@mozgow While you are more or less right at 1 and 3 as far as I remember, the answer to 2 lies in the fact that Reinhard wanted to keep his attack damage away from the civilians.

Another amazing episode this week
Some LN Extra Details (Volume 17 Chapter 1-2.2 Partial)
- In this 3 death loop, it only takes subaru back around 15 minutes, which is the shortest time loop so far
- Subaru suspect the 2nd death was caused by cardiac arrest because of the fear stacking and bouncing between him and Lusbel
- At first, Betty thought Sirius' Authority is similar to Nekt, which Julius used with Subaru during battle with Petelgeuse, which could be countered with Shamac, but was proven wrong later on
- Subaru tried several times to reveal his story and power to Betty, and failed because of the witch's punishment, and in the end, he had given up on it
- While Emilia is fighting Sirius, Subaru dragged and knocked Lachin and several people at the front line to the waterway to clear the way. There are also some people in the crowd that can fight and gets in Subaru's way
Differences from LN
- During the 3rd loop, the anime does not show that Lusbel is having injuries sustained by Sirius when battling Reinhardt
- Subaru navigatess through the crowd with using his skill similar to parkour taught by his mentor, Clint and Betty accidentally bit her tounge to save Lusbel on third loop instead of instantly flying to the top.
Self Note
- Subaru's second death is alot more gruesome in the anime and i kinda like it
- The OP and ED is quite nice too.

| One thing that annoys the f*ck out of me about Subaru is the fact that after all that he has experienced, he still chooses to do things by himself. He's among strong and competent allies, and he still treats them like helpless little babies. He should really start thinking more like a strategist than a pacifist. |

| @Sigmar-Unberogen She already could one-shot as a child. Has high physical strength and endurance due to elvish physical traits. Subaru kinda enhanced her melee fighting skills in the one year gap. Her capability to instantly form ice weapons out of fire magic came to be known as "Ice Brand Arts" XD |

| @Sigmar-Unberogen She got a lot more powerful after regaining memories and severing contract with Puck. Emilia that relies on Puck was heavily nerfed version, she even froze entire elior forest when child her own strength is much greater. She also trained in 1 year time skip. |

It wasn't sudden. If you remember Frozen Bonds movie, Emilia was already good in melee. Also I don't think a real trainer would work in a short span, because of her unique personal style. |

| This gonna be amazing season. Subaru gonna face most difficult dangers of his career so far, based on opening like 4 arcbishops? For now we've seen two of them. It's already lot of deaths already, this time we gonna make a record until we get to the next savepoint. But Subaru has also A LOT of options, he has entire aliance behind him from camp Emilia, and basically all camps, even Reinheart. This will be deadliest puzzle in the serie so far. Episode highlights: Subaru gruesome deaths of course, Reinheart of course because he is universe's main character, Subaru is really just Satella's spin-off Emilia openly talking about being praise by person she loves Wrath b*tch completely losing it when she meets Emilia, she was probably lover/wife to Petelgeuse Romane-Contii, she calls herself same name, based on Emilia and Petelgauses backtstory she is the other elf, I don't remember, the mother figure and this is their future twisted self. And she is pissed Emilia "stole" her man, lol. |

| @godavid10 So almost everything you said is explained in the episode itself. Firstly he only has 10-15 minutes in this loop when he first died he was bit fucked up due to mine control and didn't remember correctly which took him couple of minutes to remember (only his first death after like one year). To call Reinhard he needs Rachins who is near Sirius area (it also takes 5-6 minutes for him to reach there) and when rachin uses flare to call Reinhard, it makes Sirius comes out early and use her powers as shown in Reinhard loop and he did explain Reinhard to best of his knowledge at that time. Also Subaru doesn't know how strong Priscilla is for he knows she is as strong as Anastasia who doesn't do combat. As for the first loop, anime did Subaru dirty, Subaru actually fights Sirius in the novel, he uses his whip to throw Sirius down the tower before going to help Lusbel but Sirius climbs back up and then what happened in anime continues, him getting hanged. |
