| Second season please!! One of the few animes where a girl like Chihaya... isn't annoying! I was supporting her the whole way through. I hope she makes it to Queen at the end of the manga. Arata is cute. Plus he likes Chihaya (I think). It's not Taichi. XD I'm borderline 9-10 but I'mma give it a 10. Definitely on my favorites list (since the 1st episode, actually). Just because some other shows I give a 9 just can't compare. I've loved this anime since episode 1 and that was a great ending!! I have no complaints at all and would love a season 2. If they need 5 more members... NEW CHARACTERS??? |

| I thought the ending was perfect. Then again, I don't care nearly as much for "closure" as the next person, especially in something of this nature. If there was anything I didn't like, it was the numerous Arata scenes near the middle of the series, and some of the matches near the end. Overall an amazing show with great characters and atmosphere. |

| a masterpiece level anime that is hindered by the fact that it's not finished or complete yet, and main characters stuck at their development phase.. 9/10.. i'll remember this as something that could get me teary-eyed at a sport/game itself.. it is a very beautiful show.. here's to hoping that it would have a second season and/or a finale season that would wrap it up well.. |

| Arata has a pink cellphone? I'm going to assume it's his mom's or a hand-me-down, or it was the last color/phone left in the store. I believe Arata is too cool to have chosen that phone himself. I'm actually quite happy how the ending turned out. The reason being; if they tried to cram all the lose ends into the last few episodes, it just wouldn't have worked, and would have felt too rushed. Doing it this way leaves people yearning for a more flushed out story (and prospects for the producers) to fund a second or maybe even third season if enough popularity/interest is gained. If this anime gets licensed in North America, hopefully not by Nis America, Manga entertainment, Media Blasters, or Crunchyroll (sucked at 5cm per second DVD), I'd totally support it by buying it since, with or without a second season, Chihayafuru is an awesome show (and manga). Would still make me very giddy and spend more food-money to buy a second season if it ever does get produced (I may even buy an import copy). |

| Man this is just begging to get a second season lol I reallly hope it does. Too bad this didn't get any funding. But if it is licensed in the US I will buy lol....also the manga >.> Too bad there wasn't a TaichixChihaya moment. So is Taichi going to become a sadist also lol It kinda suits him :3 I will miss this show...and I'll probablly end up rewatching it |

| AHHHHH! I WANT SEASON 2!! I hope they won't let us wait for ages! I already was very excited for the last ep. I hope Shinobu will lose weight and Yumin will beat her and become Queen and after that Chihaya and I want Tachi become A class and more TaichixChihaya please I also hope Kana will become A class and a certified reader. I just really want Taichi and Chihay get together, they are just suited for each other. Taichi is so much cooler than Arata. Go Taichi and Chihaya. |

| Amazing anime series. I loved Chihayafuru from episode 1. All the emotion and funny moments just kept me watching it week after week without ever getting bored of an episode. It gets a 10/10 out of me with no If, ands, or buts. I have high hopes for a second season. |
| That was a good ending, liked the conversation between Taichi and Arata, and Taichi discovering that sadism has its uses xD Now I can go and read the manga, yay. |

| This aired through two seasons of Anime. TWO. Out of those two Seasons, Chihayafuru stood above all of them for me, and was the only thing that kept my attention towards Anime overall. I can only hope for a second season, but for now, I'm content that I found this series. As archetypical as it was, it was my favourite in both the Fall 2011 and Winter 2012 Season. It's kind of sad when nothing else can really stack up to Chihayafuru, but don't get me wrong: I loved this series nonetheless. |

| I think this episode did well to set-up for another season. :) Overall, it was a refreshing series (josei + sports) and an enjoyable one although it has it's own few dull moments. An 8 or 9 will do. :) SEASON 2 WHEN?? |

| Oh god where's season 2? This should be released outside japan so that people will know that there are a lot of fans who support this thing. Seriously, I wasn't expecting anything from this anime since I know nothing about karuta. But hell, this is the most brilliant card game anime ever created. |
| Not bad anime overall, but I hoped for more character realationships development. Oh well. At least it wasn't soppy and over-the-top like most animes are. Decent series for easy watch. |

