| God this episode was amazing! Loved the Kureno and Arisa development. That Soba scene was soooo freaking amazing! Can not stress this enough. The animation and voice acting is top notch. |

| Ayy things are starting for Arisa but it already looks like there will be drama. Kureno and Arisa looks cute together and lol Arisa has fallen for him already. The haunted house part was hilarious. |

| The haunted house bit was hilarious. I never get tired of seeing Tohru when her face goes all white round eyes lol Arisa can be so cute too! When Kureno started saying that he wanted to see her too, she went from angry all the way to embarrassed. That was real cute of her. So Kureno is a Soma. I wonder what his relationship to Akito is? Is he her lover? Great episode as always. |

| This ep was so fucking intriguing Uotani looks so pretty with that mini skirt If i see a girl like that in convenience store i fall in love too Looks like Uotani and Kureno really likes each other ey, they fell in love in an instant i ship them so hard. Honestly speaking their story alone can be an another anime I want Hanajima to have a love interest also |

| It took me an hour to watch this episode because I had to keep pausing to scream over Umehara's voice hnnnnngh the love of my life. Also love Kureno, too. I forgot how I legit LOVE almost all of the characters in Fruits Basket. Can't wait for more~!! |

| Wait...what? Is Akito gay? That last part with him and Kureno was very suggestive! I really need to know what happens next. Poor Arisa.😔 I think she should give up on him while it's still early. Love that haunted house scene. I laughed so hard at Haru's story whilst they focus the face of the scary man himself.🤣🤣 |

| This episode felt like two completely different episodes mashed together, with no real consistency or tonal connection between the two parts. The Kureno and Arisa stuff was easily the most interesting part of the episode, not least because of the potential implications of Arisa getting involved with a Soma. |
| The anime did a wonderful job with the haunted house segment. Not only did Tohru's constant screaming, crashing and tripping her up made me laugh out loud, but Haru's story was also amusing. He's a natural storyteller, huh? =3 On the other hand, the main highlight of this episode was Arisa and the debut of Kureno. Those two had a pretty interesting time together throughout this episode and it's clear that Arisa has taken a liking to Kureno, despite the 9-year age gap between the two of them. It did a take a while, but she was able to get a really nice smile out of Kureno, despite having a go at him at the small restaurant earlier. However, while it's nice that she's taken a liking to Kureno, she has no idea what his background is. Not only is Kureno part of the Sohma family himself, but he holds a high position in the family itself, hence why he's close to Akito of all people. Poor Arisa might have some tough times ahead of her now. |

| kureno!!!!!! I have to say that he looks GORGEOUS in the anime... Now that is a glow up!!! Even if I personally don't care too much about the Arisa/kureno pairing I quite enjoyed their meeting so props to the anime team for that. Also I'm so happy that the haunted house is adapted I really got worried they would skip it there for a second... I love tohru in this and it has to be one of the funniest moments for her. As much as I loved it though I have to say that I do feel like the two parts of the ep didn't perfectly fit together.... (Side note: kyo calling tohru casually by her name is 👌👌) |

| After all this time, I have had so much expectation for kureno to be animated, but I really can't believe this. They did him and this arc so much justice. More than I literally could have imagined. I actually gasped out loud at the way they animated his smile, absolutely bar the most breathtaking pure smile I've ever seen. They animated that scene better than I could have literally even dreamed. I'm so immensely happy with this episode. |

| With the exception of the last scene, it was a really fun and lighthearted episode. The new guy is a bit of a weirdo tho. The age gap is also kinda creepy given that she is in high school. That last scene brings new perspective to some of his comments as well. |

Basically me every time a new male character is introduced in this series and Kureno was clearly no exception xD Overall, it sure was an interesting episode but personally, I think it was one of my least favorites so far. Seeing Arisa acting so "off-character" for a guy she has just seen twice felt kinda unnatural/sudden and the scene with her outburst after they left the restaurant was too melodramatic for my taste. Hopefully, their relationship will receive more insight in the following eps. because I didn't really feel any particular chemistry between them. That aside, I must also say that that encounter with Akito at night looked... quite suggestive. Maybe I'm just overthinking it but damn, Arisa will be dealing with some deep shit if she gets involved with this apparently high rank Souma member. |

| Could someone kindly tell me whether some stuff was left out from the manga, or...? This episode was terrible, just terrible...I have no idea how I'm supposed to feel anything for Uotani or the new guy or them being together at all. It was literally the most out-of-the-blue, in-your-face stunt I've seen in years. The scene where the guy almost kissed her but then just fricking left was so cringe oh my god ;____; not to mention the whole Tohru squealing in a dumb hunted house in a DEPARTMENT STORE because there's no end to clichés thing. (thank god Haru exists) It's a 2 from me dawg. And only because the cliffhanger with Akito actually made me stop crying blood. |

suddenly i forgot all about haru's story telling in the haunted house, kyo and yuki's "love" quarrels and get immersed into this alluring encounter with kureno… a silent, mysterious, obedient young man.. these two are my favorite duo t-t !!!! and idc that they've only shared 2 minutes from an episode together- 2nd reason for following this anime. 1st one was hatori and his love affair t-t |
