| Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann is a great 27-episode-story which each of them fills you with countless emotions. Simon The Driller and his "Aniki" Kamina's relationship till the end has amazed me to no end.Kamina gave him courage, he converted all this courage to power, and pierced the heavens... This ending was given at the best i think. Although Nia and Simon's fate can be different, i guess this is the best way to end this series. To sum up, TTGL worthed my time, didn't disappointed me like the other popular series and the last episode also gave me a tasty pleasant feeling. I also salute this series. Hats off to THE DRILL THAT PIERCES THE HEAVENS !!! |

| Wedding Between Nia and Simon and then nia goess i was left sad that Nia dissapeared :'( Viral looks hot and awesome like always Simon gives the core drill to Gimmy Nia looks mega gorgeous in her wedding dress Yoko is hot Lord Genome is a total badass and he is an awesome father his Ganmen Razengan is mega awesome as well and im glad he had a part in the fight The tengen toppa gurren laggan looked awesome and i loved how Simon finished the fight with Laggan Impact The song at the start was awesome so much epic-ness when everyone gave their speeches WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK WE ARE? Old Rossiu looks like the leader of his village when he wasn't so old Daryl got hot at the end Nakim joins gurpal which was awesome as well this episode was so awesome!! |

| Very entertaining series, I can see why it is rated so high on this site. I wasn't a big fan of the first half of the series, but the second half was awesome to the max. Sure, the show makes no logical sense but does it really need to? The whole point was for it to be badass and it was just that. I'll give this show a 7/10, but my enjoyment was close to a 10. |

| I'm not generally satisfied with endings but this I liked. I loved the whole damn series and I don't even like mecha. Kamina instantly became one of my top favorite characters. For any haters, if you hate this, you hate all good things in life, that's all that can be said. |
| Great anime! although I did find the last half of the series a little too out of the ordinary. And I found the ending where Nia disappeared sad. Still freakin awesome though |

| WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW, THAT WAS THE BEST. I ENJOYED IT VERY VERY VERY VERY MUCH! Seriously, best. Why did Simon give Gimmy the Spiral key? Why are there voices so deep D:< A little higher than that, seriously. But dayum, that was just awesome. He also left very epicly. Simon's awesome. I cried of the epicness. I want to see Yoko's old face D:< Well, fucking great anime's over. D: Shall its awesomeness continue. One of the best animes I've seen, I don't even like mechas. |

| OMGWTF! That had to be the most epic episode of anything ever! So much great stuff happened. The anti spiral gave a small warning when he died, kinda like lord genome. A 3rd season would be pushing it now. I dont think Lagann can go any higher in the combining side. |

| Oh my... that was really something. I can't describe how good that was. Yea, throwing galaxies and all... that was really something. How the hell I'm supposed to like the ending when series is this good? :D Everything else somehow makes sense at the end (actually nothing makes sense ^^) but I just could not think any good reason for Simons choice of lifestyle. | Damn, this show just goes out with a bang. There are flaws with this series, but I don't care, because it does so many things right and has made the word "epic" its very own. At times this ep was utterly ridiculous, but in terms of delivering great entertainment no other anime comes close to TTGL. Lordgenome- proves that everyone else is still an amateur at being GAR (except Kamina and Kittan). Yoko- gotta feel sorry for her, perhaps she doesn't want to fall in love again after seeing what happened to her former love interests. Nia- whyyyyyyyy!!! After all that Simon and his crew went through... Simon- he shud have been a Space commander in the epilogue, not just a nobody...shudda tried to revive Nia too...it was too sad for her to go like that... This series gets a solid 9/10 from me, would have been a definite 10 if not for the sad ending that seems to contradict the rest of TTGL (i.e. kick reason to the curb and actually keep Nia alive!). Summary: TTGL=Unforgettable series |

| It's depressing to think that this will probably be the best anime I'll ever see in my life. Not to mention the most epic form of media I've ever seen. But that is the beauty of the show and I'm glad I'll have the wonderful memories of it. EPIC nuff said. |

| This left me wondering about the prologue at the first EP, was that man Kaminas father? Can't help to think that, anyway.. Really great EP, the most epic fight in the series and really sad one too. Couldn't expect more content in an ending episode. |

| I guess I'll never understand why this anime is so popular... in my opinion it's just a less-than-average shounen. I thought the last two episodes were ridiculous, especially 26 >< Ahwell, I preferred the second part, and the 25 episodes weren't too bad, I just don't understand why it's ranked 3rd here. Perhaps I just missed the main plot or something XD 6/10 |

Most likely you all (i mean here - guys complaining about this show) just don't appreciate hilarious irony humor. It's not a sin, tho. Some people are just born that way, without being able to stop for a moment your logic, criticism impulses.. It's great in work envoironment, but it sucks when you can't enjoy things which most people do :) Seriously, it's 10/10 in comedy terms. I loved it, every one piece, of that ridiculously overhyped humor. I mean, just a few quotes from final, for teh win: "Wheter it be time, space, or alternate realities, they mean nothing to us." Followed by Tengen Toppa mode, standing on a galaxy, which later becomes fighting ring. Shouting incredibly cheesy "who do you think we are!" Also, another golden line: "He quantum divided himself and converted it to raw energy?!" when helix king changes into drill after.. after whaaaaat? Being hit by projectile missile made out of.. BIG BANG energy? Oh gee, I wish I'd be in Gainax's dev team. They had to have so much laughs in every meeting. :) Or, if they had script prepared before, at least writer had so much fun doing it. Being involved in making this show is out of the question, unfortunately, but I had good time anyway. Oh, so much laughs. Off me go, gonna catch up with all ad-ons to series ;) |
