OreGairu got 123k sales without a single volume coming out in the period or even close to the start of it... OR an anime boost. In my mind that's perhaps the most impressive thing on this list. |

Looks like One Piece dominate again.LOL! Konosuba number 1. Good to see that. |
But it's important to remember that a movie review is subjective;it only gives you one person's opinion. http://www.classzone.com/books/lnetwork_gr08/page_build.cfm?content=analyz_media&ch=30 It doesn't matter if you like LoGH,Monster etc.If you are a jobless or college/school dropout living in your mom basement, you are still an unintelligent loser. Taste in anime does not make you a better person. If elitist don't exist, casual pleb and shit taste also don't exist. |

Ahoy_NATO said: DanMachi 13th for light-novels and 1 of the 2 of them literally went on sale last week, so that's really impressive. The volume that came out 10 days before the end of the period covered is the only one that came out during that time. lady-leen said: Stark700 said: Ah the top 10 on the list looks nice, didn't expect Haikyuu!! to be way up there compared to the rest though. Golden Kamuy may get an anime at this rate in the future. I have a feeling that Orange will get a boost for the latter half of this year during + after Summer. Also, NGNL Season 2 when D: orange ended yet it's still popular xD It had a live-action adaptation in December. What do you expect? |

Immensely happy with that Light Novel by Series list. KonoSuba SAO Mahouka Monogatari NGNL Re: Zero Bahamut Overlord DanMachi Netoge Rakudai Orange OnS Oregairu Asterisk GATE Date A Live Lots of shit that I really enjoy are still pulling nice sales figures. Always nice to see so many series still going strong. Always gives hope for more anime material. |

It's only been almost 2 months since Re:Zero and Netoge aired so it's still a little too early to tell for them. But Re:Zero will be the most dominating for the Spring 2016 season and one of the most dominating for the whole year. Good to see Rakudai in the series ranking with Vol 9 in the volume ranking though it was expected. Rakudai might end up in the whole 2016 ranking. If the October and November sales are included then Rakudai has sold 300k in total since the anime first aired. Grimgar also sold 300k but in lesser time so it did slightly better than Rakudai. Bahamut also had boost as good as Rakudai. It looks like Asterisk got little boost from the anime's 2nd cour season since most of the sales were from the 1st cour season period and new volume. Gate also probably got very little boost from the 2nd cour season since the most of the sales were from the new volumes. |

Shingeki is almost 700k behind compared to last year... It's high time for the second season. One Punch Man is killing it, though. Volume 10 likely didn't reach 900k, but including the LE it shouldn't be that far. The anime did its job. I'm also quite glad to see Magi seems to have stabilized after years of declining. |
5 main aspects I base my ratings on: 1. Did DramaEnthusiast make a thread about it? 2. Is it better than Breaking Bad? 3. Did MellowJello recommend the shit out of it? 4. Has it caused a (very entertaining) shitstorm on MAL? 5. Is it actually good? Scratch the fifth point, it's not very relevant... |

The drop in SnK is mostly composed of Backlog sales since the volumes are doing better than last year in sales not by much though. OP is the one with the drop , last year Vol 76 had 3m at this point in time and volume 77 had 2.7m as you can see vol 80 has 2.8m and vol 81 has 2.4m. The volumes release month were the same too. Considering a few years back OP volumes almost reached 4M sales now they just about manage to cross over the 3M line. The film should help it and when things get more exciting sales should go up again , since these last two volumes aren't that filled with action. I mentioned the drop between 2015 and 2016 but i think its not really that significant since vol 76 and 77 were still arc climax while volume 80 and 81 is aftermath and lethargic start to new arc. |

4m for OP was how much each volume had in print at one point. But they never sold that much. It did drop from nearly 3.5m in sales at its highest point to below 3m now, but the drop isn't as bad as harkan makes it sound. |
