Detective said: I hope you're kidding. Sugata is awesome.I hope Sugata dies. This show is going nowhere. I can honestly say this is the first episode I really enjoyed. It actually felt like it was going somewhere, plus it shed the cliches of the previous episodes. Nice background info on Sugata (and Takuto, considering it was his birthday as well). And the fight scene was actually pretty cool. Screw Cybodies! Let's have more of that martial arts with the house maids and Takuto. It'd be cool of they adapted those moves into the cybodies. Good episode. I hope the next one follows up nice. This show would be pretty good if we had more episodes like this one. ^_^ |

| Finally! Probably one of the best episodes so far. Noo, Sugata! He was probably one of my favourite characters ... T_T Oh well, the green things were really cool! Finally broke out of the routine Zero Time, etc. thing. Fighting scenes were WAY cooler (except come on ... you have an army of green things and you can't even kill Wako? Seriously? Not like that would ever happen ... -_-") ANYWAYS. Notice how anyone who's anyone has like, an actual colour of hair and like everyone else is just brown / black? XD Lol Anyways, hope the show starts to pick up! :D |

| dare i say that was actually a good episode? i watch this show mostly because it's hilarious but that was pretty legit. really awesome fight scene im glad the mechs were left out of it. loved hearing wako sing and not sound TERRIBLE like last time. maybe its a different va for the song? yea monochrome is still better but that was really awesome. like how sakana chan got an interlude there and LOVEDDD Jun's badass voice. always makes an episode for me. but yea, cosplaying ninjas aside this episode was great!! |

That's interesting, apparently the King cybody is so badass that just calling him will make you pass out. This was an interesting episode for sure. I enjoyed Wako's singing and seeing cosplaying ninjas, too. And apparently Takuto dual-wields in real life, too. |

| A good episode. We get some backstory of Sugata and more info on the Cybodies. I wonder though what Takuto and Wako's first phase is and if Watanabe's first phase is serious. Sugata did something cool for once but he just fell right after. Kind of lame but FukuJun's serious voice was great. Of course he'll wake up but the question is when. Or maybe he'll pull a Kamina here which I doubt but it'll be a good twist if he does. Sugata's maids' fight outfit was great :D |

| WARNING: shoujo levels reaching the danger zone. I could deal with the shoujo art style, but now the shoujo is starting to leak in to everything else as well. Wako says she loves Sugata (your typical shoujo rich boy without a personality) but all of her actions point towards her loving Takuto. Sugata says he doesn't love Wako, but all of his actions points towards him loving her. Takuto is the only person in the series actually honest and somewhat likable. It is for this reason i'm disappointed that bland Sugata seems like he is going to have a greater role. Side characters should stay where they belong, on the side. For some reason Takuto is blinded by Wako's cuteness and likes her as well, making it a reverse harem situation. I guess it could be worse though as every other person seems to be secretly in that evil organization. Wako's song is also not as good as the caged girl's song. |

| Good shit. Sugata and takuto have the same bday. They are connected not. Anyways now im curious to know takutos first phase he is already in the third phase so he should have a first. Sugata is in the NeXT episode too maybe he can only awaken in zero time |

| Seeing as I compare Star Driver to TTGL very often, Sugata's coma is a poorer version of Kamina's death. How can you be surprised or feel emotion when the character who falls into the coma has probably no more than five minutes of overall screentime in every episode, has been bland up until this point, and was expected to fall into a coma once Wako obviously foreshadowed Sugata using King's Pillar (in an episode titled "King's Pillar")? I'm not saying I don't like Sugata, I'm saying the writers hardly fleshed him out enough to honestly warrant the properly reaction to the events of this episode. Plus, who's Undine? She's just another insert antagonist for the episode. If anything, not only am I questioning who she is, I'm questioning how her first phase lets her summon aqua-like robots and what is it about King's Pillar that completely wiped them all out while still keeping friendlies protected. No build-up to this whatsoever. Even worse, I've never held any of Takuto's asspulls against him because I've always considered him a character who was pre-acquainted with his own power. But him having the same birthday as Sugata...I feel like Sugata just got cheated out of a proper emotional reaction. Now, on a side note, I think that if King's Pillar is the type of power that activates via apprivoise, then isn't it possible that the successors of the King Cybody can be awakened within Zero Time? Because if you think about it, anytime a character apprivoises, he either enters Zero Time (i.e. the Cyber Casket) or he's already in Zero Time (i.e. Takuto). So what if the coma-like side effect of King's Pillar is caused by a never-ceasing apprivoise that requires the user to remain in Zero Time forever? Still continues being one of the best shows of the season and as expected ep 6 was step up. By the end of the series I'm pretty sure this'll be the best show that started to air this fall. |

| I loved wako in this episode, and was quite surprised that sugata and takuto both share the same birthday. The way they ended the episode they mentioned that it was the start of a bad anniversary which indicates that it will take a long time for sugata to wake OR they're gonna do a time skip maybe? I don't know. |

So that Sugata guy has the strongest mecha but is so strong that it can't be controlled so we can't even see it? Kind of disappointing. And what exactly was that girl doing? Why was her power different? What was it with that human mech coming out of her and not even freezing time? |

You got 2 sexy maids cosplayed as tiger and bunny girls, you should be satisfied. Finally some plot development and finally someone is trying to kill Takuto in the normal time. An OK episode. The problem is just that it didn't make sense at all. The cybodies are supposed to work only in the time zero (other space). So what's up with all these characters using powers in the normal time? Are them all special abilities retained from phase 1? Kind of forced concept. The pseudo-drama of the episode could have been better if they actually developed a little Sugata's character before this episode. I'm pretty sure Sugata will awake in the next episode and maybe he will become the main antagonist of the series (cliché). |

| getting interesting.. but then sugata's the only main char i like and now he's in a coma.. =.= will continue watching just to see how it turns out.. i'm not a big fan of fanservice-filled shows (i can't stand it sometimes),, but this is BONES, and the seiyuu cast are just too good.. haha |

This was mentioned way back in episode 2, actually. Benio's (the Filament leader who we have yet to see anymore) phase 1 ability was to seduce any boy with a kiss. (Leading to that guy in her group getting a major hard-on and going all gun-ho.) Then we get Watanabe postulating that her phase 1 ability is her expertise in economics. And personally, I believe Takuto's sword-fighting abilities are from his phase 1. It's this aqua cybody summoning that has me stumped as a phase 1 ability. That's what makes the concept seem forced, imo. |
