It's hard to recommend Kajitsu to anyone that isn't willing to read the VN just because of how butchered it was. It's probably the most rushed adaptation I've ever seen. When you squeeze 15 hours' worth of content into 2 anime episodes, or 10 hours' worth into 1 episode... it just... doesn't work. I mean of course if you only watch the anime then you won't have a reference point, but the holes are still so glaringly obvious that even if you don't know what those holes are supposed to contain, you can still feel that there are in fact holes absolutely everywhere. The pacing is unbelievably busted and the plot is barely even coherent due to how much necessary information that is left out
That being said I guess it's still watchable, just don't get your expectations very high. Meikyuu and Rakuen (which are waaayyy shorter games) have much much better adaptations however and are totally worth watching, but seeing as you cannot watch them without going through Kajitsu first... well I'd consider them as some sort of reward for getting through the awkward anime of the first game. So in that sense it's worth watching yes
If you don't play/read the VN then it's easier to accept it. There are some anime where the source is important to understand the anime, say with video game adaptions. VNs are usually long, so people always complain. "50 hours of gameplay compressed into 5 hours of anime? That's not enough! Of course it feels rushed!" I have heard that line a lot. The Akira anime is 1/12 the length of the standard compression rate, yet somehow it is still praised. It would be extremely expensive to make a 50 hour anime adaption of every worthy visual novel. Just be glad that they even bothered.
Thing is the normal "compression" would be something more like 1:3 in terms of ratio. If one hour of VN time gets 1 episode, that generally results in a well-paced anime (like Clannad, S;G, Higurashi etc). Of course you can stretch that out a bit more to maybe more like 1:5 or so, but Grisaia is... almost 1:20. Like seriously I think I clocked my full playtime of Kajitsu to 82 hours, which is like 1:16.4 or something. That's just waayy crossing the line (obviously just my personal playtime but I reckon I had the same reading speed with the other examples as well so it's still a valid comparison)
