I think the idea is to correct stylization that doesn't take away anything from the title. So titles that are all lowercase, uppercase, capitalize English articles improperly in a title, or jumble words together without spaces, should be modified. IDOLiSH7 preserves it's stylization because of the mismatch of upper and lowercase characters but ef: A Tale of Memories. gets the later words capitalized, even though it is originally all lowercase.

As to the 'Ê', there is a guideline that specifies that such accented characters will not be used when romanizing (see below). Oh, and that's how it would typically be used in a title in English; in a sentence, raison d'être — hopefully the bbcode italics work here. Personally, I'm hoping for reasonable consistency.

Kwan is correct on the special characters in titles. That rule is only for romanizing the title. For this music video, nothing is romanized. The title will be represented as it is in its native language, French.
Our music video is a common French saying that translates to "reason of being" as in the purpose of why we exist.
