As for cote imma be honest while i do like it there just isn’t really much going on apart from like a few episodes and even in those it’s just like a few minutes of actual good stuff Only one I would say could compete for me is Kingdom S4, but idk if that really count since it started in spring. There’s a lot of good shows airing this season, I just think MiA is the best by a wide margin. Personally my anime of the year so far. |

| Absolutely. I'd even say it's top 3 anime this year. But this anime season has very weak so that isn't much of a compliment. Besides Overlord and Isekai Ojisan, everything has been a 7/10 at best. |

| Best seasonal this season by a land mile. Every other seasonal can't keep up. Yokafushi no Uta is average apart from the music, Isekai Ojisan is not coming back till September, and Lycoris will continue to be dropped. Made in Abyss releases banger after banger every week and we still have people saying Call of the Morning has been better smh. One of the highest-rated anime that still keeps being slept on. Make it make sense. |

| It's one of the higher rated anime of this season for me, but I haven't really liked or fully enjoyed a show from this season either. So it's kind of a bizarre situation overall for me. Reminds me of the Winter 2022 season where My Dress Up Darling was one of my higher rated anime of that season, but that season was such a bummer overall and I didn't really love a show from that season after following up with most of it. |

| Made in Abyss won Anime of the Year at the Crunchyroll Awards in 2018. I would like to see MiA 2 win AoTY again but this year is harder than 2018. |
