassing lol... He earned the respect of his friends despite being the weakest, that's our takemitchy. Well being a punching bag is not that easy- And and Mikey really seems like a different guy off gang and on gang... in gang he's like "know your place trash" but off gang, he's like "I suck" lmao. He's like that flame chick from Bofuri - acts like a guild leader in front of the guild but lets her hair down around Maple because the "stronk guild leader" bit is just an act to satisfy the guild. |

| Hm. Yeah. I struggle to rate this arc tbh. There are so many cringe moments, but also very good and emotional things. Aaaah. Last scene was cute tbf. |

| Takemichi are weak at physical, but he is very strong at mind and his endurance is really strong now.... Punched by Taiju, and still fine.... I'd remember he was out cold many day on the first season. Mikey is very strong at physical... But I'm pretty sure his kokoro and mind are the weakest. Well, season 2 is going to end with cliffhanger then... 3 episode left with new arc maybe.... Or it could be some random daily life episode. |

| Takemichi is such a crybaby but a brave one at that. Hina is so sweet and deserves all the love. They made up again which I'm really happy about. We also got the backstory on Draken and Mitsuya being the Twin Dragons of Toman. And, Yuzuha has a crush on Takemichi. I'm not surprised tbh. But, yeah, it's one-sided. I love her character as well. She's cute and brave. |

| good chapter It was a good chapter in terms of Slice Of Life, and seeing how the relationships of the characters in this arc go. It was a pretty quiet chapter honestly, I wonder what more material there is for the next 3 chapters |
