| Generic. I saw the picture and already can tell it was a generic mecha battle harem. I looked at the genre and it is exactly that which tells me that it is also the generic mecha battle harem in a academy. I didn't even need to read the synopsis, but I guess I can always be wrong... NOPE I decided to give it a shot... And it was generic to the point. Unexplained monster appears, modern military stand no chance and only one weapon works. That weapon can only be used by a selected few. And all of these super weapons have some unique factor to them, with the MC possibly having something special. A military academy is created, which is basically a school mixed with a 5-star hotel. Since we all know spoiling your soldiers with 5-star hotels is the best thing you can do. And we all know that a military academy needs student councils instead of instructors, drill sergeants and captains. We also know that highschool students are the only people that join the military. First, we have a MC suffering from typical case of amnesia of some tragic past... This guy is as usual, the OP(probably) main character with his "high compatibility." He is dense and slow for not noticing the obvious trap. He's also probably your usual righteous hero. Then you have the usual female lead sidekick, that happens to be a trap and totally not related to the person that died in his flashback in anyway. A very obvious one. So obvious in fact, I thought "he" was a she the instant I saw "him." Then one of them said "It is as if both of you are not guys."-I though that was a mistranslated since there is NO WAY she's a "he." Then even the MC referred to her as a "he." How stupid is the main character.... No how stupid do the producers think we are? Even though I know I'm supposed to call her a "he," I can't help but say "she" and "her" when speaking out loud. That's how obvious it is. There's also this typical scene where he catch her changing, trying to wear her panties in a towel wrapping from her waist to armpits. This is normally how females does it, at least in anime(i'm not a girl) She beats the hell out of him. He wakes up and still doesn't realize it. I think he is another kind of special... Or he does know but don't feel like saying it... Hopefully the latter, which is still cliche, but isn't as stupid. And who can forget the typical female lead sidekick, the super-popular bratty girl, usually a girl that thinks she is better than everyone and a victim of the said bratty girl. MC has to defend some girl(s) from her harassment. And MC goes to defeat her because dueling solves everything. In this case, instead of direct bullying, it is the usual "zero-tolerance" policy and instant expulsion with no adult intervention. ---Everything past here is pure guesswork, though it is probably how it's going to play out----- Then both the girl being bullied and the popular bratty girl joins the harem. The popular bratty one is usually the tsundere of the harem. The one being bullied is the shy type, while the sidekick is the hyperactive one. And finally we have the usual loli scientist, because we all know lolis are required. They then go fight some monsters, reveal his past which is usually someone he knows dying. Some "character development" so he can move on, usually some friendship talk. At the end, he run in to one of the girls while changing. Then the rest of the harem sees it and beat the crap out of him. Season ends, and there you go! You can skip this series. _______________________ And here is the major sin of anime, it's here! Licking a wound! Sure saliva do close wounds faster, but it is also one of the most germ filled place. Especially since they are INDOORS with a small little prick! You can stop that type of bleeding easily. Yet you are making it more complicated by licking bunch of germs on it. I do sort of like Emile, but too generic. The Generic sister is the best out of all of them. Probably because long black hair is my type, though I was hoping for a slightly more mature voice. Also, we all know the trap's real name, the female equivalent to Emil/Emile, Emily. I might watch it if people start talking some good things about it later on. |

People know very clear what to expect from it. There is no need for them for go into them if they already know they have seen this before. I'm just saying this as a person who have seen a lot but I don't bitch about it. Hey at least even if they're generic I find them enjoyable to some extent. And the Boob Grab never gets old for me to be quite honest. |
| Typical copy and paste harem. OP is nothing special, seiyuu cast could be significantly better. Only seiyuu I really can say I enjoy are Wataru Hatano, Yui Horie and maybe a few others. |

First impression at 3 or 5 min; "pretty good. animation looks very good. flashback was generic but good imo. op song is meh.... but interesting so far......" that was what i thought.... but after that expelled things...that was where i went mad. i'm not kidding, i was freaking mad at that scene. felt like i was watching absolute duo. well, i kinda enjoy absolute due except the first episode, first scene, but tbh, this is worst that absolute duo. "Make a mistake, Say goodbye to the school" Like wtf are you talking about whore ? Then went to the duel stuff, i see that coming even before i watched the episode. but they put the challenged into the duel after that expelled thing, makes me even more mad!!! it ruined my enjoyment..... Then after than, okay.....calm down..... Then there you go again...; "Hundred On!!!" "Trigger On!!!" | The hell was that, felt like iv watched this already So far it's pretty shitty even for a generic/harem garbage, but Emile tops it off. Why even make the character a guy? Just to piss people off, or to confuse people of their sexuality. I mean he was definitely putting on panties when (forgot generic MC name) walked in on him. If they didn't come out and say he was a guy, I'd ship with MC. Gonna keep watching for shits and giggles |

| Being generic =/= bad. Well, animation was good, the character design is nice, I like their weapon style. Lets see what action will look like. I watch this show more because the LN artist is ATK and I like that style. Also oppai Anime. |

| Typical Harem Magic Battle School /with ocasional monsters/ No° 21. Nothing new. Emil fools no one, she's obviously a girl, it's so obvious it doesn't even count as reverse-trap. Best we can hope is a solid female lead like in Rakudai (Stella's lead in Rakudai made the anime incredibly enjoyable) But well, I'll give it a Try, since I have pretty much nothing to do on mondays |

bruh thats my question for EVERY anime from now on...... not expecting Mai to get beaten this year if at all, and unless Keijo!!!!!! comes out i see no possibility. especially since Mai beat my waifu of 6 years lol anyway, yea this show is and is gonna continue to be extremely predictable, but i love harem/ecchi shows by default, so idgaf xD |

| What an obvious reverse trap and likely girl from the flashback. So far we've hit ever cliche on the battle harem type. Forgotten childhood friend, possessive sister, kuudere ojou-sama SCP, and super strong, dense MC with a "dark traumatic past", and something to fight for. This probably isn't get very much better than this and doesn't seem all that noteworth. But let us hope I'm wrong. |

Like Marvel and DC, I find them too black-and-white and generic. The only one I will definitely say I enjoyed was the spiderman movies 1-3. That was pretty good IMO, wasn't black and white and overall did pretty well in almost every category. DC fan and Marvel fans, don't kill me please. But I can't tell half the heroes apart outside of what they use as weapons, even then I can name couple copies of abilities and weapons or style... Anyways, Superhero is popular and generic. battle harem is popular and generic. Doesn't mean they are good. Of course everyone have their taste. I do occasionally watch battle harems if I'm in the mood to at least. As in nothing better to do... |
