| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Guess no one watched this RAW. Sad episode! Minei is dead! Her priest gets killed in a ambush by gangsters! Damn! Yeah life is unfair and so is anime to some viewers. Hey, U don't know about any of you guys but Minei was hot! She had the body of mature let's just say with big big Rest in peace Minei!  R.I.P. Minei and her priest. I still find it hard to swallow that they killed Minei. She was a good Shikabane even if her sin was bad. THey could have given her another priest as contractor! |

Ouri was the...only candidate who was qualified, and she wanted to keep him out of the shikabane hunting life. Aaah~ She earns points even with her true death...Minai! On another note, that was pretty surprising how Isagi ended up, Definitely looking forward to that contracting plus I want to see how it's done. Her names is Minai cause the Japanese tend to speak quite fast sometimes to be honest. I will edit if her name is Minai. |

| Funimation has subbed episode 8. Busy now, so I'll watch it later. It was pretty good. Although the Shikabane Hime can't seem to stand up to Ouri for some reason. Still, good thing the kid's learning how to deal with the undead. And I have to congratulate Funimation for releasing subs week by week. Too bad there's a 3-4 week wait, but they still try. |

| i wonder whats gonna happen to ouri's brother, because we all know that he's gonna die or retire or something in order for him and makina to forge a contract. they kind of ruined the tension when they announced the 2nd season before the first even started lol |

| My only complaint about this episode is that big boobs don't fit the the black bra nee-chan, proportion-wise. I bet her back and shoulders ache often. |

| The animation and chara-design dropped dramatically in this episode but at least they know how to kill a character. It was a very good ending for Minai and a deserved one for her priest. Since the script is developping well and fast, and the atmosphere's still keeping up, I must say I'm tempted to raise my rating for this series to 9, but I won't do that for now, especially since the animation is not so consistent. As kisami said, Oori becoming an anti-hero is a tempting and realistic theory (and the black cat he often sees tend to confirm this), but that would make the Kougon cult a good organization, which at this point, I'm pretty sure it isn't. Just because Oori will probably go against all the other characters of the show (except Makina) doesn't necessarily means he's an anti-hero, if all the cast is wrong ;) |

| Ehh, this episode is ok, I guess I won't actually like an episode until we address alot of Oori's character flaws...or just put his character into perspective with this world, because it's really bothering me that, no matter how lax he is about these things, that he isn't asking any questions, but wants to help everyone. |

| Thought for sure that Minai was going to be contracted again, but I guess not. That sucks, I liked her too. And what's with that Rika? Does she ever wear a shirt over that bikini top that barely holding all of her bust in? Sheesh. |

| Aw man that stunk, I liked Minai and was kind of hoping she would make the pact with Ouri(plot twist) oh well, she shall be missed. Ouri had a bad 24 hours, using a friend to stop a monster then avoiding him, then losing a friend because of some punks. |

I couldn't stop laughing. When he got dragged away, I thought they were just going to beat him up. But when I saw he was dead, I was like, "Hooo... shiznit.. Damn.. *gasp* What about Minai!?!?!?" | I'm glad they didn't do any crap like making Oori make a contract with minai. it would have been too perfectly convenient. that said, I do feel sorry for her. she didn't rly deserve everything that happened to her. **oh also, I'm glad to see that the plot may actually be going somewhere. |

| It seems that Keisei is doing much better now. His desire to lick the feet of a bishojo proves that!! And OH DAMN!!! Minai...NOOOOOOO!!!! I was in tears. I really liked Minai...her time was all to brief. I'm glad her bastard contract monk was killed, but I REALLY dislike how she had to suffer and die because of it. Being the good hime that she was, she remained loyal to him until the very end. And WTH did Isaku mean when he said he's not like the other monks? He's right, he wasn't like the other monks...he was 10x worse!!! RIP Minai...I miss you already. |

| Kind of sad Minai got killed off, but it couldn't be helped. Ouri should stop butting in though, they could've finished her off earlier, which would've caused her to suffer less. Best episode until now. I still hate Ouri though. His actions just don't make sense. Oh, and the battle between the loli with the hammer and Minai was pretty cool. kuroshiroi said: Makina bores me to tears with her speeches and bad voice acting. | Im sure as hell if they changed the plot to Minai being his hime, they could've made an independent plot from the manga saving the anime from its dreadful second season and it wouldve been a hell of a lot better alternate than the fuck up at the end of the anime series. I'd rather watch Minai be the main hime in the anime adaptation |
