It's a bit boring but I guess it's alright too.

Game adaptations end up being questionable most of the time.

I want that synthesizer(randomly throwing in stuff and getting desserts after much rumbling is just awesome)! And lol to the quest like scene when they were collecting materials although i suppose it IS an adaptation of an rpg

Well, never played the game, so I guess for the fans of this game it's actually more enjoyable. Personally I'm not too much interested, will keep watching for the moment though. Just hope it will get romance, and not implied romance.

I found it boring.

A lot of "ara, ara"

Is that a real tail?

I thought that was nice and peaceful. It's a good change of pace from the other shows that are on I guess.
I didn't know it was a game before but I can see how it would have played with the fighting things for quest items sort of thing.
The flying castle thing reminded me of Laputa in Castle in the Sky

Very relaxing...I almost fell asleep...
"Escha and Logy" which in Japanese would be "Escha To Logy" or "Eschatology" and eschatology is the theological study of the end of the world or "end times" according to religion. If that's not foreshadowing, I don't know what is lol. If that winds up being a coincidence I will cry because there's something seriously wrong with the heads of this game/series' creators ;_;

Oh that's interesting. I've never heard of that term, and I doubt it's a coincidence. I don't think it's foreshadowing anything though. But the creators you would say Escha to Logy. It kind of goes with the setting too because did name the two characters using the word eschatology since in Japanese they're living in a world where they're trying "to survive the eventual arrival of the Dusk End," or so says in the synopsis.

It was really a calm and relaxed anime, but I am glad they revealed the final goal, so this will be a bit more interesting.

Escha is cute as heck and the male lead isnt an annoying teenager so its already better than 90% of anime. Not expecting anything special.

As relaxing as the videogame series.
6.5/10 for this episode.
Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances.
He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter.
Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga.
Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month.
Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel.
The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck.

Didn't know this was based off of a video game. Well then, I like this anime. I feel like this is one of the couple spring anime I will be looking forward to.

I like Logy, the setting and the character design. Great sound.

But why must the VA for Escha be so... annoying?

4/5

I already knew what I was getting in contrast, happens with the adaptations of JRPG, but the thing I regret is not perfect technical performance and graphics; designs must improve in addition to animations.
What I almost always liked the Studio Gokumi is the Color Design, Character Design and Costume Design.
Weft stretch from strongly Slice of Life, anything interesting yet. Narrative rather boring, if you are not interested in history, I wanted to learn more about the game, so I can not complain, but I can not resist pointing it out.
Overall the anime, has room for improvement both in the plot and in the characters.
Final vote, for now, of 6/10!

For some reason, this gives me a final fantasy feel(any Square Enix fans). Despite the fact that nothing BIG happened, but this one sounds kinda neat. And c'mon, get real if you say it's boring, or you almost fell asleep. Ugh...

Well, I guess we are going for a relaxing slice of life with this one. Not familiar with the games, but I quite like the world. This really reminds me of Recettear. In fact, I'd like an adaptation of Recettear, but having an adaptation of an Indie game would be nigh impossible I guess.

Am I the only one here that is a bit annoyed by the hocus-pocus alchemy i seen there?
Art should be left alone by those unenlightened, raw and uncensored as it is, because enough refinement was already done by it's creator, in it's creation.

It's different... The windmill parts recipe doesn't have neutraliser in it. Rusty cogs and bent screws should be found in Forest Point not bought at the shop -.- Although that's really just nitpicking.

On the bright side, it seems like they're bumping up the relationship between Escha & Logy. I hope they end up together unlike in the game!

I was on the fence about continuing this series during the whole first episode, but the hug scene did it in. I think I too will also hug my co-workers and get dismissed shortly after for awkward advances.

I have played almost all the Atelier games so I should watch this which is part of the dusk series but it is the only one that's been animated so far.

(1) Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk
(2) Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemists of the Dusk Sky
(3) Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea

If you have played Ayesha or this game then you will already know what kind of being Clone is.

Marion is originally from Ayesha.

Fixing the broken windmill is also the 1st main task in the game.

Awin is a very good character, really good in battle.
I have ADD, ADHD & AUTISM, but this won't stop me. Let's keep having fun together.
