| The entire Macross franchise is one of the best things that have happened to me. Especially the original, SDF Macross. Not only is it an extremely mature and well-written, heartfelt story, but it also helped me realize a lot about myself. It also features Maximilian Jenius, my favorite anime character of all time, and someone who I always aspire to be like. Plus, it's one of those rare series where the countless sequels and spin-offs are actually generally good and consistent with the universe, as Shoji Kawamori (the original creator) has taken the helm on most of the Macross projects over the years. |
| Haven't really watched many mecha shows, but im watching Mobile Suit Gundam : Iron Blooded Orphans atm. I have been enjoying it, but I wouldn't say its my favorite, because its the only mecha I've seen. |

| Now to be honest I haven't watched that much mecha. But I somehow enjoyed Schwarzesmarken a lot. It definitely wasn't perfect but the plotline and the fact that the story was so strange made me appreciate it anyway. |
