Admittedly I'm an anime only Jojo fan (haven't read the manga so parts 4-current aren't on my radar yet) and as such Joseph is still by far my favorite Joestar and protagonist. Even in his lesser/mentor role in SC. I would've hoped he would've gotten a little better of a sendoff than that as the character that was previously "the guy" you know lol. |

Originally I predicted that the first half/season of part 3 would be all introductions,character building, and really just bonding with the characters through these episodic adventures while season 2/second half would bring things into focus as the group arrives in Egypt. Was kind of wrong about that in hindsight but if part 4 is anything like that it's A-OK in my book. |
| Kakyoin's fight against Dio was great, even though it only lasted for a short period of time. His last moments were really sad.. R.I.P. ;_; Za Warudo is quite OP with its ability to stop time. That 5 seconds felt like more than a minute there. Wonder how Jotaro would prevail victorious against a Stand like that. Good episode. That punch sparring at the end was epic as hell! I expect this battle to be awesome throughout. |

| Best episode so far! Emerald Splash barrier looked amazing...but poor Kakyoin...RIP, my favorite crusader! Joseph was really cool as well, using Hamon like that, too bad it did not last. Time for the main event...DIO vs. Jotaro, MUDA MUDA MUDA vs. ORA ORA ORA. I must confess I knew about The World's ability to stop time but I did not know it was also as strong and fast as Star Platinum or perhaps more. It looks unbeatable at the moment, but that's what makes it even more exciting. Two episodes to go, bring them on! |

| I only read parts 1->3 , part 3 is not fillerish in any sense , and having a Stand of the week format was not a bad idea since it was executed well , most of the SC episodes/chapters I liked , I only disliked as few as three to four fights , and some of these is because these fights are outdated and I have seen better already from other copypasta anime. If people can't enjoy these episodes because they want an overarching plot they shouldn't watch part 3 , I replay many episodes of Stardust Crusaders and I like the tone and genre shift in every episode , it shows variety. Also part 3 is the most bizarre part out of the first three by far. |

It's because the series main point is being accused of being a filler , what is served in Stardust Crusaders is Stand of the week , Stardust crusaders has an excuse of a plot to deliver more and more fights throughout the way , thus that's the main show/point . | Lmao. Goodness, do we really have to go through this again? I thought this particular ignorance/misconception was over in these subforums. The original meaning of the word filler, is as the name suggests filling in. It doesn't only mean non-canon. The word wasn't created for anime, ya know. Monster of the week is not what makes the filler like fights, it's the relevance of those said fights, that determine if something is essential to the plot and story progression, or it's just there to fill in. Truth of the matter is, part 3 is annoyingly dragged with very weak excuses (that don't change their reality of them), is because, the author was still getting used to stands, and was trying to develop them, which doesn't change, that a good portion of fights and detours in the journey were pointless, and filler-ish. Keep denying the obvious, with dumb, inherently wrong notions tho, it's amusing. |
