| What a great show. To be honest, I was expecting a lot more soccer, but all the episodes seemed to me very down to earth, funny and easy to watch. The voice acting was on point, one of the big reasons a comedy works are the voices, and they nailed it. Liked all the girls, the stupid trio, pretty much the whole show was very enjoyable. Too bad that our little soccer girl didn't get to touch Aoyama. 7/10 |

| I think this is the best episode of the entire anime... I don't know why, but I liked the way it completely fooled me about Zaizen's mother xD. I forgot I was watching a comic anime and not a drama one. Anyway, it was a good show with some better episodes than others, but overall interesting at certain point. I started watching this without any expectation at all, but I've to admit that it surprised me a lot. |

| The episodes were really hit or miss with the comedy for me. Some of them were a chore to get through. In the end, I did enjoy the cast well enough and the episodes focused on soccer were pretty solid. 5/10. |

| I guess I'll give it a 7/10 since the series was pretty fun I like how Aoyama is the main character yet he tries to help and support everyone else in his own way (one example was finding that girl's gym clothes to clear the perverted thief name of that other germaphobe lmao). Enjoyed the spotlight on individual characters. I see some ppl complaining about the lack of soccer in this anime, but it's not a soccer anime =____= it's about Aoyama the neat freak who just happens to have a hobby of playing soccer. It's NOT a soccer anime. Why don't you guys understand that? Smhhhh -___- But yeah. Pretty good journey overall :) |
| I really thought Kaoru's mother was dead but it turned out to be false what a turnaround. And Aoyama turning down a chance to play for a youth club because he liked Fujimi's white shirts was funny. Overall the series was fine with some points I laughed hard like the previous episode about Sakai. I do wish it was about the soccer though like haikyuu is about volleyball not comedy with no direction and somewhere not funny. 6/10. |

| I got to this way too late. Should have been watched this episode. They have an actual soccer match for the finale. And more than that, Aoyama has a habit of changing the lives of the people around in him to some extent, and he's really gotten to quite a few people throughout the series, so it's fitting that he helps out Zaizen in the end as well in a way. Animation was pretty sweet during the Climax of this episode, and they didn't go into that weird chibi art style much at all, which is good. I don't like their derpy forms. Anyway, not much else to say about this one. Anime was good. 7/10. |

| It was an alright show with some nice humor. The concept of a germaphobe/clean freak playing soccer is quite interesting and different but there isn't much to it. Every episode is pretty much about a different character which has something to do with Aoyama. But I feel like Aoyama's character is somewhat bland considering he doesn't have much to do with anything apart from soccer or cleaning. Maybe the writer should've added some sort of inner monologue for Aoyama considering he hardly has any dialogues. I think Zaizen's character is quite good and he had most interaction with Aoyama unlike Moka. He really shined in this episode. The rest were okay. Overall 6/10 |
| I didn't expect much from this episode. This anime is the best when they don't play. But Zaizen's mom twist and then Aoyama's perfect reason to stay with team really made my day. Shame a lot of side characters never got their stories finished: touching Odagiri, winning against Ibuki etc. |
| This is so much fun to watch, exactly my type of comedy/slice of life, not in the sense that it's lol funny, just really chill to watch. Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou goes out of their way to make it lol funny, it tries too hard. My least favorite gotta be with all that romantic talk though, not Kazue x Izumi, I liked that episode, but the whole Aoyama romance talk and Gotou going kinda emo, it's just not the show's shtick. Wish there's a second season though, based on the manga page it doesn't seem like the manga is being translated currently. |

| So obviously, my score won't be reflected on how it's a sports anime because it's not that much. This is a quirky comedy anime rather, with a solid cast of characters and sometimes-heartwarming stories. It was refreshing. I'll give it an 7/10 overall as it was strong in all departments. However, can't score anything higher because it simply didn't have that much impact overall. |

| This was a good heartwarming episode! Really enjoyed this anime This is one of those anime that you shut down your brain and just enjoy everything. I hope there will be a 2nd Season because theres a LOT of things that we dont know about Aoyama and i want their road to Nationals to get animated. Imm give this 10/10 because i really love the characters on this anime, also the animation was pretty solid. |

| Was gonna give this a 6, it was a nice decent little series but nothing amazing. Then the credits rolled along with some scenes making me remember what I liked about it. Pumping it up to a 7, to maintain that nice 7.00 overall rating it currently has. |

| They had us in the first half ngl in regards to Zaizen’s mom lol, but I actually did think at one point that they could be fucking with us and there wouldn’t be something that serious in this goofy soccer anime, and that turned out to be right. I will say it did make for a pretty emotional scene where Zaizen got that goal and he saw his mom cheering for him, even knowing that she’s alive that was a sweet scene, however it is pretty fucked up that she left for 5 years and is already leaving again lol, poor Zaizen. And in the end Aoyama didn’t transfer from Fujimi and is sticking around because of the white uniforms, although I feel like he wouldn’t like those as much as they show dirt easier but maybe that’s also why he likes them, who knows lol. This was a good time, just goofy ass fun with some soccer mixed in, there was actually a lot less soccer than I thought there would be but I think that’s a good thing, the episodes about characters that weren’t even on the soccer team were some of my favorites after all. You also had the unique aspect of Aoyama being a massive germaphobe, and it was interesting how it was both comedic and also a hindrance for Aoyama at times, like he absolutely wants to win and will get dirty within the last 5 minutes but that’s only if he has to, because he wants to win that badly, very respectable. And I can’t forget to mention the waifus of this show which I didn’t think there would be so many but there were lol, and they were all pretty cute in both design and art style, this also played into the romance aspect which was secondary but well done imo, I really wanted to see things go further with Odagiri and Kurata but I’m glad we got what we got of it. Really liked the OP for this show too, it was pretty hype despite the show being mostly comedy, and the ED was good too and grew on me over time. I’d like another season of this but giving how long it’s been since this came out I unfortunately don’t see it happening, we at least have this show tho. And it was also nice watching a sports anime again, even if the sports wasn’t necessarily the biggest point of this show lol, need to watch more in the future for sure. |
| I didn't expect a final episode that focused on Zaizen to be this good, he was always there but he wasn't much interesting but I liked it, and that intense atmosphere made it exciting, I half believed his mother was dead tbh xD All in all, it was a good anime it gave everyone -well at least the main ones- their fair screen time and stories which I liked Aoyama himself was boring and sometimes annoying, I don't if that's was intentional, to have the others complement what he lacked or just it was just coincidental The anime didn't adapt much (just ~4 volumes out of 13) so it can have 2nd or even a 3rd season but we that's probably not gonna happen might pick up the manga (according to manga-updates, the anime ended around Vol 4, Chap 28 if anyone care to know) |
