I mean they never taught him that being Kaneki equals pain, that is something he learned while living it. TBH, I think it is impossible to "rescue" him, why? Bc the patient doesn't really want to lol 1) In his mind he is a part of the CCG, and everytime he remembers something of his past life he enters in shock making him dangerous, that means, Touka and co. can't get close to him. 2) Even if they succeed in kidnapping him they would have Arima/Akira hot on their steps, and I don't think they would want that. He has to heal himself, he has to wake up little by little, the question is: Is Kaneki going to sacrifice his friends life for this confortable life? Plus the confortable life is kind of broken in a way...bc we will have Lamb fearful of him Cookie jealous and probably down the path of self-destruction, if he starts to try to become like him. So probably he will wake up little by little, achieve Arima's level, uncover CCG's corruption, and as well Aogiri's plans. And well that's it. This is a very good explanation. I also doubt that the CCG is using some drug. Arima knowing who Kaneki was at the moment of the battle means he did his homework on him and hence saw a way of taking advantage of the torn Kaneki. |
| My boy kaneki! No surprise that Sasaki is kaneki. Also nice surprise that serpent is actually a close friend of kaneki. So who is torso? Also Akira mado looking hot as usual. I don't know I always have a thing for these type of characters, she reminds me a lot like Annie. ;) I wonder what they did to make kaneki forget about everything? My guess is that they somehow brainwash him, and then told him that look. this is the life you live, your name is Sasaki blah blah. But now he's starting to remember his true self from seeing people he knew from the past. I can't wait until touka x kaneki reunion happens. 4/5 chapter. |

| This chapter was awesome. Kaneki with his skills, finger-crackings, Nishio-senpai, Sasaki being labeled as a SS rank ghoul, the "extrermination", everything was awesome. This is why i like Tokyo Ghoul. 5/5 |

| This chapter made me a Tokyo Ghoul:Re manga fan. I love absolutely everything about this panel. The battle between Orochi vs Haise brought back memories of Ken vs Nishio in tokyo ghoul. Even the way Haise's kagune just erupted from the ground to impale Nishio multiple times was a throwback to memory lane. That was awesome!!! I love how Haise was taken out when he lost control. The Hirako squad as well as Akira Mado did not hesitate to neutralize Haise. Akira looked so badass with the sniper. That's my girl!!!! Love the rules for dealing with Haise Sasaki, the half ghoul. He is to be treated as human but in the event that he loses conrol, he shall be eradicated. That seems to be fair. So the CCGs are controlling Haise with RC suppressants. Very cool. 10/10 chapter. |
