| After so many seasons, we finally get our answers. From the beginning I knew that Syr had to have been working for Freya in some capacity. They dropped hints over the course of 4 seasons, but I always thought Syr looked too similar to Freya with her silver hair. Now we know that Syr has been Freya all along. The initial reveal had me more confused than shocked, likely because we've already had one Syr imposter in this episode. But after reading some comments, it all makes sense. I find it kind of sad, because Syr was always so nice. Knowing that she's more or less ceased to exist makes me feel bad for everyone at the bar and Bell. Great twist though! |

| What a twist! I didn’t expect Syr to be Freya all along. I thought she was just part of her familia or something. Also, the Freya familia members are no joke. Look at what they did to my girl Ryu; she didn’t even last 10 seconds. Great episode overall. I have high expectations for what’s coming! |
| Freya really chose the worst anime-girl personality ever for her human facade, huh? Wait, so she was the one working day and night at that tavern, cleaning floors and toilets? No way... And the Ryuu disrespect continues. Seriously, her and the cat girls getting beaten to a pulp was so unnecessary lol. Freya Familia dudes only had to tell them that was a fake Syr but nope. 2/5 episode. Pacing during the second half was so chaotic. Especially once the Syr/Freya/Horn mess was addressed. |

| Okay so this is getting crazy lol, we had a great animation moment but otherwise the whole Syr situation is amazing with these plot twists, I was already kinda confused with that Horn girl using Syr as a disguise to try killing Bell but now turns out Syr is actually a disguise used by Freya who appears to be in full yandere mode for him... being handsome isn't helping Bell at all XD |

| This is the first time in Danmachi when I straight up don't understand what's going on anymore....so does the Syr we know, the one who works at the tavern, even exist at all? or was that Freya the whole time? |

| Damn, I should've caught the moment where Syr shifted into Freya for a second the last episode, as Bell tries to make do of the nightly situation with Syr, even more so with the use of her Charm. But regardless, Bell's kind soul keeps Syr at bay trying to grapple her feelings and only reciprocate it as manly as he should, and by the next day, she's gone...so all that's left is up to speculation. Bell sensing Hogni and the other members of the Familia still trying to locate Syr, as well as both Ais and Hestia roping Hermes into the mix (with his tab especially towards Syr), and nothing screams good when both of them are found by Hogni exacting a full-range attack on Syr, and the others slowly smelling a rat from within, which eventually Bell gets the notion as well that he's dealing with Horn and not the girl that asked him out on a date. Going back to the girl on the other side though, Syr reaffirms her feelings for Bell, but he rejects her outright, knowing the consequences of her act as the girl in love, to being the actual goddess in disguise. The woman that has always been fascinated by Bell, now tries to get him by force, which this will never end well... |

Damn I hope Ains saves his ass. And Ryu absolutely losing it over Bell, that's what we were waiting for for 4+ seasons. I am glad what happened last season in dungeon wasn't just forgotten but had real impact on their relationship. Well, one side of it at least. |

| I was spoiled about the Syr was Freya scenario when Danmachi IV started airing. During that Horn reveal, I was glad that my friend had given me misleading spoilers...only to get pranked in the end ._. |

| @Rezurrekt the second one makes sense, specially considering the context of this episode. Bell was in a date with Syr/Freya, but when they see Freya in that altar it was actually Horn because the "goddess" has a disgusted face to Bell and we both know Freya loves Bell and Horn despisea him. But I agree with the first one, it doesn't make sense "Syr" asking Freya to date Bell. |
| Wait I thought everbody knew that Syr was Freya the whole time, since I saw Syr, I always saw her as a disguise that Freya uses to be close to Bell. It was kinda obvious to me because of the same hairtype, color and some stuff. But after reading the comments, so many people are in shock of this "reveal" kinda confused me. |

| and here i was wondering why Freya didn't do aything for 4 season despite wanting bell since the start for some reason, should have been obvious she was actualy seducing him the whole time. Also the whole teasing personality of Syr make so much sense now (and the y being in her name for some reason too lol) |

| So Syr is just Freya in disguide? Not gonna lie. As much as the intro made some connection between them obvious I expected something else. Somewhat explains the dialogue between "Syr" (Freya) und "Freya" (Horn) though I guess. Well. All sympathy out of the window with this. Fuck Syr. Who gives a shit about that goddess hyperfixated on Bell (Hestia already fills that role). Honestly kind of disappointing they just threw away an interesting character like that. At least it reduces the pool of characters "to root for". And why did the Freya family go all-out against the tavern crew? Was it really necessary to "kill" them? Couldn't you just have knocked them out and move on? Clearly they are on a different power level. You know they are confused by the impostor. Why murder (I know... they are most likely fine but anyway) them? Not the most likeable bunch of adventurers. |

| I'm very pro-Freya, so liking how this is turning out, but can't help but feel this is lacking a bang, energy or power. Compare this to the Rezero Rem scene, where Subaru says who he loves. That had impact, this is feeling lacking compared to that. It doesn't help this series had a 5 year break until season 2 aired, (almost as bad as Rezero). The red hair woman from swords of ortario is missing, no story resolution. And Ryu arc was cheating, she was sabotaging it so much, like at the arena segment, making him go thru the maze, they didn't even animate that. Giving a whole season to Ryu isn't fair at all. Hestia and Aiz have been neglected since season 1. Very messy series, not well organized. |
