Volume 10 likely didn't reach 900k, but including the LE it shouldn't be that far. The anime did its job. I'm also quite glad to see Magi seems to have stabilized after years of declining. |

OP is the one with the drop , last year Vol 76 had 3m at this point in time and volume 77 had 2.7m as you can see vol 80 has 2.8m and vol 81 has 2.4m. The volumes release month were the same too. Considering a few years back OP volumes almost reached 4M sales now they just about manage to cross over the 3M line. The film should help it and when things get more exciting sales should go up again , since these last two volumes aren't that filled with action. I mentioned the drop between 2015 and 2016 but i think its not really that significant since vol 76 and 77 were still arc climax while volume 80 and 81 is aftermath and lethargic start to new arc. |

A few years back OP still had backlog sales going on after the insane boost in 2010 which lasted until 2014. Every volume reaching 3 million sales is the norm without those sales and every volume still reaches this number without much problems. |

I might have overstated OP sales number but that doesn't matter since that was beside the point , i just pointed out that in volumes sales OP dropped when compared to the First half of last year to this year's first half(i also mentioned what i think is the reason for it) while SnK rose even if only a bit.
