| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ooh a familiar face facing off in the finale. The Prince of Darkness had his hands full this time. In the final episode, we got a climatic finish as the entire city collapses. Oh Iris, she had so much pressure on her. Definitely got the vibe of a season finale though. They even had a piece of music prepared for the episode. |

| Prince was summoned to join the fight later? That second place reborn w. ugly form. So he already has an order to kill king of light (not attack by mistake). Re-dual, but this time is for real. How the prince is strong exactly has been shown for the first time. Second place is also strong. He also told him the real purpose of fighting prince, to kill some time for darken light world. Then second place getting killed by the prince for the second time. Green hair lady helping him fight against big group of demons. Light also gave him wing. For a moment, mage lady had evil thought on the king while covered in dark. Both main characters' feelings while king of light praying and prince flying to light world. Sealing darkness? Explosion? Prince trying to catch falling king of light but failed. Then he attacked the king of darkness. ED for this ep.: "Yasashiki Yami no Uta (やさしき闇の詩)" by Iris (CV: Yui Horie). This is also inserted song for the game ch.11 Showing another KajiKaji's character in a new world (start of the main game). That knight became crazy after getting abandoned. |

| WAIT, did it just explain the plot to the game? Oh well, blasphemy for a start. For the Prince of Darkness to meet the "resurrected" Adel, that was one meet too soon. To think that he's in cahoots with the King of Darkness, it seems as though the Prince himself is the only outlier. But no matter, a re-duel between both, but on a different level. All that to buy time to lay waste on both Queen Iris and his kingdom, along with the Progenitor Rune. Adel lost once again, but the obstruction plan worked. Mere words of courage, that's their only "hope" left of a new world. In the end, the Romeo and Juliet aesthetic was just a blatant excuse for an ending. Despite the lackluster and the borest of boring finales, this show is just garbage overall. Not worth an inch of time and leaving a very bad taste in my mouth. |

| Wasn't expecting that, and was quite surprised. I'd like another season honestly, though of course fixes are to be made. The start was poor, and some points in between were very poor. But it got better as it went along. |

Now In his view, Iris the one he really cared about is gone. The light kingdom is practically gone. So he's prob going insane with grief. |

| Ngl I’m pretty impressed they went with the everyone dies route. I haven’t played the game but this seems like it was the prequel to the story. Lots of set up here. I’m overall disappointed with the ending though. A hug or kiss with iris and yami would’ve been nice, but I guess that reinforces the whole tragedy part. What left me the saddest was Groza who got nothing but death in return for her loyalty. Best girl deserved better. Lastly, did phious before evil at the end or something? That last scene confused me. Overall, I enjoyed shironeko more than most people. Solid 6/10 for me. |

Same, I seriously expected a happy end for the show, but oh well. I wouldn't mind a second season of this, but deff need to fix the way they pace things since this show was all over the place. At first I didn't even know if I wanted to watch the full thing, but it kinda grew on me along the way to the point I was even looking forward to see the next episode each week. Too bad there's no english translation for the game, I have the japanese version on my phone, but since I can't read most of the things I miss out on the whole story of it... |

I guess that explains the ending then but lol poor knight dude, risked his whole life for Iris-sama only to get omega cucked in the end, no wonder he went mad. Overall maybe if this show had more length and some better pacing it could've actually been something ngl. Art was pretty nice though what the flying fuck did I just watch/10 |

This is like 6/10 imo for the most part, I mean this isn’t a masterpiece beyond the imagination, this anime here I thought it would go something similar like Boarding School Juliet; two factors of light and darkness doesn’t like each other except for the Queen of Light and the Prince of Darkness sort of love romance going on or something like that in a way but that’s what I thought at first. And the whole ending with that last scene felt so unnecessary and ambiguous in my case wasn’t needed in the first place. So yeah, my thoughts on it is the show isn’t that memorable, completely forgettable but I will say I did kind of had fun watching it sort of... yet I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody if they’re really curious about it, I’m going to say skip it, you are not missing out on anything for watching this at all. |

| The message I got from this anime is horrible and disappointing. The cliche of looking down on someone from their Ivory tower is real and the MC totally forgetting his cause and resolve. Why did he fall in love with the Queen of Light? She is so aloof and silent. Separation of light and darkness, the "have's and have not's" - A proper leader would see this as an opportunity to end the fighting and strive towards unity. This is a real world problem we are facing today. Really questioning the authors intent and beliefs. |

Pretty sure most of White is dead and some of Black is dead. Most people died, but not everyone. Otherwise who are all the people you meet in the game. For a prequel, it wasn't awful. Let the games begin. For those that play or played the game, was that Kyle on the beach or was that the MC? |

| It's over. But I just do not understand. Why would any company sponsor bad anime as an advertisement for own mobile game? Yeah, everyone unsatisfied by finale would happily download JP only(EN release failed) 3.7 scored game. Ehm. May be not? May be good show would make people more interested? Or you do not want to raise the quality bar too high since game is not that good? Just what was the point? Oshiete, COLOPL. |

| Ah this anime is like made by 3 producers or story tellers (good, average and bad ones): First 3 episodes were really good (I had 9 or 10/10 score for them) Then came 6 boring plothole episodes (for them 5/10 without Bal fight 3/10) Then 2 really good episodes (for them I also had 9 or 10 score) And then came worst episode number 12 (for this one I would score 2/10 and its only for fight with adelle because rest of 12th episode was 0/10)... So to sum up its 6/10 for me but that end was real nonsense... Guess here I can use sentence "good start = bad end"... |
| The series had quite weird pace tbh. Three episodes of eating salad and only one to conclusion. It had quite strong start, but then went downhill from there. At least it had good ending song. 5/10 |
