Buy ingredients and use a recipe book. I doubt it's very hard. Just follow the directions and see how it turns out.

Maybe some peanut butter and jelly on a bread and water.
Instant noodles or canned foods.

Not too healthy menu but maybe you guys have other suggestions.

PS: I'm assigned to a far away place with my job and are gonna start living on my own. And I don't know how to cook T_T

Start learning how to cook. Start with the simple stuff that only has a few ingredients in it and work your way up. You could also start with hamburger helpers, just be sure and read on the back of the box to see what you need. You could also add things like mushrooms, diced chicken or some other stuff to some ramen.

Some easy beginner recipes.

Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
http://italianfood.about.com/od/creamsauces/r/blr0055.htm

Cacio e Pepe
http://www.annamariavolpi.com/cacio_e_pepe.html

Basic spaghetti alla Amatriciana. (serves 3-4)
28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes.
cooked chopped up bacon a pack of precooked bacon slices will work
a one onion thinly sliced.

You saute some thinly sliced onion in some olive oil until it browns a little, throw in the can of crushed tomatoes and the cooked chopped bacon and simmer for about ten minutes. put it on top of some cooked spaghetti and put on a lot of Parmesan.

Variations
Instead of putting all the bacon in the sauce, save half and use it to top the spaghetti.

Instead of topping with Parmesan, use cheddar cheese instead or both.

Hmm I ate a lot of fish, rice, chicken, waffles, pasta, stir fry, omelettes, eggs, all sorts when I was living alone, only simple meals though, didn't bother making anything complicated, though I did enjoy making brownies :'D

How can you not know how to cook? Anyone can cook up spaghetti or fry some shit in the oven, just follow the recommendations on the boxes.
To make it easier and cheaper, just eat dinner every other day instead of every day.

If you have internet access you can learn to cook. Soups are a good place to start, they can simmer at a low temperature for hours and almost any fresh ingredients (as well as frozen and canned) can be added. See what ingredients are available locally and start googling recipe sites.

Fast Foods are also bad for the health.

There is this thing called a restaurant you know.

restaurants are expensive, I'll be broke in no time if I eat in a restaurant everyday.

So learn it, like everyone above said. You don't even need to buy a book, http://allrecipes.com/ , you can find everything on the internet. Don't turn into a lazying bum, eating your own made food is quite satisfactory.

It's cheap to eat out here, so that's what I usually do. Or maybe a bento from the convinience store as a last resort.

Or I just cook something really simple, like uhm...yakisoba. XD

Yeah Pot Noodles and stuff like that, you could get frozen fries and plenty of like frozen chicken, its not difficult, plus you can also make rice, its really easy and then make egg fried rice, google it. Some stuff which seems difficult to cook is actually rather easy. Potato chips (crisps) and chocolate and loads of coke does the job for me sometimes though! (:

Not because I can't cook, but because of having no money and laziness, I've found a way:

Don't eat

I had coffee for breakfast and a no-doze for lunch.

Hmm.. cereal or eggs for breakfast and bacon too if I really feel like putting in the effort.
Sandwich and a side dish for lunch.
Go out for dinner.

If no one cooks healthy meals in my house, my body will deteriorate and I can't have that happen.

Meh, food is overrated

I probably ingest upwards of 500mg of caffeine per day, though. And though I quit for a time (was out), I'll probably re-start my 10+ cups of tea/day habit. Problem being that I'm running out of fat. I started at 225 and now I'm 160... I can reach my hand around my wrist and touch fingers right in the middle of my arm :D

I'm living alone and I always have some tuna in my fridge, you can use it easily as an ingredient to sandwich, pasta or pizza.... and the most important is that it's cheap and there are different variations of it (curry, pepper, oil, water..) so you dont get bored so fast.

Definitely look up some easy recipes. Give learning to cook decently your best try. You won't regret it. It'll save you money and it's generally healthier than eating out or buying packaged foods depending on what you cook.

Trial and Error works well on cooking. I've developed countless cooking recipes on my own that work just well, are easy and tasty.

I basically survive off frozen foods and oatmeal due to laziness. It's worked well for me and I assume it'll work great for someone who can't cook. You have a ton of options. There are TV dinners. I like Lean Cuisine personally, because I can put it on a plate and pretend I made this fancy meal for myself. But they can get rather expensive.

You can get chicken tenders or something, like Tyson's usually has good products. There are also things like corn dogs. Corn dogs! Everyone loves a corn dog.

My personal favorite is Digornio's Stuffed Crust Pizza. Anything from Digornio's is delicious (I recently tried the Bacon Blitz) but the Stuffed Crust is just sinful.

All this can be yours and can be made in your local microwave/toaster oven. If you have ever owned a microwave and do not know how to use one still, that's just sad.

Learn to cook, because if you're not watching your nutrition carefully, the frozen foods diet can get unhealthy real fast. I HATE cooking, yet I somehow got recommended to a culinary school. I don't even try. I just follow the instructions and wham. Food appears. It's not that hard. You'll have some failures, but if it's at least edible you've done something right.

Learn how to stirfry. Put rice in water (they have instructions on the packet) and just leave it boiling until it is soft. Chop up your vegies and meat, partly cook the meat first, then add the vegies and sauce and cook until done. There is a huge variety of pre-made sauces out there so you don't even have to prepare the sauce.

When I was living alone...I survived on ramen noodles, cereal, and bread mostly (not healthy). But then slowly I pushed myself to make pasta, beans, etc...but after sometime, I just began to eat out more because in my case, cooking did not work.

My roomate was extremely good...she cooked vegetables, which did not take long, and cooked rice, which also did not take her long time. Otherwise, I suggest eating outside once in while, also making sandwiches, which is not too hard!
