| That database opening rocks! Those ratmans! That food, alteast they have fruits and vegetables. Lol, Serara's maid lvl and she is so cute while complaining! Is it going for furry route? xD So Akatsuki is also a college student, their reactions xD Seriously, what's wrong with people; giving this show a mere 7.6... seriously? This is 9 material! and if it continues to be this exciting, possibly 10 material by the end. That boss! That strategy was pretty good and that badass finishing blow! That ending song's music sets up a nice atmosphere before it starts, and it's pretty good itself. Great episode! |

Well, from this episode we learned that you can get all your items and equipment stolen, for an MMORPG especially after this 'trapped' incident that quite means everything. (with PK players roaming in the normal field, you're an easy prey). |

| As much as I enjoy the show so far I can't help but feel a little annoyed with the lack of explanation of their current situation. I know I'm ranting so bare with me on the four points. How did they get there? Did they use something like a Amusphere or something???? Who cause all this? Errr is it a person that trapped them or was it a program bug??? (what's the chances of the latter been true huh) How do they get out? Do they to slay the ultimate boss or something?? Right now it feels like we're watching a side story than an actual story with the lack of overall objective as someone pointed out. Now with the rant over I can go back to praising this to bits! The explanation of the game mechanics is a nice touch allowing us to understand how the game operates, of course this brings to mind that it resembles a bit of Neverwinters Night in some respect. I'm liking the fact that the MC is a grad student and is more of a team player than a one man nuke, plus you gotta love how they interact with one another! And did I mention that Akatsuki is too cute to be legal!!! Now if they can start announcing who the big bad that's pulling the strings of everyone it might just ramp up the rating for me. |

| Nice episode, i just realized that there are soooooooooo many characters in this anime, will need some time to remember all of them, but heck they all looks interesting!! I like it so far, feels like an actual MMORPG world :) But, i can see lots of otaku in japan dropping this show, knowing that the MC is actually an engineering student and not a shut in like most of them, thank God this is not a late night anime so normal people could watch this show, but what about the BD sales, because i think this anime would feel incomplete with only 1 season :'( |

| THe ep was boring for the most part. Only the last fews minutes was ok. SAO was much more entertaining to watch than this. |

| I'm actually really glad Akatsuki is the same age as them... now I can comfortably ship those two. Wow Nyanta has the same voice as Rudolf from Senyuu... I really hope he doesn't turn out to have the same personality lol. I was actually wondering that before even realizing they were the same voice... lolicon cat will destroy my image of him lol. Also I got a feeling he'll become the chef of their group, judging by the ending video, and he's probably able to make the food actually taste good. Must be nice to be able to see sights like that... makes me wish there were still unexplored lands IRL. |

| 5/5 Episode that maintains a simple stretch , does not emerge in any field for his epic , but can defend well. Despite my frustration for a costume design and uncared for some action too short of spectacular unlike the BGM that give a feeling quite different, the rating of 5/5 I give it without any problems. The reason is obvious , the plot keeps the aura of mystery that still does , say, " dream " interesting scenarios , while discovering something now , and in the meantime increases the mysteries of the MMORPG ! Which is well explained in the narrative that also has the advantage of not being very rushed. If I remember correctly the paperwork and still small , so in 25 episodes can not say as much for the benefit of the explanations that have many episodes to count on. * _ * I hope we do not get bored ! XD Good animations and scenarios that inizano to be impressive , I like! : D As previously mentioned the OST appears to be one of the best things . Characters that are becoming increasingly thick! :) |

When they were dragged into the game, they retained their in game bodies, which is why Shiroe's body is a bit taller than his RL body, as mentioned by him in the first episode. However, Akatsuki had trouble with her in game body due to a huge difference in height, which is why she used an appearance change potion to make her "in game" body closer to her RL counterpart, also mentioned in the first episode. P.S. Nyanta reminds of Purrloin. |
