| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The boys are back and it felt pretty much like the first season so far for its premiere. Tsubasa is also back too and she hasn't changed. A pretty chill episode with that guys hanging out together and building more into their careers. They're also back in their outfits so the group is definitely ready to bring their talent this season. |

| Tsubasa!! Her new VA's doing a good job, I didn't feel like anything was too jarring despite the changed VA (her old VA is on seiyuu hiatus, went to study) A nice opening. The boys mentioning that they haven't forgotten Yashamaru is a good touch, though it does seem that Tsubasa didn't say anything of her private encounter with Yashamaru. Lots of nice callbacks to last season throughout the anime, which I enjoyed. Aaaaand we finally get Killer King! I'm playing the JP rhythm game and have been waiting for my good son Yuzuki to show up. And of course the twins accost the object of their affections their favorite Goushi right away haha. Stop stealing his clothes, you two! |

| Wow, is it me or did the animation and artstyle get WAY worse? Like, it's hard to look at geez. And this disgusting, cheap CGI dance in the opening, why ;( I don't even wanna rewatch it, ugh. Another thing - why does every single sequel to bishounen series add more freaking characters? Yeah, we have 10 undeveloped guys, with each barely having a few lines every episode. LET'S ADD MORE OF THEM SO WE CAN SELL MORE MERCH. I swear. Every. Single. One ._. |

| fanservice in the first fifteen seconds, nice but how in the heck are they gonna fit 14 boys in a single anime, no wonder every character is heavily underdeveloped |
| Adding four new people to the group? That definitely feels like overkill. I remember really liking the first season, but it's been 3 years. I don't remember a damn thing about anyone. So not only do they have to basically re-introduce 11 characters, but 4 new ones as well? How the heck are they going to manage that, let alone any development? I might have to sit this season out, since I'm obviously outside the demographic, and any "fanservice" would be lost on me. |
