| Yeah, that’s one way to spoil your reputation someone just made based on your looks. This guy may look big and cool enough, but yeah, he’s dumb… very simply put lol. Pretty easy to guess as well that he’s here to play the third wheel between Momo and Okarun, the way Aira was supposed to… “was”. I still don’t really like this guy very much, but hey, he actually had a legit reason to visit granny, plus childhood friend is a troupe every series is infected with, so yeah. Btw, that entire intro of Jiji into the class has to be the biggest second-hand embarrassment evoking event someone can ever experience in their life. Not sure how Momo could take it lol. Still, if anything, Jiji’s intro has at least made Okarun realize something… you need to take what’s in front of you as soon as you can otherwise someone else would. He’d keep realising it the hard way tho, but anyway, they didn’t have to go that hard with the chase scene lol. Sure they were chasing it for a legit reason but still, that was comedy gold xD |

| Okarun definitely feels a bit of jealousy and uneasiness when he realizes that Jin is Momo's childhood friend and first love. Not going to lie, watching Okarun's actions this episode were priceless. He was obviously trying to create a distance between him and Jin. Speaking of which, Jin is actually a likable person who is energetic and type that makes friends easy. Taro is exactly how I had pictured to look like in anime form LOL. |

| Jiji's first impression goes from "probably a cool guy", to "complete and utter goofball" in an instant. But he is good hearted with him apologizing for his actions as a child and him saving Momo fron the anatomy doll. Every episode is completely unpredictable, in a amazing way. Through the anatomy dolls actions with him confessing to another doll, Okarun recognizes his own feelings. Which was a very very very cinematic way to end the episode. |
| AHHH... The pure love and jealousy. I felt that so hard. Poor Okarun thinking of Momo's happiness in all of that. What a sweet boy. Jiji is so over the top. LOL. Even, Momo is so annoyed of him. Seiko was absolutely hilarious everytime Jiji was sucking up to her. He can also see ghosts, so he believes Momo now. We'll have to fix that case later on. The running guy was hilarious as you'd expect from Sugita. The love story there was pretty sweet and it motivated Okarun to not lose hope with Momo. Though, Momo is already head over heels for him. Everything is cute. |

| Is this really the NTR guy? I don't think so. Okarun can get himself a carton of Pompy and easily be on the same level as Jiji. Hell, he even has the power to make Momo drop spaghetti just by saying his own name. Okarun needs to get back his other ball so he can finally nut up. The sprinting anatomy model was hilarious, but the classical music chase sequence doesn't hit as hard the second time. Jiji's character... What I think of him will depend on whether I'm in the mood for his antics on the day to day. One episode remaining. I can definitely say I'm happy to have picked this up. |

| Lmao. Jiji is another weirdo just like the main cast. In fact, he might be the weirdest of them all. It makes sense Ig. At this point it'd be more strange if any new character was normal instead. But he has some decency at least. One of the first things he did after coming to Momo's house was apologize to her for making fun of her when he was a kid. It's surprising that he remembers that all. So, it doesn't seem like Momo's into Jiji anymore. Good for Okarun. But he still has to worry because who knows when he might steal her away with his new "charisma". But Jiji and Aira would make a good pair at least. They both have the same annoying energy. The love story with the mannequins was just next level. But if that thing has one of Okarun's balls doesn't that mean the story's nearly over? There's more to it. Only one episode left tho. I doubt we'll see the conclusion to Jiji's story in the finale. Wait what. The female mannequin Hana was voiced by Fumi Hirano AKA Lum herself. How come I didn't notice that before. |

| Same as in the manga, first impression pf Jiji is a nice guy you can't dislike. His goofy( cringey ahh) antics on the other hand are not it for most parts. Don't even enjoy them ironically. At least we had some peak anatomical model romance. Tatsu was cooking with the minor character stories. |

| Well despite the klan rally that the online dandadan fandom has turned into over the last week, this was a great episode! Only one more left, season 2 can’t come soon enough. Last few weeks we had Momo in her jealousy arc with Aira developing a crush on Okarun, now it’s his turn to feel jealous with Jiji showing up. It’s very obvious that Momo couldn’t be less into the current Jiji, but for someone so awkward and inexperienced as Okarun, just the thought of losing Momo scares him which is so cute. Okarun daydreaming about Momo in class and imagining scenarios where she leaves him and he can’t discuss the occult.. whole time Momo trying to survive Jiji’s antics in class lmao. Poor thing. The anatomy dummy chase was one of the best scenes of the series, they brought out the sakuga for sure. Who would’ve expected that of all things would likely lead to our confession. Seeing the dummy spill his heart(literally) to his crush def gave Okarun some ideas so I wouldn’t be surprised if he finally tells Momo how he feels next week! Would be a hell of a cliffhanger to leave off on. |

| That definitely ruined the first impression. At first, I thought Jiji would be annoying, especially since he might come between Okarun and Momo, and that he would be pretentious. But he's nothing but a weird guy blessed with good looks. His looks might charm other girls, but with Momo it's a different story. I like Jiji, and it looks like the problem in his house will be complicated. As Seiko would say, Jiji is a genius. Taro's love story was sweet; he gave his all for his beloved in that ridiculous chasing essence. Taro will inspire Okarun to be more assertive with Momo and let go of his jealousy for Jiji. Only one episode left and I'm sad about that, I loved this anime so much. |

| I liked how Jiji's cool personality lasted for 1 min. This guy is chaos as much as everyone and I like him already. Okarun now getting how Momo felt when he was "making out" with Aira. Double love triangle will be fun. But how come half wit mannequin is having better love story than Oshi No Ko, fml😭😭 1 more episode of peak I hope S2 gets announced immediately. |

| Jiji is too kind and funny, I can't hate him lmao. There are so many poses and dialogs that make me laugh. Even Seiko Granny fell in love with Jiji's charisma, truly genius. Taro's love story makes Okarun realize that Momo has been the savior of his life and Momo makes his life more colorful than before, just like Taro and Hina's love story. Next week is the last episode for season 1, I really really hope that after the last episode airs we will immediately get an announcement of a sequel to Dandadan, hoping this becomes real. |

| Okarun takes the selv defeating anime/manga manlet MC trope to heart. One look at the tall hunk and he leaves the battlefield without a word. Didn't even register when Momo is making a big deal about saying goodbye to him. Luckily he has a weird muscle man to inspire him into manning up. |

| I understand why Jiji’s personality can be off-putting for some, but he’s absolutely hilarious to me and I love him as a character. Dude is just a huge energetic goof ball. As we’ve come to figure out by now, there’s never anything “normal” in this show lol. This time around you’ve got Taro, an anatomical model running around like a madman looking for his wife. At least that made for another entertaining chase sequence. Bummed that there’s only one episode left, and that the season will end pretty much at the beginning of a new arc, but hopefully we won’t have to wait too long for the next season. |

Then other fandoms started hating on Dandadan and They started calling the fandom racist. Twitter users really love wasting their time on useless argument. |
