This also works in contrast though, as they can be extremely sad too. this pretty much:) especially Kuroko no Basket at the moment. the matches are exciting, but also the moments in between the matches are really fun and the characters are for the most part are likable. the anime never fails to make me smile like an idiotXD also Karneval, both the anime and the manga. I just love the characters and their interaction. oh and the art + character designs are beautifuland lots of bishounen fanservice |

A lot of them especially my favorites that have comedy or are of of the SoL genre. But One Piece is the only one that never fails to make me happy. Been watching it every Sunday for about 8 years now and it still has it. |

The anime that make your heart go dokidoki and your soul smile. Naruto (thinking of certain scenes alone, makes more happy than anything I've ever watched, and makes me feel everything in the world is okay <3) and Monogatari. And maybe SKET Dance. |

Skip Beat made me happy. Accel World made me happy. Amagi Brilliant Park made me happy. Arakawa Under the Bridge made me happy. And here's more that made me happy: Chobits Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko Fruits Basket Hataraku Maou-sama! Itazura na Kiss Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita Kanon 2006 Kobato. Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? Kuragehime Lucky☆Star Majimoji Rurumo Midori no Hibi MM! Nodame Cantabile OHSHC Princess Tutu Special A Usagi Drop Witch Craft Works What they have in common: Cuteness, comedy, fluffiness, vibrant colors. ^^ This doesn't mean they're my favorites. (Except nodame cantabile and is this a zombie), but they are all at least in the top 50. I mean, I love a deep story, but these actually made me smile or have a good laugh. |

Here's an anime planner I had made for someone else that shows how else you could spend the time it takes to watch One Piece: In the time it would take you to watch all of the currently aired episodes of One Piece you could watch the original run of Naruto and Fairy Tail, Ippo, FMAB, Monster, Mushishi, Death Note, and Grisaia (for an ecchi anime). Seems like a much better way to spend 684 episodes. |

Seems like a much better way to spend 684 episodes. One Piece is far from a waste of time. It's an enchanting journey that has greatly influenced my life. -Ultra Fangirl Mode Ignited- During a tumultuous period of my life, melancholy had manifested in my being. However, upon the unearthing of One Piece, my life became ‘animated’ once again. The feeble state of mind that I previously held had bloomed into one full of vivacity. I have submerged myself through the utmost transcendent adventures while viewing One Piece. Literally. The series has genuinely induced me to feel as if I’m right besides the crew members. (Wow, does this paragraph come across as corny or what?) If you're daunted by the large amount of episodes, then you can stop watching the series right after the crew descends into the ocean for Fishman Island. _Charl said: Gintama, you wouldn't regret if you watch it.
