| Sasuga Japan. After crowdfunding efforts to a short condensed-but-rushed film and an OVA, we're finally getting the TV adaptation with the glorious waifu loli cats to start the new decade. Moe Slice-of-Life mostly is the feeling, though from VNs the appeal lying in the (ahem) Hentai parts, it can be weird from the change of atmosphere. Pretty good? Decent to say the least. |

| i don't hate this but it feels super lacking ,and i say this as a cat owner and a fan of CGDCT but this was some basic ass weeb trash which is fine i just never understood the fandom for the game when it came out beyond hey it's cute anime cat girls run by the fuel of the classic waifu wars meme'd into being referred the best thing ever 10/10 so i just assumed it was the internet being the internet at the time and it was just because it actually had porn in it lol. i'll give it a try maybe it's just the OVA /anime that's bad and the game is far more enjoyable for more than one reason..but we'll see. |

| Watching this series without thinking about the sex scenes will be my personal task from now on. OK start, I guess. Production values seem decent enough but as a SoL/CGDCT show, it feels a bit shallow. Maybe it's just me trying to get used to this new more lighthearted approach so I hope things become more interesting with this new storyline regarding the stray loli neko. |

| I'm also a Nekopara fan, and I am delighted to finally see a TV adaptation. The first episode started off nicely, and I hope the show plays out very nicely to the end. Though I must admit, the new VA's were a bit jarring to get used to. Just a tiny bit. I do kind of wonder why they didn't go with the original VA's. |

| If there was a change in seyuu, I didn't notice it. Feels like they've played up Vanilla's gayness for Chocola (which matches the pre-VN manga, btw). They definitely played up Cinnamon' gayness for Maple. Exposition felt pretty forced. I wonder where this stray kitten plot is going to go. Vanilla best girl. |

| Ok but why the hype though..this is what I don't get... and I am a little confused of this anime...Are they cat girls or just cats,,... why are they only girls, where are the catboys, Are they inferior to humans... but they look like humans... does that means it is bestiality if you are involved with one of them.. Can they study... do jobs...man like what is the premise anyway so many questions.... still don't get the hype though |

If you're not feeling the warmth, then you are the one lacking it. Depression can easily wipe out any enjoyment of things that are very enjoyable, I've experienced it many times. Or maybe I'm not a deranged misogynist and prefer my waifus well-rounded, humanized, lively and interesting. Just anything that's entirely the opposite of what was presented here. This isn't enjoyable for everyone. Watching this will make me depressive, I don't get the appeal. It's so lifeless. |

| I wonder what was the point of Neko Works to raise that crowdfunding other than to produce an average/bad OVA and keep most of the money to themselves. But if this TV adaptation came to fruition thanks to that it's okay too, it already is way better than the OVA for sure although I'm missing the original seiyuu hard.
