Which one of 4kids's dubs were the best?
| here it is! :D the thread u never thought of. i'm just gonna link their theme songs and a bit of a description lets start with the fan favorites Kirby:Right_Back_Ya its a show about Kirby and his adventures. he usually has to fight these monsters King DDD buys from some shady guys. episodic but then gets plot heavy in a few parts. Love that jazzy opening. SonicX About Sonic and his adventures being trapped in the human world. has arcs inspired by iconic sonic games like SonicAdventure1&2. also GOTTAGOFAST!!! (i used the looped version because it had the highest resolution, the song ends at 1:00) MewMewPower a Magical girl show. resembles Sailor moon a bit but somethings are a bit less... obvious XD. personally, i think the somewhat corny music made the show. at-least for me when i watched it. ShamanKing a show about the competition to become shaman king. very plot heavy had pretty well done fight scenes. because of the context of the show, at points they do put more jokes in to "lighten" the mood. F-ZeroGPLegend first show on the list i didn't watch. centered the F-zero franchise. Futuristic. About caption Falcon as he races in a sport that gripes the universe. (i assume this anime is where the infamous Falco punch scene came from correct?) MagicalDoReMi Note:ignore the child blinking at the beginning, he isn't apart of the theme song this is another Magical Girl anime but a bit more "Unique" that most. its about these girls who try and become full fledged witches to save her Witch teach from a life of being a green blob. they do all the magic w/ neat rhymes. somewhat episodic but again plot development everywhere. pretty cute opening DinosaurKing Note: song start around 21-22 seconds show is about a Paleontologist's son (and his friends) who have to find and rescue dinosaurs across the world. they have adversaries who are all trying to get dinosaurs to.. if i remember correctly rule the world. (think Team rocket) the Battles are big but the dinosaurs are usually CGI (note for if you don't like that or anything) Pretty cool and up- beat theme song. OnePiece Note: there is a 2nd, earlier version of this song. this is probably the one that came to everyone's mind when they saw "4kids". While i personally liked the dub forwhatitwas i'm pretty sure it isn't winning. you probably already know the plot too. at-least that rap theme song is catchy. Pokemon Note: they also made a few another Pokemon theme songs (like season 7/advanced) but i used this one because its the most memorable. a show about Ash Ketchum and his adventures w/ his Pikachu over the Kanto region. don't think i need to say more. theme song needs no words ether :3 Cubix:RobotsForEveryone i'm pretty sure Korean animation is counted on this site so, here is a korean anime. a futuristic setting. everyone has their own Robot companion. main character gets a special robot that the villain wants for himself. everything is animated in 3d. YuGiHo (warning: its the long version) Here is a video containing all the theme songs since i couldn't find the theme song used for the YuGiHo theme song used for the first season. So, here is the Last (but not the least) entry for anime by 4kids. Yugioh is a show about a boy named Yugi who finds a millennium puzzle containing the spirit of a Pharoh who lost his memory. together they duel, win tournaments and save the world. Nice Egyptian sounding theme song. i'm personally gonna vote Kirby cause KIRBY KIRBY KIRBY, HE'S THE STAR OF THE SHOW! :D (edit: finally learned how to add yugiho) if you haven't seen any of these 4kids dubs, just vote on the theme song. |

| Anyways, I always thought that Yu-Gi-Oh was their best dub. It was probably because of the amount of ham in the show though. Mod Edit: Removed quote of deleted post. |

| Pokemon hands down. Really wish that hadn't ditched it. I also liked One Piece's dub too. Hell I even liked the opening song. Just wish they hadn't butchered the shit out of it with all the censorship. |
