That being said i do think another website may take MALs place eventually, lets just hope it's better ^^ |

| Depends on how much anime you watch Okay, now seriously. It's very unlikely that the site ends up dying. It may degrade to a point, but I think MAL has reached a level where this extreme is almost impossible. Anyway and in order to make this even more unlikely, I think there needs to be a more active policy in bringing new tools, modifying aspects of the interface, etc. which I guess is not possible right now because of the lag problems. On the discussion forums, I guess the good thing about MAL is that these sources are already very diversified (with main forums, specific for any show, clubs, profile comments...).