| I absolutely loved this series. Even if they don't continue on, I'll still be satisfied, but all of the new little plot points they introduced were so great. There's a lot of potential for another solid season. I really liked Kana's new goal of becoming a card reader. I immediately loved Chihaya when I started this show, but Kana was a character that definitely grew on me. One of the strengths of this show is its beautiful score. They reuse the same music cues over and over, but it's still incredibly effective. I hope this show catches on more and expands beyond its cult audience. It's a terrific gem. |

| Wow, I LOVED this episode. It was such a good ending one T_T K, so the Master won, we see a bit more into his feelings I suppose. I had a total bromance moment there when Taichi called Arata lol XD IS THIS THE TRUE PAIRING?! LOL XD Well Arata's friend that quit is playing again ... hmm ;O Aww, Tsutomu has notes for Chihaya's one syllable cards :D That was just AMAZING (and I LOVED the music that was played then lol), so touching T_T Then Kana and her dream to become a reader ... loved it! Especially when she realized how hard it was ... lol, class A requirement XD Oh and Taichi practicing his swing was ♥♥♥ HE'S SO COOL XD Even the Empress ... 5 new members?! That will be interesting ... although I kind of like just the 5 that are there already lol X_X Ah, the next year and Chihaya's the same ... THERE MUST BE A SECOND SEASON! D; Overall ... wow. I LOVED this show! XD I mean all the characters are AMAZING (ESPECIALLY TAICHI), the animation was really nice and the music was a good touch too :3 Plus I loved how this show made me FEEL ... I could NOT wait every week for the next episode :P I loved it so much ... so ... well, I was debating on whether I should give it a 9 or 10, but eventually decided on 10/10 :D |

| Loved it! The anime rounded up in style, but what I read is that they followed the Manga until the final episode. I am hopeful for a second season because the anime deserves it. I seriously don't know why an anime of Chahayafuru's caliber cannot sell DVDs or BDs. I am actually shocked. Loved the way Komano, Kana-chan and Nishida played important roles in Chihaya's road to become the Queen. While Arata and Taichi became close enough to expect one another's calls and work on their way to become the next Master. The introduction of the current Mastar Suo was intriguing. While I want to see Shinobu-chan lose a bit of (!) her weight. Great anime. Great moments. Couldn't have asked for more. It was fun. Sometimes sad. Often inspiring. And most importantly, full of passion for the thing they loved, or I should say, the thing that got them all together, as they fell in love with it. Karuta. If they never make a second season, I want to say this: Chihayafuru will be missed. A solid 9/10. |

| A second season is a MUST for this show. There is so much more karuta and love drama for us to see. I'm still kinda floored as to how good this show actually turned out. It was so enjoyable. I'm going to miss it : ( A rock solid 9/10 |
| I remember trying out the first episode of this show. I would've never thought it'd be this fun to watch. Really solid series and I really hope that it comes out with a second season. Also really loved the ending. I liked how they left lots of room left for more. Overall 8/10. |

| 7/10 It's a pity how this started out really good and then just got kinda lame halfway through. It started to get kinda boring, not bad, just repetitive. I'm hoping for a second season though. I'd really like to see everyone progress further. |

| UGH!!! I feel like I've been watching this anime for years somehow!;____; I loved it so so much!!♥ One of the few anime I ever gave a perfect 10 to! I think the best part of this episode was definitely Kana-chan's resolutions and adorable shyness~ Such a cutie pie!!(♥ó㉨ò)ﾉ♡ I REALLLYY REALLLYYYY hope for a second season! In a better time-slot hopefully?? | Wow a really good show, exceeding way beyond what i had expected. Theres something about this type of shows that draws people to watch it. Really good series 10/10 and since there are rumors of there being a second season, im jumping on my bed now while gulping down some root beer |
| The surprise series of Fall 2011 in my opinion. Wasnt expecting much, but it turned to be a really interesting anime. Never tought an anime about karuta would be so fun xD Gets a deserved 9/10 from me. :) |
