| It's a decent adaptation so far considering that I've been lowering my expectations for this. It was a nice touch for them to add that Benio bit to show why she's falling from the sky in the first place. I do admit that them doing that attack names on screen while everything was paused seems a bit silly, I've never really like it when an action anime do that. |

| Hmm well I like the idea behind this ,I'm always up for exorcists in anime. Though from the outlet this anime doesn't seem to be much of a masterpiece, I mean 'kill all Kagere', that's kinda what everyone in each anime wants to do -,- There better be something new behind this, like a good adaptation of that tragedy. Else I think I'll dislike this anime, ya know besides the standard reactions and shit. The preview looked kinda weird too, they're forced into a fight? Exactly what I don't want to see. If things went another way I would have given it a higher rating, but now it'll just be a 6. |

| My 2 cents as a manga reader: 1. What the fuck? Is this a unnecessary character being added that I'm hearing? No. Fuck off with that dumb shit. (referring to the voice of, I assume, the fox we saw in PV images) That thing better not be here to counter set Benio's lack of talking. Because Roku does enough of that. Beni's and Roku's voices are pretty spot on for what I imagined they'd do. 2. Battles scenes are cool. Not as impacting as the manga, but it's got enough. Hopefully they'll only do the pausing for the attack names the first times they're used. Else that'll get annoying. OST for battles are good. Chants could use a little speed up. While I read manga, I assumed they would be chanting that shit as fast as possible, cause you know, you're in a fight. Some heroes/villains don't got the patience for that shit. 3. I understand that episode 1 should be able to grab the view's attention, but why the hell do so many of you expect the plot to be thrown into your faces in the first one? Not to add on to the fact that people are saying this will be a 4-cour. Expect a slower start for introductions. 4. I didn't see any other PV things for this other than the one with Roku, Beni and the fox thing, and don't really recall seeing any colour pages in the manga with Mayura on them... But wtf? She has blonde/green hair? That's a surprise, lmao. I just imagined her as a full on blonde. On the topic of hair colours... Yuuto has blue hair...? Was thinking he had white/gray hair... WELP, lol. 5. They did a good job with weird underpants guy. That bitches be crazy face is spot on. Did anyone else that went in without knowing VA's expect Namikawa to be voicing him? That guy has the perfect voice for scheming/smart characters... Or maybe I've just heard him act as them too many times. Welp, all that said. I just pray they don't use that fox character too much and is just there to give Benio like, 2 additional lines in an otherwise awkward silence when she's alone. Edit: Also, forgot to mention. Loving the style for the magano and impurities. Also, the creepy laughing. Can't wait to see how those goonies will look like. 8D |

The art is nice, animation too, the OST is just average for not saying generic. The Story sounds a bit interesting, but from what I saw, is poorly developed, I mean, the enemies weren't even something scary or complicated, they are just there, yup, that, nothing else. Characters, hmmm, what I can say, the MC seems to have some serious problems, but doesn't want to face them, by the other hand, the girl, I don't know is just kind of a generic character in a generic plot. I really hope to see something better in the next episode, I am a bit disappointed with this episode so I'm giving It a 2/5 for the poor development and script. |

| I thought it was pretty decent, although it's nothing particularly new. After reading the forum comments I honestly expected much worse. I guess future episodes will dictate whether this anime is good or just another run-of-the-mill "fighting monsters in an alternate dimension" anime. The main problem is that I'm weak for Natsuki Hanae's voice... |

It is precisely what you said, I'm judging It from the first episode, but you get wrong judging THE first episode, to judge an entire series. Obivously after finishing It is more than possible to me to change the my opinion. I haven't even give It a score, because I consider unfair to give a score to something you haven't finished yet. BNHA do have slow pacing at the beginning, ¿Is there a problem If I admit It? I must guess that you would've preffered Bones to change the beginning.,to made It "less mediocre" and not following the manga, aslo, you must think I'm a fanboy or something else, which is a false statement. I just like the series that's It, I began reading the manga two weeks ago and I liked It, just that, nothing special or something else. Also as you said, you can't judge anything without enough information, like you, judging BNHA having tead just 16 chapters from 86 released. Whatever, the discussion is about Sousei no Onmyouji, not BNHA, so as I said, If the things get better, my opinion about the series too. |
| Animation was quite decent, and I like the style used. (The colors and labelling the moves.) I was pleasantly surprised. Story and character wise it isn't anything special, but I like the movements and the enchantments. The realm is interesting as well. |

| Yes, this was a decent or OK episode. I don't understand why some people are utterly butthurt that others aren't as equally impressed. They were able to showcase both of their abilities as onmyoujis and we got a sliver of backstory on Rokuro. Benio's mask was cool but her abilities were disappointing compared to Rokuro's powers. The character designs were pretty generic and I wouldn't recognize any of their faces if I saw it meshed together with other characters derived from other series that have the same/similar designs. I may or may not read the manga depending on the story. I'm still going to watch and think it's a good start but hopefully nothing too cliche happens that might usurp my interest. |

At least she's cool with all that action. But seriously, can't the MC and female character be equal in strength for once? I'm tired of MC is strongest of all blahblah. Damn that. I prefer Kizunaiver over this, let's see if it gets better or not. On 2nd thought, I'm dropping this 'cause I doubt I can get attached to the characters. |

| It's a good start. The show has a nice style to it and the action was enjoyable. Will see how the two leads develop and how much they stand out going forward. The MC may be the standard type with a tragic backstory, but at least his backstory was pretty darn messy. Not unreasonable for someone to back the heck out of that kind of path when a ton of people ended up dead and he lost an arm. Will keep an eye on it and see how this goes. | This episode was surprisingly good, the MC has a weird face, but he is funny. The fight was beautiful, I didn't expect that. Good job. It looks like a good shounen. |
