Hard to tell since the stream was really LQ to be honest. I don't recall seeing any potato DIOs and the ORA MUDA and ZA WARUDO parts were great.

As I expected RIP Kakyoin, he was my favorite. Joseph the only threat to Dio with his Hamon is gone too.
Damn Dio is killing everyone, I notice that he was much more salty in part 1
I must say I'm dissapointed by ZA WARUDO that I've been hearing about for years now, first he needs to get close and now he has a time limitation for time stop, seriously.
Star Platinum and ZA WARUDO are so similar, maybe SP has a secret asspull ability like ZA WARUDO's time stop.

Also how is Dio flying around? Did I miss something?

2. The way he stops time >>>>>>> Kinda reminded me of prince of persia, its done much better than in the OVA.
3. DIO's and Jotaro's mad faces >>>>>>>>>>
4. Kakyoin and his attack looked incredible >>>>>> The animation was incredible
5. Joseph acting like the young self >>>>
6. The cat scene (even though the manga one is better but still)
7. ZA Warudo is so hugeeeee on screen ffs so menacing loved it

The World's power doesn't have a "range" per se (how do you only stop time in an area? That wouldn't really be stopping time), Dio only says that because he's referring to how far he can travel / do things while he time is stopped. When he says Jotaro isn't in range, what he means is "I can't deal with Jotaro if I timestop now, he's too far".

I guess they are 2 limits if you were expecting Dio's stand to be able to basically punch people anywhere, anytime, with infinite range. It IS a melee Stand, after all.

Best episode yet. The revelation and how it was handled is better here than in the manga for an anime POV (In the manga it was amazingly revealed, but I don't think the impact would have been as big if it was 100% the same in this medium).

Za Waruldo stops the time in the entire world for 5 sec. It's just that DIO cant attack someone that is 100m far away if he only has 5 sec to move when time is stopped. That's what DIO means when he talks about in 'range'
