| Ill admit im not a huge DBZ fan, but when i heard that they were remaking it in HD i decided to give it a go. I was under the impression, that with how big the DBZ franchize is, there would be money behind this new series, i was obviously wrong as the animation has no improvement. I prefer Japanese voices for the majority, but these really do sound like 5yr old kids :( Im sorry for the rant, but this is my opinion & views on the new series. I will probably continue to watch, as i have not fully seen the original and with less fillers it will atleast be an easier watch! |

| This will be good for me to watch for the nostalgia factor, and even though I have to wait for it, to relive all those great Vegeta moments!~ I'm glad alot of the fillers will be left out, because those are actually the episodes that caused me to drift away from the series as a kid. I was always thinking, 'when's something important going to happen?' |

| I wasn't sure if I wanted to watch this at first, since I know everything that happens w/o watching DBZ, but it's actually quite relaxing. Besides Bardock the voices don't bother me (probably because I watched that SJ special not too long ago). Though I admit I was a little mad after the tease that is the op >.> Anyway I'll stick with this show and can't wait to see Vegeta~ :3 |

| Im a big DB fan, I have watched all the series, OVAs and Movies and right now this is heaven. Getting to watch the original Japanese cast is interesting, I know most people have complained about Gokus voice but hey that’s the way it was originally made so deal with it. Im worried that this run ends in the Freezer saga but then again they can come up with another opening later on showing perhaps the Cell saga and so on. It was said that they will stick to the Manga so hopefully it will end with Boo. I also wish they could have re-done all the drawings but I guess that would be going against the original MANGA release. This sure brings back good memories and hopefully it will erase DB Evolution from my mind. :P |
| Well, i've never watched dbz, but i've read the manga, so i'm watching this mainly for kicks. T'was pretty much what i was expecting. Except for the weird saving Gohan thingy. But i guess that served it's purpose with his powers being unknown atm. But yeah, Gokus voice has always sucked. To be honest i didn't like Piccolos either. He's supposed to be badass. He should switch with Raditz. |

| I thought it was cool that they started off with Bardock facing off with Frieza. It lets you know who the Big Bad is, and since Goku being a saiyan hasn't been a relevant plot twist in decades, there's no need to hold it out like they originally did. Seeing the old art has made me so nostalgic, and the fact that the voice acting is improved makes it all the better. I'm looking forward to seeing how far they'll take it. |

| The opening and closing were done nicely. I also loved how they edited things, and wow Master Roshi actually touched Bulma's boob! Epic xD I already went through DB, DBZ, DBGT but it's great to see it again in Japanese and with a cleaner animation. The only thing that I will have to get used to is the new background music, I always hated the US Dubbed version for changing it but oh well. |

I recently finished watching all 153 episodes of Dragonball. I enjoyed the pace of this. I have never even seen DBZ before. |

| It was alright, definitely not as good as Dragon Ball Z but a good way to remember events before watching Super. I know it cut filler and the like but that never really bothered me in Z honestly. Also really missing the Faulconer score. |

| first time rewatching kai, when I was first watching this years ago the buu saga was still unfinished airing, so rewatching this before eventually getting to that! it's mad how close to great kai is. Certain things grate on me like kid Gohan's voice, besides that super enjoyable |
