Plus, I'm sure if Nasu is seriously rewriting UBW a lot of things will be changed as well. I always liked his concepts, but his writing (especially his early works) were really sloppy at times. |

They will give the spotlight to some of the characters that got sidelined in UBW. |

They didn't re-addapt Fate/Stay Night, they adapted Fate the first route in 2006, they adapted UBW the second route in 2014, and now they'll adapt Heaven's Feel the 3rd route soon.... as far as the best, it's a matter of prefrence. I like UBW and HF the most. |

| UBW(if it was properly adapted) is the most complex, gray morality, comprehensive and with the most healthy out come in terms of world view and philosophy, not to mention containing the best and most calm Shirou out of all three(does not show in anime at all tbh, it might as well be fate route shirou here). And yeah it is the fan favorite route, mainly because it is the most well paced out of three(again, does not show in anime) Too bad it will never be adapted |

It's a matter of preference Fate is generally regarded as the weakest because of the high level of info dumping since it's the first route UBW is more action packed one HF is the one with the most WTF moments and surprising twists I like UBW more, generally because I think HF problems of pacing are too much I hope they fix this in the movie Besides the first Fate stay night was based on the fate route, the problem is that DEEN mixed up everything in the middle and made poor decisions on their character's characterisation |

Nah, this is a legitimate complaint, considering that it's one of the earliest big praises of ufoTable over DEEN was them actually animating Gil's swords instead of him just shooting yellow lasers. Anyways, I really liked the episode overall, despite them have Shirou blocking swords physically and jumping ridiculously high instead of just countering them with his faster UBW blade barrage. Great improvement over the last episode, and good music abound! |

| Shirou's fight against Gilgamesh was GREAT. One of the best fighting scenes I've ever saw in anime, was on the edge of my seat the whole time. I was confused at first as to how Archer survived, but after thinking for a bit I've developed two theories: 1- Archer never died, just went into spirit form and faked his death, conserving mana while doing so. 2- He was brought back to the present time not as a servant, but as a guardian with the mission to end Gilgamesh. Can you VN readers confirm any of this? Anyway, solid anime, 7/10. Not on the level of Fate/Zero, but that's just setting the bar too high. |

I really dislike repeating myself but how does the word "Guardian" explain the inconsistencies or establish the powerlevels of the servants? or how Archer uses his reality marble twice, gets stabbed by Shirou and Gilgamesh's weapons and yet he still has enough mana to last long enough to help both Rin and Shirou? Note it took only one Noble phantasm for Saber to disappear with a Master. |

| Great episode. Shirou vs Gilgamesh, finally! Could've done with less super jumps and more sword spamming but eh, that's just me, it was great nonetheless, and imo, it showed just how superior Shirou is in melee when compared to Gil. The scenes involving Saber we're adapted nicely. Loved every bit of it. Those VN track remixes were good. EMIYA, especially. Not to mention Gil's headshot and Archer's goodbye. Him turning and showing his face before the smile is exactly how I envisioned ufotable would be doing it. 5/5 |
